The game is great but we have WiFi but it says no WiFi please try to fix that this short we now and weird thats that it but try to fix that please.
We played this game for over two years on 5 different servers. New servers are ok until the big $$ coiners get there and those who dont spend are quickly wiped out. Obviously the devs will keep this pay to play as long as possible, but eventually no one will want to play this game anymore.
We cant sign into our account. All the information is right but it wont load and will sit there forever.
Would be cool if there was a ISB points Legendary store where you can trade in points for Heroes or even more gear… Would be awesome as well if there was gear to fuse for example (if you have 3 of the same legendary helmet you can fuse for a better one) that itself would be so rare… Maybe update Research to lvl 20 all of em…
We like this game and we’ve played it before on separate devises but have always been curious as to why you do not put another very similar game called Empire Rome Rising in the App Store for apple users. That game is much better and wish we could get it on our iPad. Im sure it could be made available considering it too is an FT game.
Something is wrong when you lose 8 times in a row when forging at 90% chance of success. This game is a joke, an expensive one. Surprised these con artists are still around.
They dont care about the players just lost our account and they wouldn’t help us recover it.
Emailed customer service 3 times about failure of battle warnings. We received the same cookie cutter message all 3 times, they ask you to force stop, clear data, uninstall then reinstall the app. Then they tell you its your network and not an app problem. This is a very poorly run service/app, dont take our word for it just click on the get assistance button right on this screen and it goes to page cannot be displayed.
Youll waste your time unless you want to spend $$$ Games old and not very fun anymore anyways. And definitely should be rated R with the adult language used in alliance rooms. Sex, drugs and more. Our kids would never touch this. Your only concern is with world chat but our goodness alliance chat can be disgusting. Nice try, maybe instead of moderators watching world chat you can use filters. But imagine the worst adults all over the world chatting with the kiddos in alliance chat and private messages :/ Thanks but no thanks, parents keep your kids off of this game. If your child plays this it would be in your best interest to log in and take a look. update* Your mods only watch world chat, your rules apply to world chat. We know it may not make sense to you but as a parent allowing adults to talk about alcohol, sex, drugs etc in alliance chat isnt ok.
We have had a couple issues but they seem to be fixed when they update …… We can play for hours.
We enjoy the game but would really like to see the lvl cap of the inner city buildings go higher without needing to use building plans.. If you dont understand what Im talking about look at Empire Rome Rising. Basically the the original to this game but with much higher lvls of the buildings for a far less cost meaning theirs no need to spend money to upgrade building to max lvl. Evens the game out and makes it so even players that cant afford to spend have a chance to dominate like the players that so spend money.
This is a good game just wish it had the free timer when it gets down to 5 mins or less lol.
Just downloaded the app. It doesnt even work.
The screen takes us to the App Store then that screen takes us back to the game. Neither screen will load the update. Update. Game requires a WiFi connection. Second upgrade with the same problem. Ill have to go somewhere with a potentially insecure WiFi connection to get this game to work again. Our patience is wearing thin.
Fun, but people cheat and spend to much for you to have fun. People who waste away there dollars have no competition and it makes you want to quit because its so challenging its not worth it.

This app will scam you. We lost our account 2 months ago . It was hacked and everything destroyed. We spent over a year playing this game and spent a lot of money on game. When we were finally able to log back in we messaged help. Every 3 days we would get 2-5 words responses and they wouldnt change our password and email back or fix our account. We tried to be patient, but after time we got mad. They still havent fixed our account and they wont answer emails or messages. They will take your money and destroy something you built then ignore you afterwards. We were very loyal to this game until then. We guess we will have to sue in court to get something taken care of. All they had to do is fix our account or refund our money. Instead they will ignore most players. Its a poorly run company forsure.
Bought gold said top up authorization failed contacted the game support said there was nothing they could do but still took our money and didnt refund or give us gold for gameplay. Had to call Apple for help and get refund.
We’ve played every city building MMO game like this Out there, and we’ve never found a deeper one, that had all the elements we love in it before this, only thing we dont love is it isnt a pay to play but it is a pay to win. Granted you can still lead the top alliance we did without spending but its tough, and you wont be top player. Give it a shot for sure though!

Crafting, pillaging, plundering, battling, there’s so much to do we don’t know how they were able to create this game. There’s endless tasks and battles to accomplish. Do not spend money on this game! You play for hours only to have server interruptions. We had several server crashes on us in one day.
We spent our hard earned cash real money out of our pocket and some one 6x our size attacked us and took it all. Horrible game design absolutely horrible.

From what we’ve seen, this game has far more depth than any other war game we’ve played. Kind of a combination of War and Order/Game of War and Nabunaga’s Ambition.
This game was amazing to play, very fun but after this new update we cant even open the game at all please fix the game.
