Im a paying subscriber of the game. Thats how much we love it. For the last few months, the game freezing on us for a few seconds every now and then. We attributed that to our aging iPhone. But, now we got an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the game still freezes. Please fix this issue, or youll lose a long standing, paying fan.
Great game island is really fun. However, the game freezes mid-play.
Ads frequently freeze or glitch causing the game to restart. Fun, for a short period but dont get invested unless you want to spend real money.
Recent changes to so many LinkedIn sponsored ads that never close have to close game resulting in losing coins had made us decide to stop playing.
Hope you dont plan to do anything else while playing this game. If you have music, or anything going on at the same time the game, as simple as it is, will lag constantly! Didnt used to be that way.
We play, then in the middle of a drop, an add pops up then the game is lost. We remove the app and download it again. The pop up add came back. NOT FUN.
Ive been a huge fan of Drop the number for several years. Suddenly after the latest IOS26 Update it keeps freezing. Im really bummed.
We used to play this all the time but recently the game been lagging so much, after three moves it stops loading and we dont know how to fix that.
We use to love this game. Its relaxing but still requires just enough brain work and strategizing. However, ever since the update, it will constantly freeze after a couple of number drops, making it impossible to play without restarting the app (only for the game to freeze again after a few drops). In addition, the ad at the bottom of the screen keeps opening on its own, even though we never tap it, and this is another thing making it difficult to play the game. We hope all of this gets fixed soon.
Since the update the game keeps shutting down whenever an ad pops up which is very often.we use to enjoy this game but the pop ups during play are horrible.

Can you fix the ads that randomly pop up as a video mid game? It doesnt pause so you have random numbers drop because a video ad is playing over the whole screen.

Ive been playing the ad version of this game for a couple of years. We dont mind watching the ads. But now, in the middle of a game an ad pops up. Ok, go back to playing. Then the same ad and then another one plays. When you are able to close out of it, your game is over because it kept dropping numbers. This is annoying & will only result in us deleting your game.

Ive been obsessively playing this game, its great. So simple, but requires quick on the spot strategy. Our gripe is this: pop-up ads!! We mean we understand an ad during a break in the game. Price we pay for free games. But recently the game is interrupted by an ad while the gameplay is still happening, and the ad ruins the current game!! Seriously guys, fix this asap, its not ok.

This is such a fun game we can play forever, its entertaining, mind building, and fun. But ads make it SO much worse . They literally come up like after every high score and we cant just play our game without a stupid ad come up. And the ad isnt even FUN either like its boring and dont let us play long . We really enjoyed this game until they added the ads that pop up while you are in the middle of a level. We dont mind ads between levels. The developers have to make money to keep the game going, but this new version drops blocks willy nilly while youre being forced to wait on the ad. We had a block we were dropping as the second block on a stack and so many other blocks dropped during the ads that we lost the level. That is unacceptable. If they must add mid-level ads to make money, then no blocks should drop while the ads are playing. We will likely delete this game.
The ads is not the most annoying part of the game. What makes the game a lot harder than all the others that look like this is more annoying. If you try to drop a block on the topmost row, you automatically lose the game. Because of that, the highest block we can make was probably a 4096. You can only fill 5 rows, not 6. The other games dont do that. The others have 7 rows, not 6.
Great stuff just the thing we need on a long road trip.

Can you please fix the Daily Spin Wheel? It barely moves when you hit spin and its been this way for weeks.

We have been playing this game a long time. Ive endured a lot of weird bugs, waited on fixes, watched a ridiculous amount of ads with no complaints. We wasnt even going to complain about the ads that interrupt and pause our game when playing in the regular format. HOWEVER, these new ads, specifically in tournament, that do NOT pause the game are wasting our time and ruining our attempts at getting a decent score. We lose while the ad is abruptly playing over our match. We really love this game. We respected the ads to function. But Ill have to do delete this if we cant even play it.
