Love the game. Hate the ads that pop up every now and then ruining our momentum. Also wish there was an option to control the speed of the game. Sometimes we want it to be relaxing and theres no way to make it slow down. Maybe you can give three speed options – beginner, medium, expert. Also consider limiting ads to the beginning and ending of a game. Its very disruptive right now. With these two changes this app will be one of the best games out there.
Ever since the iOS 26.0 update, our phone gets very hot when we play this game. This has never happened before in the five years Ive had the game.
We really enjoy the game minus the irritatingly long ads, however in recent weeks there has been ongoing issues with no sound during play. The clicks when merging tiles really adds to the fun and keeps the game interesting. Playing the game in silence is not the same and just a bore. Please fix this as we dont want to have to quit.
This was our favorite game for years but the ads have ruined it. We wouldve gladly paid for a totally ad free version of the game but that isnt an option. The ads are intrusive and totally interrupt the flow of the game. We loved this game because it was relaxing but now it just irritates us. Sorry to say goodbye to this game but it is not playable anymore.
We already got to 35 make it go to 50 otherwise great game.
We have to quit playing this game which would be extremely relaxing were it not for the ads that constantly pop up. They are a waste of time and very annoying.
Game freezes at a certain point. Has medals on a track in the middle of the screen but then cant continue playing.
We bought the no AD and got a new phone now it shows ads ugh game is cool and keeps you busy and mind active but we wish we didnt have to repay for it now Im stuck watching ads.
This is our 100th time playing the game, running out of room, watching the ad to continue and then automatic loss. It wouldnt be so bad if it didnt take 30 mins to get to the place where the game is a challenges. We wish we could start the duly challenges at 20.
We swear this game has the longest freaking ads in the world. Sometimes the app will randomly open safari under same random link pretty sketchy.
Fun game but the excessive quantity and lengthy ads make the app not worthwhile.
We love it so much that when it has a timer, it makes us go faster and Im so proud of ourselves doing it at 20 so we made the highest. We love it so much, thank you for making the game.
This turns off your music when youre playing its sooooo annoying.
Last update introduced a bug that turns off any other app Im listening too. Wont use the app if we cant listen to audiobooks or podcasts while playing.
We recently had reload this app. Ive refreshed our purchase, but if we opt to continue, we still see ads. Ive requested several times to please restore our purchase in full. But nothing has changed.
With the latest update, we can no longer listen to other audio streams on our phone when this game is open. This is our favorite game to play when feeding our baby in the middle of the night, and we like to listen to an audiobook or podcast at the same time to help keep us awake. Removing the ability to listen to books or podcasts has required us to look elsewhere for another simple, fun game that fits the bill. We hope to be able to come back to Drag n Merge someday, though.
This is a fun, addictive game. We have been playing for awhile and we even purchases the no-ad version. With the latest update our no ads are not available. Is there a way to restore that.
We used to love this game. It was the game we would play before bed to help our brain stop overthinking. We dont know why a game that requires focus and brain power actually helps to make the brain relax, but it does. Unfortunately, now we are forced to watch ads. This completely defeats the purpose. Charge a one time fee of few bucks for an ad free experience if you need to, but dont force us to watch ads.
We really like the game, we even paid to have the ads removed. It worked for 3 days and now its back to ads between levels. Very frustrating and disappointing. We will have to reach out to get a refund.
Im done, used to play this very challenging game without interruption. Now with adds im done and deleting game. Why did you ruin a great game.
Love this game, but recently, we are getting ads. We have paid for no-ads and since the last update, ads are popping up. Its distasteful. We also dont see where the option is to reinstate no ads.
When we first bought this game we purchased it and there were no ads . Then we had to off load it to make room on our we pad for an upgrade . When we reinstalled it it started showing ads at every level and a whole 60 seconds of ads. Sometimes they appear when timer resets. ALL THE FUN IS GONE . We only met it because our granddaughter likes to play it. But we are sure when she sees the recurring ads she is not going to want to play it. We play other games that are free but have NO ads until the level is over . Not a fan anymore.
We are actually really disappointed. A while back now we paid to get rid of ads and for a long time it was great. We played this game a lot. But recently there are ads againNot just small or short ads. The last few disrupted our ability to play the game for several minutes. We dont understand, if we paid to avoid ads and then you reintroduce them we should get a refund even if it is for just a few dollars. But even more than that we want to go back to the ad free experience. For now Ill just stop playing.
We bought this game some time back. No ads. All went well until just a couple months ago. It once again forces us to watch ads. What happened? What was a 5 star game is going down fast. Hopefully this can be rectified. P.S. There is not an option to restore purchase.
