What Makes European War 3 Free Stand Out
In European War 3 you will be a commander leading your soldiers to fight for resources, promote economic and industrial growth, develop new technology and seize opposing territory. Whenever deploying army, navy or air force, you need to take much thought due to their strength and weakness. Work on your defenses when you are in a weak position; build airport if you need air support. Fighting the battle could earn your forces experience and when they come to Ace Forces, their combat effectiveness would be impressive! It’s also important to upgrade your commander level as you would take the lead. European War 3 also gives you a choice among different modes like Empire, Campaign, Conquest and Multiplayer.
Empire Mode:
conquest among 8 empires with 40 campaigns.[British Empire, German Empire, the United States, Japanese Empire, Qing Dynasty, French Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire]
Campaign Mode:
30 actual historical campaigns (choose any force you like)
Conquest Mode:
choose any country to compete in Asia, Europe and America for hegemony.
Multiplayer Mode:
player versus player, available in 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 format.

We love this game, we like all the European war games but for all of them we think the maps could be more spaced out and bigger.
We love the chronological order of wars in Europe.
It is an awesome challeging game but it needs some changes like various new maps and you need to be able to walk on your allies ground without killing them.
We got this game on the suggestion of a friend. Best game app ever, with the exceptions of Clash of Clans and Plague inc. It is perfect for any WWI buffs, or fans of the board game Risk who think its a bit too simple. Although it is a little tricky, it is a great all-around game.
We love this game! One suggestion though- have a game mode where you start out with a country and no wars and you can build alliances and declare war with different countries. You're goal is to conquer all of Europe. For example, you could be Great Britain and be allies with Germany and attack France. That would be great.
This is the best mobile game we have ever played. Play as long as you want. Doesn't ask for money in any way. Very good game.

Its finally about time there was an app strategy game on a mobile device that was not a complete waste of space. Definitely worth a look if your tired of the general blend we see out there that fall well short of being considered strategy.
Game is great and is a great way to kill time. Although, politics could be incorporated into the game. Such as, if a CPU loses so many soldiers they become neutral.

The game is fun just the AI can be stupid at times.
Though difficult at times, this game shines through as a strategy game. Though there are set allies and enemies, choosing your own allies and enemies would make a much better game with added versatility.
We would have made this a 5 star review but the game has not updated in years and we have a iPhone 6 so we cannot play the app, and also the wars were out of place and the technology.
This game is ultimately one of our favorite games we use to play it all the time. We would play it religiously thats how much we loved it. Hoping they would update the game for IOS 11.

Would be a lot better if france or any of the other great powers didnt invade neutral countries, ESPECIALLY france invading belgium.
U should on conquest be able to pick who u want ur ally to be, not just all out war, as that is not realistic at all, and on the campaign, whats the point of having allies if u have to take them over to attack the enemy, pls update.
Great game exempt for the fact neutral country's don't really defend themselves or attack other country's after they have been attacked so can you make it so if a county attacks a neutral it'll join the other side.

It's cool how it's kind of historical. But after a while u can predict how the other countries act and u can pretty much foretell wat the countries r going to do. The game is really fun. We wish they're were more maps so u can experience new things.

We keep trying to finish the civil war on the American campaign but we always get overwhelmed by the union. But besides that it's a really good game.
The game is very entertaining and it's nice to see a game that interprets ww1 style warfare. The campaigns deal with mostly historical late 19th century, early 20th century battles. The game is in no way completely historically accurate but it's fine… The gameplay can get slow and repetitive at times but it still overall entertaining. The biggest problem that we have with this game is that it is very addicting… Overall a great game for anyone who likes history or Risk type games.

This game flat out rocks. Kind of like axis and allies. The only thing we don't care for is that you can only have 1 ship in an area at a time. It really does limit transports and gets your ships blown apart from every angle. Other than that… Great game.

Its like risk with a little cool cut scene win the troops fight…It is a cool game and we love it BUTT the models and small details are TERRIBLE!!!When you are playing in the civil war ad America in the campaign, the models of the soldiers are like french or Britain uniforms, not the civil war uniforms anddd THIS MAKESS MEEE SOO UPSET—They have like the first cannon boats in the civil war like the ironclads and stuff BUTTT the "cannons" are ww2 destroyer or cruiser turrets…PLUS when you attack, usually in most games like this (risk, strategy and tacts, ETC), the more units you have in a "stack" or group in the same assault or defense, however many units you have in that little stack of units, it would help you win,BUT in this game you can only have 1 unit attacking 1 unit(you can stack the units but it just picks 1 unit to fight) (This review is us only having experience of playing our first time as we are playing the first us mission, so there Are probably more flaws) Still give it a try!!! Its fun anyways.
It needs to be updated to iOS 11.
The problem with this game is the AI. Other than that, the game is well done and pretty fun. If you never had "allies" (but instead controlled their armies as well), then that would go a long way towards reducing the frustration. It's actually amusing when your opponent does stupid things. When it's your ally, it makes you want to rage quit. There ought to be a mode / setting where you control ALL of your allied armies, rather than having computer AI as a partner. This game may still be a lot of fun in multiplayer, if you don't have to play against or with AI.
We used to love playing this game, but its not updated to the newest IOS so we literally cant play it anymore.
