Good gamenot over run with ads. Not so hard you cant beat levels. You are able to get the helps to move thru the levels without having to pay. OVERALL: Fun, Can beat the levels, Challenging but not impossible, Not crazy with the ads, Dont have to pay to play. Whoot, whoot ENJOY.

Very good game but sometimes it wont let you click the check mark for the guest to get their order thus got to retry without passing and not enough guests so got to pay to retry.
We would have given an additional star but the Second Chance by watching an ad optionwhich allows three extra customers or to continue the failed level without losing a lifedoes not work: You watch the ad, and it still takes another life to retry same level. (Its possible that the game may be continuing in the background as you watch the ad thus causing you to fail again). Also, twice we opted to watch an ad for free coins/gems but was never awarded the coins/gems. After many completed levels, the game will offer an option to either continue to the next level or watch an ad for double the coins that youve just been awarded for the level, however it doesnt give you enough time to select one or the other option and will automatically play an ad anyway and not award the double coins.
Very fun! Lots of opportunities to earn money & gems.
This is a good game, its starts off well but as you move up the upgrades are ridiculous, it costs 30 to 100 gems or more for one upgrade making upgrades impossible unless you are willing to spend a lot of money, if they fixed that it would be an amazing game.
Its impossible to get on to the next level after level 28 for free. Even after all advertisements. You need 9 guests to serve but you have only 6-7.
We like these types of games, but we are so tired of the money grab from these developers. This new update basically has monetized things that were free before. They added this piggy bank that takes the bonuses that youve earned and puts them in a bank and gives you the option of buying the bonuses. We will be deleting this ASAP. Also, all the upgrades are so outrageously priced. Take our advice, dont download if youre not willing to spend about $20-50 to pass the entire hotel.
This is one of the best games Ive run across. It gives you many opportunities to make progress without spending any moneyonly a very short amount of time watching an ad. The ads are about 5 seconds long, as opposed to most games where the ads are 30 seconds long. All games must have a source of income or they go away. You either pay with your money or with your timeyour choice.
On game 12 one plays and is cut off in about 15 seconds and another ad for over a minute. Wasting time with long ads. Please correct.
We think its a good game to kill time when youre bored.
We like this game, but we ask the developers to please allow the player to queue more tasks than at a time. In the older version, you could queue up tasks as many as you needed, even 10. But now once you queue 4 tasks you have to wait to add more. Please update this, it will make the game more enjoyable. Thank you.
We truly love this game. Our only suggestion would be to make it so when you have the time where you dont loose lives/hearts when a level is failed make it so if you have to close out the app the time is paused. Especially if you have paid money for this. A person cant always use that time at once. Otherwise we would have given the app a 5 star review.
Where is the support for the game? If you click on it, there is Indonesian language for jobs that appear, not support.
You get to a certain level and then it gets to the point where you cant pass it even if you do really good you have to pay for something to boost your score.
We enjoy this game, but there are ads after EVERY level played. Deleting due to this. This is the most ads Ive seen in any game.
Downloaded this game on a whim, didnt think it would be any different from previous hotel games we have played. We were pleasantly surprised! The graphics are so bright and vivid. Their coin & bonus system is super attainable. Their levels are gradual in difficulty, making you not wanna give up halfway through a hotel. Overall, we give it a five out of five. If youre thinking about downloading this game, do it! You wont regret it.
Fun game, but to buy stuff like speed and time machine is way too expensive. Were talking 80 diamonds for just 1 like REALLY! Then to buy candy and magic hats is 10 diamonds FOR 1. You dont get many diamonds, only 5 rather thats from gifts or doing free things like watching a 30s vid.

We dont understand why you offer a second chance to win a level by watching a video, yet while the video is still playing the game continues so once the video is done. YOU ALREADY LOST. So pretty much the only way to win levels is to pay out of pocket. We are deleting this game you shouldnt offer second chances because they dont work anyways.
It is a great fun time consuming game. You wont be bored.
The game is fun but it gives us anger issues and we ask ourselves literally why dont they just wait for there food but you know its also a game but the game is so good and relaxing as well when u get good at it.

Tried.to play this game we got to level 3 and everytime we would press level 3 green play button the entire game would close!? We tried it at least 5-6 times and everytime it would do the exact same thing…. SHUT DOWN! So we can say we tried to play this game but it has a glitch on our tablet for whatever reason. Really wanted to play also but guess we will have to find a different game! Adios.
Everyone needs to NOT PLAY THIS GAME AND REPORT THEM. GAME FREEZES ALSO WONT REPLY OR FIX THEIR GAME we BOUGHT EXTRA AND FILING A COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM. TERRIBLE PEOPLE WHOEVER RUN THIS GAME.

We love this game. It's very good, but there is no music in the game. Because when we turned up the volume on our iPhone to listen to the music in the game, we couldn't hear a thing. We were all like, Say, what? You've got to be kidding us. If the creators of this game are reading this, please do something to fix the problem.
We do the same tasks over and over! We have played like 13 rounds of this game and there had been no change what do ever! We dont understand the appeal to this game. Its just the same tasks over again. We only gave this app stars because you dont have to deal with useless, boring adds. Overall, we dont like this game and we will be deleting it.

We loves these type of games and this one its really good and free to play. Even if you fail a level you can watch ads to add time and resources and keep watching ads until you pas level. Coins are easy to come. When you get diamonds always watch the ad to double and youll be good. Power ups you can watch ads also to add to your vault.

After completing 2 sessions of the hotels, tried playing the 3rd hotel and cant get to level 2?! WONT LOAD AT ALL. Disappointed, as we got addicted to this game, It was getting GOOD! Only to be cut off to not being able to play at all. PLEASE (as a gamer), fix this problem. Thank You so much! Other than that, the game is amazing & we enjoy playing it.

We like this game a lot. And Ive been playing for a while now. Ive finished all hotels. The Marina hotel, LA hotel, villa flora, and royal sea. Now the next hotel level says coming soon and Ive been finished for days. Please add the next level!!!!!! HURRY!!! Im waiting.

We love, love, love this game. The levels are challenging without being frustrating. The graphics are great. There are a lot of ads…if you want the generous rewards, which are well worth it. This is a must get time management game…trust us.

Level 3 asking for 14 smiling faces is impossible. Been on the same level and tried all the extras and nothing. Ive enjoyed it up until now. Very frustrated! Deleting app is next.
We play multiple hotel games like this. This one is so glitchy with its movements you cant make the game go fast enough to get through the second hotel. On a few levels they dont even give you enough to get the thumbs up or likes you need with the number of guests your given.
We gave this game 1 start only and deleted this game for a lot of reasons. One reason is that it copied the game hotel craze and when we say that we mean it… For example they have the same customers and the same rooms and everything we are so sorry that we have to write this and your Business Maybe lose some money because of this. But we are but on the anther side Im not sorry because we want to be truth full to the people that are reading this so they know that we said NO we HATE THIS GAME because it coped … We can not believe we said this but its true Im sorry for the long review but we had a lot to say. So we hope you do not get this game and have to go through what we had to go to if you already have the game hotel craze !!!!!!!! This is why we say NO NO NO NO No to this game.
On level 3 it keep crashing help we like the game but need it to work. No problems on our cellphone.
