Community Insight:

Thank you for making Sky Flower and Journey. They are all life changing. Since the day we saw them in the App Store, they all are our FAVORITE GAMES. They changed our life, and Sky and Flower helped us in stressful situations, calm down. Journey is great, more related to Sky than Flower is, and its about adventure. (They all are but Journey is the most about adventure we would say) and Sky is about happiness, friends, and having fun! Special thanks to, Special Thanks to, ANNAPURNA INTERACTIVE and THATGAMECOMPANY for making our favorite games.

Its the best game ever so relaxing.

Some games we like to play for the challenge, other games we like to play to relax. Flower goes a bit beyond relaxation and dips its toes into zen meditations. We highly recommend. Our only critique is that its kinda short, albeit replayable.

This game is so fun and relaxing, you just have to get used to the controls,we do wish there were more levels,we finished the game in about a day or so.

Yeah, we get to what we assume is the end of flower #6 and everything freezes, every time. We get that the game has been out for a while, but if you are still charging for it, it should work correctly.

So, our cousin and we wanted to buy this game, so we did. It was SO exciting, because you collect flower pedals and fly around in different levels we never felt more excited to play a game like that also the end of the game was so beautiful, how you fight evil it does get sad, but once you think it will get worse, it just gets better! The graphics are so good and the colors are SOOOO vibrant and so beautiful. We love the game so much. Its SUCH a good game thats why we rated it 5 stars.

We have never felt more excited than getting to the end of flower the game itself is so exciting the map design is beautiful and dont forget the graphics are incredible the whole game has a simple premise you fly around as a flower and go around collecting other flowers and solving little puzzles here and there but the same time it was so beautiful we cant believe that a mobile game from PlayStation the qualities is insane also the game is usually $4.99 but we got it on sale for $0.99I have never experienced something so shocking as that we are honestly surprised that we got that for a dollar we wish to relive that experience again. Highly recommend. Seriously we recommend.

We wanted to play this game for years but never had a PC or Playstation, so super excited to find it on mobile! There's some negative reviews about the tilt controls, but you can actually change them to touch controls by tapping the controller icon in the upper left on the main menu. That's what we did, and it felt pretty good to play! The haptic feedback when you pick up flowers is so satisfying. TGC makes such unique and beautiful games, and this one is no different.

We are always looking for a part 2 or another game we can lose ourselves in- like we can in this game. Ive never found another game that has captured our imagination like this has. Sure wish we could explore more. We absolutely love the colors and nature setting. Gorgeous.

We had this game on the PS3 and its as good as ever. It needs to be optimized for the new iPhones, however as the scaling is off. Its slightly zoomed on the 12 with the menu and control touch interfaces cut off.

We love thatgamecompanys games! After experiencing their game called sky children of the light, decided to buy this game, at first the controls were very confusing, but when you get used to it, that really makes a difference! The animations bring it to life! Literally! We love how majestic these games are a we think you should give it a try! This game was worth our time and we think you will love it to! We are happy to pronounce that we have played this game and we will love it to the end of time.

The game admittedly is frustrating in the beginning because the tilt steering seems almost uncontrollable. There are controller adjustments on the home (flower pots) page on the upper left hand corner. After some minor adjustments (trial and error) we found the game intoxicating. Love this game, nice way to pass some time.

This app is the best app on our phone. It was beautiful. The story brought tears to our eyes. We finished all of the levels/flowers but we plan to play them all again and again. 10/10 recommend. Its so calming and the music and graphics are amazing.

Where do we even begin? Well, first of all, the graphics are stunning, and the music is amazing. The controls, for us, were a little hard to get the hang of, but it was a new experience and we loved it. Also, this game made us very happy, happier than any other game has ever made us- except Sky. Maybe theres something to be said for flight, and being the wind, and defeating the darkness.

This game has beautiful graphics and music; Everything is very calming. Im seeing a bad reviews on not saving or bad controls but personally, there have been no issues for us.

So Ive played this game when we were a child we used to call it the peddle game cause you control peddles from the flowers you collect but when we get to the red flowers at first the peddles didnt come off and we couldnt see it all the other flowers are fine but the red ones need just a bit of work on there job.

Relaxing, addictive, and simply gorgeous.

The people who have created this game deserve their pay. Well done! This will help you forget about the trouble that is currently sweeping globally. Despite the pandemic, it is in our arsenal. Give it a try, you will forget about your troubles.

This game feels like it has a meaning. It is such a Beautiful and inspiring game.

