The game provides freebies at a very slow rate. You are given a low dollar amount for what the game calls for the minimum bet. Disappointing as we like the games.
The machines are good, altho they tend to be quite tight. The main annoyance is that periodicalky when they give free bonus chips, they change the machine youre playing. As the customer, we should be able to decide what machine to play and when to move to a different machine.
We inadvertently hit max bet which on our iPad is close to our spin button. Lost a good part of our account. When we reached out to support (who Im sure can see what we normally betNEVER max) asking them to restore the funds from that spin their response was good luck and have a nice day. There are many other games out there to choose, and we chose to no longer play on this site. Have a nice day.

We have not seen a spin in 3-4 days. Most wins are small. We bet minimums. Done in minutes and then have to wait 3 hours for a whopping 7.5k points which is 3 spins at maximum. Getting very bored not being able to play as often as we want to. If no improvement will move on from this app.

This was one of our favorite games, but now we dont play it very often because its too difficult to earn credits and then the daily bonus only gets the multiplier every 5 days and the amount is no different than before. We cant raise our bets to earn more credits because if we win some, it gets taken away within the next few spins. Its hard to enjoy the games like that.
