Community Insight:

Part puzzle game, part action RPG. Dungeons of Dreadrock and its predecesor are very fun games that will take a few hours to beat. Puzzles are mostly moving on tiles in the right order with increasingly complicated mechanics. Definitely worth a try.

Best dungeon puzzle Ive seen in years. Please support this game by all means. Im seriously recommending this game by all our souls. Starts with 1 , and this one. It is two games in 1 story.

Our only complaint is that Ive finished it and want more.

We highly enjoyed this puzzle game and its predecessor. The concept of a sequel actually playing out in parallel with the original seems quite novel! The setting, story, music, voiceovers, puzzles, and graphics were excellent… All building well on top of the original. It's more of what we loved in the first game and that's exactly what we were hoping for. We did notice a few spelling mistakes in the (English) dialog and we also can't for the life of us figure out how to get the book (Necronomicon?) after dream fifteen. Is it simply an Easter egg.

We loved the first game, and this one is really awesome too.

We played dungeons of dreadrock 1 a few years ago and loved the simple yet deceptively complex puzzles, along with the gorgeous artwork. To our surprise, we ran across the sequel a few days ago and absolutely devoured it within a few days. This is a joyously well-designed retro puzzler with 101 levels that are difficult, yet not impossible to work through. Just a perfect balance when it comes to challenge. Ive heard a threequel is on the way. We cant wait for it to be completed.

We spent a few minutes trying to find an option for sound/music and couldnt find any. We were going to just take this as a loss, but left a review with concerns. Within a week, the developer had replied and implemented QOL changes to the game. We look forward to completing this adventure and future projects.

We usually wouldnt spend 8 dollars on an iPhone game BUT we loved the first one so much that we decided to fork over the money to support the dev and Im glad we did!! Its really amazing to be able to find wonderfully crafted games like this in an App Store oversaturated with low effort garbage from giant corps who steal peoples ideas. We hope you continue to make more games and we will continue to support you.

Great puzzles, fun game, nice story and environment. Our only complaint is the controls sometimes seem inconsistent. Its frustrating once you mentally solve a puzzle but have to repeat it because a left or right swipe doesnt register and the level resets. That said, still a very high quality fun game.

The images and videos in the description suggest that you will have more interesting weapons in the sequel than in the original game. But after the 5th or so level the power staff becomes a simple stick with no ranged attack. Lame. Also the controls are still irritating in this version where the swipe-and-hold control option creates all kinds of unintended moves or actions. Feeling very annoyed that the sequels description strongly suggests new and interesting weapons and mechanics but its just the same old stuff as the original game. We guess you will be happy with the sequel if you dont want or care that there isnt really anything new.

Another fantastic game. The first game had us hooked and longing for more. The sequel delivers. Favorite game on iOS and best dungeon crawler you can find. Thank you for your work.

There is a bug on Chp 37, the trap on either side keeps resetting to original place after the skeleton leave.

Definitely a must play for anyone that likes puzzle or adventure games. We were left wanting more after beating the first game and this one definitely delivers. The devs seem to put a lot of heart and effort into making these game fresh, engaging and challenging. Definitely give this game a try.