Okay so we got this game after searching for something for our anxiety. We found this and thought it looked nice so we got it. Needless to say, we got wayyy into it and finished it in two days. This game is so uplifting and powerful. It takes you on this amazing journey of beautiful colors and flowers. The graphics are perfect and the controls are amazing! Its very meditative and has an absolutely beautiful message. Even the credits were beautiful!!! This game truly is a work of art and the only problem is that it didnt last longer.

We saw the first petal and that was us. Then the second petal and it was the love of our life. Then all the other petals were the people from everyday life who make it colorful and beautiful when you choose to look at the good things of life. This app allows us to take a break, however easy or hard our day is. To just break and to just be. Ive had this app for a long time and tonight we finally experienced it. This will be on our phone regularly. Im so relaxed and thankful.

We love it but we dont really like the towers that can electrocute you we wasnt going very fast on the purple level and kept being electrocuted and thought we would have to restart.

This is the most beautiful game Ive ever seen. No violence, no dying, just a hypnotic dream of flying and beauty. We desperately need more art like this.

A very nice and beautiful game about how our environment needs to change.

Over the years after we originally bought and played the game Ive noticed that as time went on (not in game but in real life) certain things started to break down. For example the sky. The sky changes to odd colors, but most of time its a bright (very bright) blue especially in dark areas like atop the spire its supposed to be dark but nope BRIGHTNESS.

Flower has beautiful graphics and soundtrack, the levels can be played over and over. The steering is difficult and at times frustrating at the beginning, but you get better at it as you play. Our main complaint is that there is not enough levels, we finished the whole game in one day. Maybe you could add more to the levels? Or you could create a couple new ones? What if there was a new flower that shifted through the seasons, kinda like how sky: children of light has different seasons. Except there would be a new flower each season. It would also be awesome if there was a level set in a forest or maybe one set by the ocean. We hope you consider these ideas, we think it would make this game much more playable and fun. Thank you.

We bought this day one upon its release on the PS3, and it remains one of our favourite games ever. The graphics haven't been altered (neither better nor worse), and the audio is amazing on headphones. Touch screen controls are passable, but a bit obtuse; we often find them both over and under sensitive at times, but the most confusing aspect is the speed control. Everything is molasses slow; to be clear not the frame rate or processing speed of the devicewhere the PS3 analogue triggers could go from a light press/crawl to a deep press/sprint, the iOS version only has crawl, which severely diminishes the sense of flying as the wind. The other critique is there appears to be no manual or text anywhereeven onlineto describe what the two icons mean in the menu (camera with opposing arrows, and gradated chevrons). Aside from the occasional glitch (audio dropping out, partial flower models, the red flower of level two and all red petals disappearing), it's a faithful reproduction of the console experience, especially with the accelerometer controls. Better the larger your screen and higher your audio fidelity.

We found on mobile the controls are bad, but its a amazing game! We recommend this but it would be better if the controls were better. For example add a recalibrate button.

Hey we have a question, we were thinking can u add an update where u could add your own music to the game such as kpop/BTS? We thought it would sound more satisfying and interesting to listen instead of the game music because Im a BTS fan/ARMY and we listen to their music. T ^^ ^^.

Amazing game, played it for the ps3 and was ecstatic to see it out for the phone. Was able to adjust to controls pretty quickly, but where is the sound?? The music was our favorite part and literally every second from the loading screen to level completion is silent for us. We cant even play our Spotify in the background bc the apps cancels our inner phone music but gives no sound of its own.

We like the idea behind this game and we definitely look forward to it right before bedtime to help us unwind. We just wish the background music was comparable to the experience. Its not as meditative or healing as we expected it to be. Overall, good app though.

We were playing this game on our uncles ps3 and we found it on iOS so we used our last $5 on it and spent 10 mins trying to figure it out and after a while we realized it only works on iPad :/ (also theres no save).

We want to love this game, Ive had it saved for ages, finally had some extra cash that we could justify buying it but Id be lying if we said we were extreme disappointed. To start with there seems to be no auto save or the save points start too far out for someone whose just trying to get used to the game and controls. Probably wouldnt be an issue except that the controls are so touchy and wonky that Ive shut it off several times in the same evening after getting tired of fight with it. We shouldnt need to turn the phone so far to the right that we can barely see the screen, but alternately any turn of the device to the left given too much of a reaction. The fact that we have to hold the phone almost flat to get it to point low enough to hit the targets is also very inconvenient. We honestly wouldnt have even given it three starts but we like the graphics and the tranquil environment, if only it werent for the crap controls.