We only do games where we can purchase the ad free version. We did this a long time ago with this game as it is one of our favorite games. We play it pretty much every day. A few days ago, the ads were back. Big time back. We were willing to pay to opt out of the ads again but the option was not to be found. Deleted our game completely. Then went to the App Store and reinstalled. Found the no ads option and chose it. When we tried to pay the $3.99, we got a pop up telling us we already had the no ads and did we want to use it. Yes, of course we did. Clicked on it and figured we could play our game again. Less than a minute into the game, the ads were back! Feeling sad that we may have to give up this relaxing game. Whats going on.
Recently Ive had to delete and reload the app several times because it keeps reverting to the free version with ads when we paid for the no ads version. Every time we have to reload and we lose our progress and it even makes us purchase no ads again first only to then tell us Ive already purchased it (no duh!) and do we want to load for free. If this keeps happening , Im done.
This is our favorite game and we have had it on our iPad for a few years now. But we just ran the latest update on the game and now it doesnt work anymore! The app wont even open! What can we do? We dont want to lose our favorite game.
Its frustrating that this game has constant issues because we did enjoy playing it. But when it would go to and ad (after we reached a level) it would often end the game. Very frustrating.
If there wasnt a timer, Id Rate much higher. Would be best to offer: difficulty options plus purchase optional.
We would love to write a 5 star review, and will edit accordingly. Ive played this game for 5 years and never once have we had an issue. For the past month we have been unable to ply the game. Once you complete a level and it goes to a few second ad, everything freezes. We are unable to click on the ad for the game shown, we cannot advance in the app. We end up backing out and starting right back where we left off (for example trying to reach level 20). We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, we have made sure everything is up to date. It saddens us to no longer be able to play a game we love due to app instability.
Used to love this game & play all the time. Did an update & now we can barely play due to all the ads. Not even an option to pay for a version if we want to play without them.
We love this game because it keeps us busy. We start off really good, the blocks move nicely. But after we lose our first life and continue the game freezes and the blocks get stuck while the timer continues to go. It makes us mad because Ill be so close to getting the number we want but the game will not cooperate due to the constant freezing. Can you please fix this issue.
Oh our gosh – FIX THE FREEZING UP ISSUE!!! We like this game a lot but its so frustrating to have it slow to the point of freezing up.
This game is not relaxing. The timer is sometimes slower or longer between drops. Does anybody know a game like this where the timer isnt broken? Or doesnt have a timer? Put it in the reviews cuz we cant with this game.
When we pause for the evening, the next morning our score is drastically reduced. This didnt use to happen, now it happens every day. We noticed Im not the only one to report this. Please fix or we are done.
Keeps running ads that make it sound like Im out of storage space (one even says all of our phone will be deleted) or that there is malware on our phone that will ruin our phone. Theres no good way to click away from the ads, and half the time Im tapping on God only knows what trying to get back to our game. Uninstalled.

We love playing this game but stopped after we had mastered reaching Level 20. Started playing again when we discovered the daily challenges allowed us to play to Level 35. We have since mastered this level as well so the game has lost excitement to us. Please update the game to allow play to continue past Level 35.

Super fun game concept but VERY ANNOYING with the glitches!!! Too frustrating to enjoy! The game stalls consistently, consequently not acknowledging our moves and we lose all of our efforts to finish. Bottom line, dont waste your time on this game. Developers…. Fix it.
Ads are too long to enjoy the actual game. Ive spent more time watching the ads than playing this game and we might just end up losing interest to keep playing.
We like the game but Im deleting it because its so glitchy. We believe its due to the ads. We think they increased the ads because it wasnt glitchy when we first started playing. Now just before the banner ad at the bottom of the page changes, the game glitches.
Why is it SO glitchy? Itll freeze up so we cant move any of the blocks but then the time is gone by the time it unfreezes. At first we thought it was just our phone but its just definitely not. Its disappointing because we really like the game but we dont even want to play anymore. :(.
Why is there a start a new game button without a security step. We have accidentally restarted two very high scoring games because we hit it by accident. It shows up where the continue button usually shows up. It makes us not want we play anymore, so disappointing.
Ive been playing this game for years, we get sucked into it so quickly. Recently though, it has been freezing CONSTANTLY and the timer goes faster and faster the more it freezes. When it unfreezes, it is SUPER laggy and the numbers wont always combine. Usually we can rack up a bunch of 20s but because of the glitches, the numbers pile up so fast and all we wanna do is delete the game :( Im very sad, Ive been playing for so long.
We just downloaded this game today and it has the potential to possibly be the best game in the market, but it simply has TOOOOOOOOOOOOO many ad breaks.
