The withdrawal and deposit times are not nearly as bad as other reviewers are saying. Ive never not been paid within 12 hours and verification was completed same day. The app does reflect incorrect amounts unless retararted but you can see accurate numbers under Account Balance. The biggest issues for us are that occasionally, maybe once a month or every couple months, our deposits will fail and display a message as if something wrong with our PayPal or debit, but it is actually some type of compatibility issue because turning our screen sideways and versus vertical gives us no issues with the deposit. But this leads into our biggest issue with the app.. The first time this happened, before we figured out the sideways screen work around, we uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Ever since we did this we are unable to login with facial scan- we dont even get a prompt asking if we want it. Every time we want to login we have to type out our email and password (cant used saved ones because they are each on a different screen) and then go to our email to get the 2FA code. We understand 2FA is the law, but its not required on every login, and we never had to do it each time until we reinstalled. It is ridiculously tedious and annoying. Please fix this.

The games dont even load half the time. Always some kind of error. Not enough bonus or anything daily like other apps. However we do like that quick withdrawal process. A lot easier than going in.

We have played multiple online casino apps and this one is awful in not letting you win anything. We were really excited to try this app. We love the Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo and was super-excited about the live craps option. However, there is no good way to play this app. The play is super wonky. Our sound is on and we can hear clicks, but we cant hear the dealer making the calls on our iPad. So we tried to play on our phone, and we could hear the dealer there, but its way too small to make the correct bets. Both iPad and iPhone we were not able to remove our bets. We tried to hold and slide it down as per the directions and it didnt remove the bet, it increased it!! We also tried to hold the undo button to remove all bets, and that did not work either. Im just throwing our money away. We then tried to use the site on our laptop and our PC with no luck being able to get the geolocation services to work. We do play on other sites, DraftKings, Barstool Sports and MGM and do not have these issues. We guess we have to wait for them to get the live craps. Disappointing to say the least.
