- Collect the curtain pull that hanging on top and replace it the right place.
- Pull the curtain and reveal 2 different group of characters.
- Combine both and you can see “PLEDGE".
- Collect a bottle of cleaner on the floor.
- Collect a piece of paper under the pillow.
- Collect a small knife from the drawer.
- Collect a napkin from the bed on the right hand side and rope below the bed.
- Combine the cleaner and napkin and observe the small paper.
- Now check the picture on the wall, find the location X.

- So tap in 9660 to open the lock and collect a key.
