We wish there was like more traffic and like we can actually be in the hospital and perform the patient.
This game is one of our favorites this is one of the best ems games on the App Store.
We think these are the best games ever, but you need to add some more like a train game and planes but otherwise the ambulance and the police simulator ones are our favorite and we think youre are the best. The reason why is because Im so into trains and airplanes.
This is a very good game and we like all of the things of this game.
We wish the cars would move out the way and we wish there was a helicopter on top of the hospital and we are able to fly the helicopter.
You have to add more sirens more sirens and new motion in motions in the head lights and make the paramedic have the ability to move from the ambelance to take in the injured person this will make make the game insane.
Interesting game; wish it was easier to change gears into reverse if you hit something.
We love this game, but the graphics could be a little better, and we could give actual medical treatment before transporting the patient.

So, this game is actually really cool in our opinion, but make another vehicle type, a Freightliner type truck like in the other simulators. Also, for April fools, make it so the patient goes on top of your ambulance when goin back to the hospital! We wish though, however, your doors dont swing open, because they are locked tightly so that doesnt occur. Also, please make sure that the patients arent always male, and some kids are in the game, which they only get injured in bike accidents. And, add this to this game and the other ones; probably some more vehicles other than just cars, like trash trucks, fire trucks, police cars, and stations, semi trucks, and more.
The braking and speed of the game are fantastic we really love the mechanics of the game.

We hit a speed bump and flew about fifty feet in the air and these games are so fun we have a lot.
We love this game so much but can yall add a dodge ram ambulance and a ford f250 ambulance.

The only issues is the cars wont get out of the way and sometimes you have to stop and start driving again from a glitchy hat maxes the speed to 14. A good game other then that.
So this game is good but the cars should get out of our dang way when Im tryin to rescue someone but besides that its pretty cool and what about warning lights and not just turn signals its on our nerves but its nice game.
The cars wont move they drive slow and they will crash into you.
Please offer a no ad option for iOS. Youre driving our son crazy.

This is the best game ever the steering is good you can customize your car how ever you want its never glitchy its the best game.
The game is amazing everybody should play it because you can choose how to steer and how to put it in the 1,2,3,4,5,6,R.Also it is amazing that you can drive to the hospital inside and then get rewards of how you did.But our only complaint it why do cars not drive on the road then almost hit the ambulance.

We really like the graphics of the game and its fun to play.
We have both this game and the firefighter one we love the games just wish cars would actually move over wish we could switch back from lights to sirens without having to turn them off other than that its a fun game to play.
We absolutely love this But we do wish it wouldnt send you like 70ft in the air when you hit a speed bump at 32mph and we wish when you crash into something the doors wouldnt fly open but overall great job.

Hey! Just like your fire truck game, we are enjoying it.
Amazing game but we think that the stuff is to expensive and you get barley enough money also they need add more calls,sirens and have fire trucks that are for medical also have more American ambulances and more light patterns.
This would be better if their was more speed bumps and stop signs and less stop lights amazing game but also the cars should move out of the way and pull over.

Amazon game, we absolutely love it. We like how you can use a horn and sirens. 10/10 would recommend to all ages.
The vehicles that we did not but there are some heavy duty freightliners in some American ambulance fleets plus they work hand-in-hand with fire.
The game is fun and awesome and we gave it a 5star review we think you should get the game and have fun. It will give you intertainment for the day and it never gets boring.Really it is for any age.You are really missing out on this game.So you should get this game.
The cars dont mind about the siren but its so annoying because we have to go around the cars and the rest you have to check.
