Since the update, we have not been able to make any purchases and we did not receive our rewards for the current challenge. We keep getting messages stating server error or to check internet connection.

Its a really great game and super fun. Our only complaints are that its really expensive to get all the cool outfits from the events and that if it updates and youre not signed in or anything, you can lose your account.

Ok but why the ads it getting annoying and it not helping that this game is more of a pay to play game or pay to have fun game.
Most of the levels require trophies require outfits to pass, which may not seem like a big deal. However, when you enter competitions and consistently score close to 4.0 but only receive a maximum of 3.63, it feels like a huge letdown to receive a message thanking you for entering. It seems like you need to purchase pay-to-win items to get a good rating. Instead of just saying "thank you for entering," the game could offer rewards for those who score at least 3.50.
