We love the game so much but there are too many ads which makes it hard and not fun to play.
Love this game. Like how all the goals are connected. Wish you could weed out those that control leaderboard. Some of these high points dont seem possible.
This game will always be a banger to us, even almost a decade later. Theres a huge variety of dragons to breed, first of all. Our dream dragon is the honeysuckle dragon and we got it accidentally while trying to breed a common storyboard-required dragon. If you missed a dragon from an event, theres essence that allows you to obtain past event dragons. We find it rlly easy to trade diamond dragons for essence. Thats how we have a smitten dragon from 2019. As we were saying, storyboard events automatically give you a free event dragons when you complete chapter 2 (super easy low effort) and they serve as relics of the past. Not to mention the leaderboard events. Those events are really fun and the common dragons that come with it only give more leaderboard points. We can even get extra food from mining and quests. Only downside is diamond dragons are extremely hard to breed and if you wanna get it easier, spend gold. But not a lot of things require gold to work, so you can find a way around that. 5/5 definitely recommend.
We just recently started playing this again. We grew up playing it off and on we love the game. We wish it dint take so long for the load screen and how long it takes to do pretty much anything is a bit annoying. We understand the ultra rare eggs taking a long time to hatch but Im currently hatching a common dragon that is taking 22hours. EVERYTHING takes forever.
One we love it because its so awesome. Theres so many dragons that you can collect is its so awesome.
We think that this game is absolutely wonderful. The feeding, the evolving, the battling. Its all so fun, and all blends together ina way that makes it a whole story (so the name of your games makes a lot of sense!) that you can play with, increasing with fun every level. You should be proud! P.S. Your other games are great too, especially Fantasy Story and Bakery Story. We just cant stop reading them! ;).
This is the best game out there. Its very addictive. The only issue we have is the cost of gold and you really need it for this game.
This game is amazing and we breed some awesome dragons like a 8-bit dragon fire dragon forest dragon.
We love this game Ive been playing it off and on since we were a child on the iPod touch ! All of the storm games ! We just wish something could be done about the long loading screen waits , fashion story used to be real bad too but its faster these days , it just takes forever to go in between friends isles or send gifts anything thats processes . Will still play it forever tho.
We enjoy the game again since you fixed it. We thought it was our iPad, so we got a new one. Now we play it on both. Only problem now is Apple Cards arent available.
We love this game but it keeps glitching and we dont get our rewards and we wish the papers and hours to expand are way too long we get annoyed sometimes and stop playing but we come back.
We love dragon story,been on it for at least 12 years!,it started crashing last year couldnt see yr,favorite players,then in June 2024 we couldnt get on game at all,it seems now the you guys were finally able to fix the problems,a friend told it is fixed & Im back on game & have some of our old friends,,was so happy,btw,our isle is the prettiest one we ever saw a real dragon isle! Thanks for fixing it ,hope it stays that way! Thanks.
Ive been looking for a simple pass time game where you raise cute animals, this is perfect, theres a few to many adds that randomly pop up, but its honestly great if youre looking for a game where you dont need to strategize all the time.
You need to fix the fairness of the bingo competition. We are always the lowest level (105) with more than half, 14 or so players at Max level (200) they always win. Every single week. They have tons of resources and champions dragons plus every single gold dragon available. This week in a room where all are level 150 and above. Just a note, maybe put level 140-200 together 90-139 together and lower levels together. Even the playing field.
Ive played this game for years and it was so much fun. The last two years it has changed so much. The dragons are not as cute and there is to many bugs. The tech team doesnt help you anymore. They take long to reply if they reply at all. Not worth it anymore.
This game should be a pretty good time filler, but the constant pop-ups when you first load up the app bring it down heavily. After you play for 2 days they throw in ads for opening a menu, and dont even give a pay-to-play option to get rid of them. Until any of this gets fixed, this game will be worth 3 stars at its best.
We are SO HAPPY that this game is back in the App Store. Its so nostalgic for us. We love that they kept the same adorable art-style. We love the sound effects, concept, and how there are so many different dragons. This is definitely our favorite dragon game and has been for a while. We think there are some things that can be improved, like how progress in the game feels really slow especially in the first little bit. The coins are also harder to get than they should be, maybe more mini-games for that could be a good edition. Overall we love this game though and Im very happy to be playing it again.
Hello! Ive been playing this game over 5yrs we like breeding different dragons. We got a dragon they you cannot breed ( Diamond dragon) we breed Darkhound level 9 and Bee level 10 it takes 44hrs and we tried 2 time and we finally got it some dragon you might get super rare one we have 8 of them by breeding different ones we like this game very much we have reach level 151 and also like our winter island too.
Its is fun and its is exciting and its is definitely challenging but overall we give 5 stars.
This game is truly amazing game we've played off and on over a period of thirty years the only problem we have wasn't till recently and that was when the tv pops up you watch it to get ur free gifts for ur island and then it doesn't work but we continue to play faithfully people just don't understand the Game IM NOT LETTING PEOPLE RUIN THE GAME FOR. ME IT PLAYS OUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO IT. IT ALSO fun ido all kinds of reviews and we have followings not under this name but the people listen.

