We have absolutely been obsessed with this game, but we can no longer play it with the new update. Its making our device no longer suitable for the gameplay just because its not shiny new technology. We miss being able to play and would love to give the five stars if we could just be able to play it again with our device. So, if the Ensemble Stars team is listening, please fix this so we can enjoy your game again! By leaving behind some older devices you are at risk of leaving your fans behind too.
Genuinely one of the worst customer support service we ever experienced. None of our interactions with them ever solve our issue. Our latest issue is regarding their awful UI overhaul which cause our 30 BP live to be lost with no compensation. We only rate it a 2 because the game itself is fun but just awful errors with a company that doesnt care.
Been playing since this game was released but the recent update made us hate the new layout as well as the text font, color of the note bubbles as well as the scouting stage. Overall still love the character and the game just not happy with the new update is all.
Hey overall this game is rlly cool looking, we just got it but theres something that we dont like. We hate it how it immediately assumes the user as female, and as a trans man, the gender dysphoria we get from this is very high, and while some might say oh its just a game its the buildup of all the gender dysphoria over time that makes it feel so intense. Is there a chance you could update this.
Im a big fan of this game and truly love everything it offers, which is why the new UI is so discouraging. Its blinding, overstimulating, and uncomfortable to use, and Im sure many players feel the same. Its upsetting to see a game we care about so much become harder to enjoy because of the interface. If this new UI is going to stay, we sincerely hope there can at least be an option to switch back to the previous design. Its hard not to feel disappointed, because we want to continue enjoying the game as much as we always have. We hope the team takes this feedback into consideration.
Love this game to death but its starting to randomly crash when Ive never had that happened to us?? And its literally just a specific song which is colors arise ive redownloaded this game like 3 times and its the same thing heeeelelllppp we even asked support ingame.

Just noticed theres only 3k reviews so we wanted to add one as well. This is one of our favorites rhythm games even if our storage is killing us this is the one that we wont delete. We love the constant updates and events. Such as the animal puzzle where you get to learn a fact after completing a puzzle which is nice. Also we love the songs and it can be addicting sometimes. Good job! :D.
This is our all-time favorite game, its really special to have a game about supporting male idols as we just love cute and pretty fictional boys :3 our only problem is the crashes. The game crashes at least once a day for us, whether its from lives or idol work. It can get discouraging or frustrating to even open the game when we know its going to crash, we hope this can be fixed as this rarely used to happen.

This game is really good! We love the songs and charts but we havent played in a while, and now it has logged us out. We signed in with our twitter but now it freezes whenever we sign in or it says account already logged in when Im still at the sign up screen. Refreshing or deleting and downloading the game again doesnt do anything. Is there any way to fix this.

Hello Team! We are so happy that we found this game on iOS it is very elaborate, fun, and enjoyable to follow the story line, the events and the live music is amazing. We have one bug problem that made us honestly get cold towards the game a little which is the live show when we play sometimes it glitches. The glitch is messing up our rhythm and most times we lose our combo! That makes us so sad because we want to play without this issue. For context our phone is up to date and contacted the support in game setting but we also wanted the team to know through this review we humbly ask for a solution. Our phone is iPhone X (according to the description we should not have a problem. We also put the live setting on CG only and turned off 3D mode to make it less glitchy) Thank you again it really is an amazing game! We especially am in love with Eden! Their songs are amazing! Best regards.

