Great game we love it but it will freeze and crash . We are not sure if the problem is our iPad that is old and it will crash anyway it needs to be update because we never seen an update. We loved playing this game when we first found it 5 years ago, but since we cannot read anything on our screen. Everything is so small its gotten to the point we cannot complete tasks because we cannot read them. We do not have an eyesight problem either. We have so much trouble trying to figure out what we have to do next we’ve given up.
We have been playing for years but for the last 3-4 years its as if the game has completely stalled and is no longer supported. Im at level 4 and play the Facebook version so according to the developer we should have recent version. However, we havent seen a quest, opened new areas, improved the castle, NOTHING in several years. ???? Game is great until you reach what seems to be the end.
We loved this game at one time. We spent money for crystals, butnever got them. We will delete this game. Tried contacting game support, nothing happened.
We didnt like the fact that we couldnt see the verbiage on our cell phone.
Had this game on our iPhone 6s Plus for 5 years but then a month ago it finally died so we got an iPhone 8plus because we need the bigger screen for the font size. Have been trying to link this game to our FB account to recover our game and so far have had no luck plus the font looks smaller than before. We have given the game a month to try and link the game to FB but with no luck we will be deleting the game which is disappointing because we really did enjoy this game.
We would love to try to play fairy kingdom. However, trying to read that extremely small print is impossible. Sorry, we cant hold magnifying glass to that while Im trying to play it at the same time. Improve the quality and size of the print so EVERYBODY can see it!
Im on level 47 and have been playing over a year. Cute and fun game in the beginning. However as most players report updates and quests disappear after approximately level 35. Theres unfortunately no ending to this fairytale. Youll be tempted to purchase gems to improve your kingdom and win tournaments. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game in hopes of updates. On two occasions our google play card was declined.. Stating we have already used it . Support lacks support for us now. We just get automated emails with no resolution to game problems and purchases. We will write reviews on google next and others. We hope the developer reads this and start using faithful players money for updates and quests and fixes. You have 2 weeks then quitting the game and writing more reviews.
This is a fun game, but unfortunately today (11/21/2022) we tried purchasing the 60 gems for 2.99 and never got anything. So everyone careful when making game purchases.
Fun until it takes 29 of an ingredient that takes 3 hours to craft or 100 of something that takes 20 mins each with only one building.
We ordered $50.00 bucks worth of gems. The payment went through but we didnt receive the gems. We contacted the support dept. We left two e-mails with all the information they needed. Never got any response from either email. In other words they are thieves! We love the game but can not support a company that is not interested in keeping their players happy. Dont buy gems! Youll be sorry!
We paid for a $9.99 and a 2.99 bag of crystals and the game tries to give them to be but a loading circle just keeps spinning. You can click out and go back in to the store, click to buy either one of those items and the loading circle just comes back. And there is no one to contact incase of situations like this. Waste of time.

We absolutely love this game but for like years now its never been fitted for our iPhone XS we thought we would see if it is updated but nope it got worse then before.. The words are so tiny we dont think someone with 2020 eye sight can read it..
This game might be a really great game but honestly we cant even tell because its such a struggle to read the tasks and prompts. We have a large tablet so we can only imagine how much more of a struggle to would be for others with smaller tablets. If you want to provide a good game that people would enjoy as an app we recommend making some changes.
We use to love this game, we’ve been playing for 5 years now and we tutted about the fabulous techs and customer service reps! Well, all fabulous things get sold… Yep, they must have changed hands and you can tell! Tech support is nonexistent – Customer service must come from AT&T because they snapped up the worst group ever… This game has weekly and seasonal inner-games, and once upon a time, before the "money grub" started, the seasonal update would come out before the inner games began asking for things like ice skates, cookies, feathers, wool colors, and lots of other items the updates would provide. Now, you must spend real money if you wish to be competitive… We will never spend real money on a "money grub" ploy. We are in the middle of coronavirus, a lot of people are out of work, and they want to play money grub games… We AM NOT PAYING! So tech support responded, you can read their response below. No reference to when the winter update will come out. However, this has not stopped them from putting the winter weekly games out. You cannot win them without the ability to create the items requested unless you use gems. How do you get gems? You pay for them with real money you need to feed your family, or buy medical supplies to help your family thru covid. It is clear the developers do not care! Don’t bother with this "game".
Disappointing that there are not enough new tasks and internet issues within the game. Needs to be fixed. We used to enjoy the game.