Our family and we have all been playing Dragon Story since 2013. The game has been in our life through good times and really rough times; but alwaysthat tune that plays in the background makes us feel at home and happy with our little dragon pals. We wouldnt say theres co-op, but you can add loved ones or strangers alike as neighbors. The game really connects us with our family because we all have our different island setups and play-styles which we like to share. The community and neighbor system is just the right amount to where you do your own thing, but you never feel alone. The ability to visit each others islands and play with their dragons is a very nice touch. You can play it chill and relaxed, or you can power through the mechanics using gold (which you earn infrequently or by paying for it with real life money) – our play style is the former, and Im always looking forward to opening the app to check on our dragons. Im so happy this game exists and has continued to exist, and we look forward to raising dragons for many years more.

We absolutely love this game! However, we find it extremely annoying when we open up the app and immediately get bombarded with a bunch of pop ups from dragon mother prompting us to download more games. We wish there was an option to turn her off altogether. We have the quest tab, we can go check it when we need to complete them. We dont want them shoved in our face.

We clicked off of twelve screens only to be met with an unskippable ad. Such An infuriating part of our day and we love this game and it happens every single time we open it. This is probably why we quit the first time and will be the reason we quit this time.
We really enjoy playing this game, but the past few days its been acting up. We will be in the middle of playing or just starting it up and the screen goes black. After restarting the game, it plays great for a little while then it goes black again. We will be deleting the app for now. We would love to download it again after the game is fixed. Possibly fix the videos also because none of the videos work either.
This was one of our childhood games we used to play, recently found out it was able to play after not being able too. We love this game but the wait times are atrocious, please fix the wait times and not become another money hungry game.

We get kicked out of the app every time we attempt to finish of of the timed game challenges. :-(.
For several days Ive tried to finish the challenge for bingo so we can play the next card. It thinks for a moment then kicks us back to finish challenge screen. Been happening for several days. Also when we attempt to watch ad so we can spin for extra points we get a black screen with a thin boarder Have to close out the game and sign back in. All this after being forced to take a 3+ year hiatus from the game because it wasnt opening.
Would you please fix the ads? We have the feeling who ever maintains this game could care less if it works. If your not going to fix it then you should just get rid of it. It is getting slower to load the ads dont play most of the time and the game refreshes and you have to redo things it is not even fun to play now because no one fixes anything.
Every time we click on watch a video it never plays or the screen turns black!!!! And we never get rewarded.
This game crashes so much it cannot handle the large islands and ends up crashing. Ads wont load so we cant get free gifts or x2 money. Earning coins in this game is excruciatingly long and you have to wait very long hours for breeding and evolving just when starting the game! Thats expected when leveling up but brand new to the game is a bit wild. We like that you can add a neighbor when visiting their island rather than searching them up by id like in bakery story. This game has potential it just needs some attention given to it and little fixes.
First off, we somehow lost our account and we were super far into the game. Then when we decided to just restart, its super glitchy. We havent been able to get into the game for over 24 hours now. Please fix it! We love this game.

Started playing this game a decent amount. Got to about level 14 and a good collection going, and then our app updated. The game was working perfectly fine, but due to it auto updating with the previous patch. We can no longer play the game. A couple seconds once the game starts up it just crashes and quits out. Hopefully they can fix this issue quickly. Other than that we were enjoying it.
We would give it a higher rating but most of the time we cant even log in. You need to fix your game. This game. We should have gotten that Christmas dragon from the spin thing but we didnt and thats so not cool.
Ive been playing dragon story for around 10 years its a good game for lots of reasons the friends Ive made making that our number one reason we really like this game.
We started playing this game in 2012 and we had lots of dragons. Unfortunately when our kindle fire got too old, the game no longer loaded. Fast forward to a month ago when we finally got a new iPad, we were so happy to see that the game still existed. We couldnt log into our old account which was a bummer but its okay because Im actually enjoying it more this time around and Im hatching more rare dragons than before. We forgot how cute they are.
Watch it, play it, you will catch the Dragon fever. Keeps you busy breeding, hatching, watching the babies play and grow. Fun and entertaining. In social game, have fun connecting with other game players around the world.
Our granddaughter and we love playing Dragon Story! It's so much fun.
We LOVE this game but am sad to report it no longer works. Im a long time player and this game no longer loads on our phone. Im able to log in once every couple of months at best. Very disappointing and frustrating. It seems that storm8 has abandoned this game, despite their goofy happening now ads. We wish they would fix these bugs! Sad days for storm8, maybe theyre going out of business or something.