What a beautiful game! We are very fond of the tatsumi character. Fun and interesting game, so much entertainment and stories to read its hard to get bored of it! So nice. We do not play many games, but this one has really entertained us, ive read the other reviews that say it does not have entertaining events? Id say if you have no interest in any of the characters the eventsll become boring, but we find the events to be very fun. We recommend it, please play as well.
Love this game soooo much. The music is addicting and there are so many beautiful costume designs, the modeling is beautiful as well. Lots of fun events and if you grind hard enough you get many rewards.
In the summer of 2024, we struggled with emotional issues and substance abuse influenced by a bad relationship. In july, we downloaded ensemble stars, not expecting much as we had only watched the anime in 2021 or so because of midori being iconic. Through our first time playing Stars Ensemble, it felt like we fell in love. We started to play this game every day and due to the gameplay, we stopped drinking to keep our reflexes normal and quick. We fell in love with many of the characters in this game and with full combo after full combo, we were locked in and we are still locked in with this game. It sounds a bit ridiculous, but ensemble stars saved our life and mental health.
This game is very good but we deleted this game due to not playing it anymore, we had the urge to play it again and when we tried to log in with our twitter and just brought us to twitter and said nothing else.
Ive been playing this game since release and Im still obsessed with it nearly 4-5 years later. The songs are catchy, and the maps are tuned to different difficulties no matter how good/bad you are at rhythm games. The units are unique, but we all know that Valkyrie is the best one. We love you Shu and Mika. Though the fandom is small and sometimes crazy, its a fun game. Yes, its gacha, and yes, the pity isnt great, but its fairly easy to get cards through events which cycle often. When you first start the game, you can choose a 5 star of your choice of a leader from an idol unit. Choose wisely, because this is most likely the character youll be in love with for the rest of your hyperfixation. It was Rinne Amagi for us. In conclusion, game is fun, Valkyrie is the best unit, Rinne is hot, and the songs are so catchy its impossible to get them out of your head for the first few days. Have fun.

Ive had this game for about five minutes and its pretty fun. But uhm, give the one girl her pronouns please im very sad even though we have no idea who she is. We can even swap since im a boy, ill use he/him so she can have she/her GIVE HER HER PRONOUNS PLS.
We have been logging EVERY SINGLE DAY since we got our iPad 3 months ago and instantly got addicted (this game is our equivalent to road rage). Theres a ton of buttons to press and we had to look up how to get to certain places, so if you like to skip instructions this game isnt for you But all in all we LOVE ENSTARS AND PLEASE GIVE ME MY AIRA VALENTINES DAY STICKER IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IT EVER SINCE THE EVENT CAME OUT.
The main story of ALKALOID had us intensely staring at our screen for 5 days straight, 20 some hours we felt our time had been spent productively. However our only story gripe is like in a small few chapters especially in monologues, the characters tend to repeat what they had just said, clear signs of translation mismanagement, we would say dedicate more time to improving the dialogue in that regard, pay your translators and visual novel creators more. Other than story the gacha system, its absolutely horrible. More so the lack of in game currency. Definitely predatory if youre looking to get any specific characters. The distribution of upgrade material as well, but this is typical of gacha games that they incentivize you to play every single day. But just because its typical doesnt make it okay, Id say fix this as well because it actually pushes a lot of players mid advancement away from the game. Despite our criticisms we love this game especially the gameplay, art, and story. Also ignore the vocal community of this game, theyre so unnecessarily loud and obnoxious.
This game is good and very cute with the art style we just wish thus game wasnt behind and was the same update/version as it is in Japan servers.