This was once a 5 star game, but it has dropped to a no star rating. The reason why is they have tournaments every week, and you have to meet challenges that are set. If you play you can win stars, and you can get prizes with the stars. The problem is for example, if you help the citizens of Fairy Land the hovels they live in are to produce pumpkin seeds that you need to grow pumpkins and they dont. A game flaw, and a big one because you cant play. The game right now feels like you are tied in a straight jacket and told to tie your shoe. We also want to add that the Christmas tournament was a bust too. We never got the update to participate. We got the quests, but not the update to fill the quests. Dont spend money on this game.
Not sure how you expect anyone to participate in the 4day contests when the small houses wont even give you the items they are asking for.. Only thing it gives out are coins. Fix please!
This game is fun. One issue is we place a bonus building too close to the forest edge and now we can no longer move it. Can someone help us?
The game looks great & relaxing, but the resolution is better for a computer than an iphone 11. Some of the text boxes would fit on our pinkie nail with space leftover.
We started playing this game because we could zoom in and maximize everything. Due to our vision we have had trouble finding a game to play on tablet that we could zoom in enough to see. When we reached 34 level everything is now so small you cant see what resources you have. We contacted customer service and they said they would look into it. We heard that it was a glitch for a couple of levels and if we could get past them that the next update would fix itself. Wrong!!! This is not a new problem reading some of the reviews but by now they should of fixed it. Do not get this game because you will play for 33 levels then you are stuck with no help in site.
We play tournament always too hard to win each time. We still dont sleep much to be stay in 1st place and is not faire you give us at least 50 gem. Why developer are very stingy about give us more gem like before 200 gem or more in tournament?? Hey we are going to disappoint about playing this game think about your player whats wrong with you and we play to hard for only 25 gold star?? What is your opinion about we pay only gold for speed up our productions? Some times we send gem by mistake for speed up our productions and we get very angry about it because we found gems very hard and we don’t want spent our gems anywhere we don’t want. Really we need buy stuffs by gold not by gems. And make decorations do some actions like any stars or something else why we need decoration while we don’t have much place for our buildings. And while we collect our buildings they don’t give us what we need for example tavern building don’t give us things while we need them another example in order buildings whiles need cheez that building don’t give us cheez every time we collect it. Is really not good while we are in tournament and we need them very fast. And about storage please remove gems from there and allow us to expand our storages with gold not with gem. Other things which make us burn while we buy animals eggs with gems and after born them we see is not new animal and we have a few more of them in our village is not faire we spend gems to buy new animals not same which we have already. And is our pleasure if we can buy animal eggs with golds then it will very fun too us if this game make easy to buy thing with golds now we are unhappy very unhappy. Our game keeps disappearing and it starts over! We loved it bcuz we spent a lot of money, but Im tired of it his. We’ve tried multiple ways of getting our game and nothing works J cella.
There is no way to read and follow quests, the fonts are tiny and they dont allow magnifying. We play on a iPad Pro, we think this wasnt meant for devices besides computers.
The question is not if this is a good game, it easily gets 5 stars, the real question is how do we remain such a kind and benevolent ruler under such duress? Our loyal subjects are constantly trying to overthrow us, though we show them nothing but kindness, guidance and warmth. Oh well. So we played this game years ago on our iPhone 6, and it was great. However we downloaded it again just today and we now have an iPhone XS Max. Everything is small and we cant change the settings. The font and the buttons and literally everything. It needs to be optimized for bigger screens.
We have been playing this game since we got our first we pad in 2010 love it! But for the past 2 years we have not been able to open new land this one area is always fogged and it keeps telling us that every time we click on it when will there be more land to open as we have no more room to place new items? Thanks.
Been playing this game for some time, love it. But with your latest update no quest coming in, and when they do just as we start to complete the citizens request the game freezes and shuts down. Once restarted the quest is gone. The support link doesn’t work either… We are now not receiving any quest at all to complete and am currently on level 33.
We upgraded our phone and the app icons are so tiny it is almost impossible to view.
It makes the game far less immersive and hard to navigate the menus.
So we gave it two stars a year ago but have dropped it to one because we have built the Elven tower so many times Im ready to just delete the game. It takes so long to collect the gems and branches for the wands then suddenly a quest comes along and at the end you get the 99 wands you need but only AFTER you do the work. So disappointed that you didnt take our suggestion of making land purchases with coins instead of gems. If these arent fix soon Im deleting the game and demanding our hard earned iTunes money back.
Holy crap we just saw that this has been an issue for over a year! Forget this nonsense! Just updated and the resolution is still too tiny to see anything! Support never responded to our messages just something here about a known issue… But not fixed. IPad Air 3 has a bigger screen like iPad Pro so now we cant play because we cant see anything so tiny. We would really love to play. And if we ever get to play again, the trees and stuff growing back after clearing them is ridiculous. For some reason, when we got a new iPad now our screen resolution only for this game is ridiculously small and hard to see because everything is so tiny. And support is completely ignoring all of our pleas for help so we think maybe its almost time to part ways with this game. They really dont do much to keep the game fun anyway, just recycle the same stuff over and over again.
