We have been stuck on 27 for over five years. Im about to give up and delete the game as we are so frustrated. We have started over and over and over again, but when we get to 27, Im stuck. Is there a 28 or other frames to conquer? We absolutely love the game but if we dont conquer 27 by the end of this year, Im going to give up completely.
We were stuck on 27 for over 18 months! Finally got passed it but now have been stuck on 30 almost as long. We also have the version with no ads, but all of a sudden Im getting annoying ads! We have our sounds off but the ads still come thru extremely loud! Losing interest because of being stuck for so long plus the irritating, loud ads…. Challenging is one thing, but to be stuck this long? Seriously ?
Does anyone get past level 27?
Paid for app 2012, have emailed more than once email comes back cannot deliver contracted them on there website weeks ago about the problem. Its frustrating the add before every game we have turned off iPad close app restored purchases, we are at level 48 and yes have been stuck there for a very long time a skip level would be nice and be able to go back to it when you feel you can beat it, we think have not tested this time around this is not the 1st time with the adds problem but turning off WiFi and not connecting to the server we think stops it. So it needs to be fixed…. Would give 5stars but since the problem has not been fixed.
Why do we need to pay again just because we bought a new iPad? Also it took us back to the beginning when we had just past level 23. Otherwise like other reviewers a couple of levels took ridiculously long to complete.
Love the game but have never seen a game you have to rebuy after certain levels. We guess it is only $.99.
Our husband and we have been playing for years, and we’re stuck on 27 as we see others are also, is there a thick to it? And why can’t we shuffle as we’ve seen others do?
We have been playing this game for years but like the other reviews we have encountered problems with getting through level 21, and now I’ m stuck on level 27. We agree with the other reviews you should be able to shuffle like the opponent does.
Since the update, we no longer get anything free anymore, such as paintbrush, bombs,etc. Bring it back.
Here we are two years later. We still play. We did finally RECENTLY move from level 21 and am again stuck on level 27. We also noticed that the "opponents" have a SHUFFLE option. Why don’t I? I, like others here, paid for the enhanced version and got stuck on level. 27 for months. Then we had to install an update on our iPad and lost our game data. We contacted Absolutist to see about getting the data back, and not paying again for the game but no response. We paid again and am now stuck on level 21! Not fair to be so unresponsive to their customers’ issues!

This is one of our favorite games. Haven’t made it thru all the levels yet because the challenge level is higher than most free puzzle games.

The it gets to be completely frustrating. Many years ago, when this was still just a PC game, we emailed the developer(s) asking if there was a special trick for getting past level 21. They responded, as we recall, very quickly and encouragingly, saying that the level is, in fact, beatable and that there was no special trick or technique to beating it but to just keep trying. Fast forward to today and we are again frustrated with an otherwise fun game. Because probably some 10-12 years later, we are again stuck on level 21 and have been for weeks now. Developers, if you really want to get and keep customers, please either fix this by making this level a bit easier to complete or institute a skip level option. This sort of game in the type that we turn to when we want some light entertainment to pass some time. As it is tho, it just frustrates us which is just not a fun thing. Regards, Susan L.
Love the game. Challenging—BUT—can’t get past level 21. Spent several months trying, including some all day marathons. Can get to 1 or 2 uncleared spots but won’t level up. Lots of players get stuck at this level, so it’s not just not knowing a special trick. 3 stars for not leveling up in reasonable time-should be a 5 for challenge.
Finally got past level 21 and now we have been stuck on level 27 for over one year. There should be a pass or hint. Will delete this game if we can’t pass level 27 by the end of the year. Will not try or buy any of the other Fitz games.
Sorry to say, though we love the game, bought it twice for our iPad, it won’t let us past level 21. We think it still is locked as though it is in the free version where you have limited gamesI have emailed the company twice but got no response. We guess since they have our money they don’t care if we can play or not!
Same complaint as all the others… Especially how is it opponent can shuffle???
We had to give it 1 star to post this review but we give this no stars. It is suppose to be a FREE game but after level 5 you have to upgrade for money. Talk about false advertising. Just like all the other freebies it always cost you.
This needs a skip puzzle option. Gets old after about four days of SAME puzzle. We realize the name but something needs to change! We paid to play this and can’t get past certain levels! Up grade or it gets deleted again!
This is the SECOND TIME I. HAVE REVIEWED this game and it’s been over 2 years since the first and an email sent to developer. Game is fun but it’s impossible to get past level 27. We hear a few people have made it but been trying for over a year with no luck. Clearly an update needs to take place. Know lots of people who have deleted the game due to the issue on the fact that this is a game you have to pay for… It’s not worth the $.99. We no longer play or PAY for any ABSOLUTIST games and suggest everyone do the same.
DO NOT GET THIS APP!! Unless you are prepared to buy the upgraded version. You can’t go past level 5, until you buy the upgraded version.
Purchased full version because we enjoyed so much. Played L 29 forever then suddenly bumped back to L 1 and it MAY be trying to charge again for full version. What happened?
Very disappointed that by upgrading to iOS 8.1 we no longer have access to full game! Was at level 27 and now must purchase to continue past level 5. Unfair!!
We bought this game a year or more ago. Can’t get past level 21. Now we see the same issue is at level 27 also. We like a challenge, but this is ridiculous!! Don’t waste your money. How’s Fits 2? Anyone know?
We played Fitz for many years under Big Fish games when we had a computer. It was one of our favorite games. When we got an iPad, it wasn’t offered or we couldn’t find it. We finally found it but it wasn’t Big Fish games. It looked exactly the same (except there is another player on the screen which we don’t like. I’d rather our own game uses up our screen so we could see it better) so we started playing. We have been stuck on level 27 after hours of play and we read that others have the same complaint. We wrote an email stating our disappointment. A fun game no more.
We have been playing Fitz for over 3 years. It took us over 6 months to clear Level 27. We just updated it for iOS8 and lost all of our completed levels. We’re back to level 1. We don’t know if it’s even worth starting over.
We have been playing this game for ten years or more and still love. Stuck on 27 and dont care. The challenge is what is important.

Level 27. We are tired of being stuck on that level for more than 2 years. We are done with Fitz.
When we match 4+, why do they disappear like matching 3? 4 in a row makes a vertical tile, 4 in a column makes a horizontal tile, a L shape makes a blast tile, a T shape makes a plus tile, and 5 in a row or column makes a rainbow tile.
We’ve enjoyed this game but we have been stuck on level 30 for at least two years! Got down to one once. When Im watching the other person on the screen with us playing, sometimes we see shuffle. That would help! How do you get it to shuffle?
Please fix level 21. You play it once and lose and it moves on to Level 22. Aggravating !
We too was on level 27 for years, all of a sudden it has kicked out our levels and we have to start all over again! This has happened twice this month!! So frustrating , we do love the game why does this happen???
We would have given this game a 5 as we’ve enjoyed it for years online – however if you play for free, the ads switch the game orientation half the time. Infuriating to have to kill the game, watch another ad and then hope the orientation doesnt change. Playing on iOS with the latest update too.
Stuck on level 30 for months and ads are popping up after each played.
Why can’t we save our current game on our iPad instead of having to start over?
With system updates, we have been thrown back to level 1 several times from Levels 50, 27, & 30 (twice). Developers: Fix this!
We love this game however every time we have to re-boot or the game is in a freeze mode it restarts back on # 1 and you have to start all over again, we wish this problem could be fixed.

We have been playing this game for over 4 years. We opened it to play the other day and ALL MY POINTS WERE GONE. We were on level 27 !!! Now every time we try to play? All our previous scores are gone?? What happened?