As a rhythm game player, this is one of our favorites! They have a number of different characters and they're all super fun to interact with :3 we especially love the songs and the 3d animation that comes with it when you play!! We will definitely be enjoying this game from here on out <3.
If you love rhythm games or need to kill some time, the gameplay is super fun. There are TONS of songs to play, and they constantly add more. However, if you are looking for a free to play friendly gacha game, this isnt it. Youll get tons of currency when you start and during events, however the 5 star rate (even using paid currency) is one of the worst Ive ever seen. If you dont care about getting a ton of 5 star cards though, it really is a fun game with a great look and feel.
We love this game sm but it is kind of hard for us since Im used to Pjsk but otherwise we love this game amazing stories and cards but what we love the most is how they are all GAY TWINKS.
This game is our autistic passion. Ive been a fan of Enstars for over 8 years now and Im so sad to see what kind of people have invaded the game and fandom. There is always so much hurtful misinformation being spread around by people who dont research into what they are accusing the game of. Just want to let people know whatever hateful thing you hear is not true and the people spreading it are either trying to stir drama or dont know any better.
Arashis gender shouldnt matter if you enjoy there character and people that give this game bad reviews because they think shes a trans woman just wanna complain about nothing they dont have to have a trans character maybe the character is just feminine without a gender and people that get mad because theres no she/her pronouns obviously only like them for one thing and its because they might be trans.
First of all, great game, we love your characters, the storyline, and the music/lives, and everything else! The characters first, we love them they are so creative and we love the costumes. Just one thing about the characters we think there could be more of them, and maybe more groups? Maybe you can make bigger groups and more content with them like a major update! Second the storyline, its so good! But we feel like it needs a touch like maybe some things to actually do except sing live? Which speaking of live.. Third is live, there are SUCH GOOD SONGS WHOEVER WROTE THEM AND CHOREOGRAPHED THEM SHOULD GET PROMOTED! We mean seriously they are freaking good! But we think we could expand on that though.. Maybe us and our brother were thinking it would be cool if when you messed up a lyric or something it would also affect the members too, that would be so cool! Okay next just some random things we think we want you to add okay here a list of stuff maybe and ill talk more about it. -More scout stuff? And make it longer? We think we need more limited scouts that can last longer and maybe so more people have a chance, make the chances of getting 5 stars harder! -Speaking of that we think you should make more cards. We think there should be more 5 stars and more of the other stars! Anyways we love this game and keep working on it give us feedback when you read this.

We have never seen a game make such a bad decision that every fan from every country this game has released in is this angry. What is going on with the stories? Are there new writers? Is this game only trying to appeal to potential new fans and basically say bye to the years of story its built up? And then to use the voice actors as basic shields to not have to voice the criticism.. Happy elements, dont forget who gave you money and supported you all these years. Whats happening in this company.

Ive been playing this game for three years and havent missed a single day of playing it. We absolutely LOVE it. Im keeping our fingers crossed that this game will become as popular here in the USA as it is in Japan! Having to constantly use proxy services to get merch since there are no US websites / stores selling merch is tragic, but if you love rhythm games and unique characters / storylines we HIGHLY recommend this game! Im always recommending it to friends hoping theyll play and become as hooked as we are.
We love this game and we play it a lot, the only thing is is that the translations are VERY confusing, other than that the developers did amazing with all the character designs and events and updates and everything else, we can honestly tell how much love and care was put into this game.

The game is good we like the storys and songs! We think the thing that annoys us the most though is definitely the notes. We rather have a even amount of where you fingers would go (sorry we dont know what it is called!) but there is 9 and it is a little harder to keep all of our fingers there. We dont know if thats on purpose, to make the game harder but it just seems odd to us! We also dont like the sounds it makes when you do a flick note. It sounds a little like when you get a bad, so that gets be off track. However the game isnt really that bad, we just think that might benefit people. So heads up! If you get off track with other noises that might make you lose your combo, this might not be the game for you.
We absolutely love this game and its characters.. We even made a few friends playing, but what Id like to know is why is it so hard to login??!? Every time the games has a big update, it logs us out of the game so we have to log in again. Since our account is connected through twitter, its always a really annoying process.
Enstars is no doubt our favorite game! Ive been playing many years on JP server until this server came out. We migrated over to this server since its much more friendly and rewarding for people that are busy with work to still play events. Its faster to build up dia, the auto is so helpful, and its a lot easier to play with friends. We never thought we would make friends playing enstars, but the society and chat functions make it happen. The only struggle is theres a lot of word/letter combinations that you arent able to type in the chat. We also really love that we get so many exciting collabs and limited scouts! Its been over 2 years on EN server and we still love playing this game so much. Im sure Ill never get tired of producing our favorites, listening to their songs, and reading their stories. Thank you for bringing these beautiful idols to us.