We had fun playing this game on the beginning and didnt mind spending money until our purchase didnt show up on our game and support never answered our emails. So we took our money elsewhere.
We love this game. We have been playing for almost a year now. We level up fast and love that you can get gems from watching videos. We would only change the storage area. It would be nce to get more storage with coins rather than gems. The land expansions for 1000 gems and 1500 gems is ridiculous. We really would like to see you bring tht price way down. Its pretty exorbitant. Other than that we love the game. Its one we waste a lot of our time on..
Its a good game but with so many little flaws. We had it first on our iPad and redownloaded to our phone when our iPad broken. All the letters are too tiny from our phone screen. Also we constantly cant find items. The we icon on quests sometimes doesnt direct us to where the thing needed. None of the we on our collection page is working. Im on this quest Sound of Legends and the last step is to place the magic organ but the we direct us to market place but we still cannot find magic organ anywhere. Generally its good but please fix all these little things.
Im having so much fun with this game- but its getting stupid unfair. There are more and more quests that you cannot complete without spending real money!!! Thats Not okay! We usually dont even spend money on games, but we’ve been playing this game with our daughter and it was just a little bit at first and started creeping up. There are options for watching videos to earn more crystals (the things that you pay for instead of coins which you earn in-game), but you get one at a time and you start needing more and more crystals to expand your land, for example. But thats not even the worst, now you need just real money to buy things for quest completion; like doll houses and puppet theaters. Really fun but give us a break, youre not even getting anything real. And we bought her these cute little dinosaur critters that put out flowers thinking theyd add a lot of fun to the game but they just stand there looking a tad creepy. Its our fault for paying the money, we know that. But its frustrating that if you want to get anywhere in the game you gotta pay up. In-app purchases doesnt begin to cover it.
Game is ok. Good for something mindless with which to kill time. It does have some issues- especially lately- like the game takes days to complete some tasks and then it glitches out and starts you over. Or it doesnt acknowledge actions at all. Can be irritating but its just a cheesy little game. We would never go so far as to pay to play it.
Really like the game it seems like it could be fun but every time we log in to play it cuts off after a few minutes of playing and sometimes it won’t open at all and we have to keep trying a few times before it’ll finally open and then it cuts off. Not that far in game haven’t been playing that long would really love to keep playing but might have to delete it if it won’t stay on.
We get that most apps have lots of in app purchases and are geared to have enough friction to get you to spend your money. But if we spend 200 gems that we’ve purchased (and they dont come cheap) for a special building why should we have to spend more gems in order to have the building finished? Or more gems for items to finish it? That is absolutely ridiculous. A gem purchase should come finished on your map… Not incomplete. All in all we think its a fun game but we will not be spending another dime now that we see how the purchases made with the gems we spent money on are incorporated. We are much more likely to spend more money on a game if we feel that the money we have spent is worth it. That is definitely not the case in this game.
Just like Mrsbthenurse states dimensions are out of whack. We can enlarge picture to be able to see but writing is so small we need a magnifying glass. Crazy!! We tried to play and was not a bad game but there is no way we can see the writing. We got thru we think 2 levels, can’t see the number but we can’t do this anymore. We’re on a iPad pro 12.9 inch screen and still cant see it. We guess try it for yourself to see if the sizes are out of line for u.
We love this game but we seem to be having a bug or something. Im currently trying to build a building and it was supposed to take 2 days but it has been three now. It wont move past a certain time now. Really need this fixed to complete quite a few quests.
After the new update and a total remake of the Herbalists Hut the basil is NOT Working! Have 2 tasks that have yet to be completed because the system will not recognize the basil. PLEASE FIX! We will change our stars and review when its fixed.
When you get to a point in the game, you are completely stalled and bored with it. Unlike other similar games that add daily challenges and rewards that make it worth your time, this app just gives tasks that take weeks to complete and you have nothing new, ever.
We love this game so far, but we wish we had the option to move the market place or something we accidentally put one of the bonus totems next to it and now we cannot purify it or move it because its hidden behind it. Is there something that could be done about that, please?
We just updated today. We will preface this by saying we have an iPhone 8. Im okay with the fact that the game zoomed out. What we dont like is that the little symbols above each building/resource has become microscopic and if you zoom in, the symbol becomes even smaller.
Again a new version is available as a download and there is no way to do it. We are seriously thinking about deleting the game. May 4 we have learned more patience playing with this game. . We are not sure how to do a screen shot on an iPad. We never have received the Magic academy. Plus there are two areas totally unusable. We were promised a red button by the fairy which never happened.