Controls make it stressful and unplayable.

Is it he app soooo old that the updates no longer are applicable? Maybe why we cant hear sound.

After playing sky we thought we would give this a try. We mean how wrong could it be. We love the concept but the controls stink idk maybe Ill get used to it but for 5 dollars we dont think its worth it. We just cant steer where we need to go and controlling the speed is off and on. Definitely not for the phone.

Like a lot of folks we bought this game after seeing the joyous visuals from the first chapter of the game, a gorgeous, gentle meander through a landscape. Chapter 2 is just as beautiful and set during nighttime. If the whole game were like this it would be five stars. Instead we wind up in an ominous nightscape and then some nightmarish hellscape. Its just …. Dark, given how charming the game starts off.

Everything else is fine, no lag or anything, but the controls are horrible. We have to bend over to move when we move to the ground, because of the tilt to move. We have to put our iPad almost upside down to go back to the ground. Fix it and we would rate 5 stars, but so far its 3.

This game is amazing. The incredible graphics and the great sound design as well as the smooth controls made this game great and worth the money. However the saving issue is very annoying and at some times unplayable.it just quits and has us restart the level randomly and doesnt save levels so whenever we come back to the game we have to start at square 1. Please please please fix this! Btw to all the people who have tilt control issues you can change it to other options in settings. You can change it to invisible joystick and whatnot so hope that helps.

When we open the game now it has a black screen and will not open game to play it. Can you please fix the problem thanks. We own a iPhone XR phone.

After falling in love with Donut County and Sky: Children of the Light, we decided to check out some of the other games from the same developers. And Flower immediately caught our eye. We struggle with anxiety, so we bought this game thinking it would be a peaceful, stress relieving game that we can play to calm ourselves down. And, of course, when we opened the game we wasnt disappointed by the beautiful music and graphics. However, the controls were almost unforgivably frustrating. It took us 45 minutes to complete the first level, and it just left us feeling even more stressed out. If there was some way that players could drag on the screen to fly around instead of tilting the device, it would make the gameplay a lot easier and more enjoyable. We want to give this game 5 stars, we really do. But until the controls are less frustrating, we cant really enjoy Flower.

This is the first game we have paid for and we thought it would be relaxing and fun. It sure is pretty but as a brand new gamer we find the lack of control a real problem and we are frustrated rather than relaxed. We thought it was just us as a newbie but now we have read other reviews saying the same thing, too bad.

It freezes at the moment when the spires are shown after the window in the sky is shown. Before it freezes, a purple square appears for a second. There is also some kind of circle in the sky. Device: iPhone 11.

We expected more. We cant even figure out what Im supposed to do.

Performance is good and the game is beautiful and charming when it works well but some levels the graphics are all screwed up. So far the worst Ive seen is whenever the levels have a strong sepia filter placed over them you will see lots of white light turn green and the whole sky will be full of weird artifacts in the shape of lines and circles. This game is tricky to get running on other platforms but thats where we suggest you play it.

Waste of two dollars. Would be fine if it actually worked. Pretty scenes but Beyond difficult to control and it doesnt even play music sometimes. Would be stress relieving if it actually worked. They need to fix this.

We first played this game on PS years ago and it always stuck with us as a beautiful, engaging and calming game that we really loved and enjoyed. Unfortunately trying it on both our iPad and our phone were maddening. The controls are nowhere near as easy to use nor intuitive compared to playing it on PS. We were really looking forward to enjoying this game again. Hope to see it improve.

It crashes all time, especially right when we finish a level, screen goes black and doesnt return to the home page. Sometimes if we open up the app, it straight just crashes. Maybe an update is due.

The controls make this game frustrating and awful to play. Which is a real shame, because we would be in love with it otherwise. You can only go at one speed: 10,000 miles per hour. Its too fast to be able to turn sharply enough to get all the flowers you need to progress the game, or even to be able to see whats going on as the world whizzes by and you get increasingly more motion sick. Everything ive read online suggests that this game isnt meant to be highly difficult, but the speed youre forced to play at makes it just that, for an overall frustrating and unsatisfying experience. We wish id saved our money.

We used to enjoy this. Game was as nice as on PS3. Got a new phone a year ago and now the controls dont work. We can touch to zoom and select the icons at the window and thats it. Cant twist. Cant turn. Cant change control styles and have it work. A real loss.
