How much do we have to play to get from Bronze to Silver? We asked support a while back and the person that answered seem to think we were talking about our in-casino players card. Thanks for any info you can give us (and others).

Ill start with what makes the gameplay good. It offers all type of casino games from slots to table games to keno and bingo. App is well designed to preserve your balance. However the HUGE negative is the rewards program. Unlike the MGM related casino apps, you cannot really grind it out for rewards. You can play every day for a month and not be promoted for VIP rewards. Compared with the MGM related apps, you cannot get any real value for rewards without spending money. Its too bad because the casino experience is much better yet the rewards are almost non existent. If the rewards were on par with the MGM apps then that would prevent us from traveling to Las Vegas instead of CT. Please enhance the rewards portion.

First off, love the app. Sometimes its a little wonky though. The last few weeks the daily quests will sometimes say they were completed when we didnt even play yet that day and we dont get credit for completing them. Before that, there were a few times that the daily quests would pop up again after we completed them. In that case we would get credit twice so we finished the requirement for the 2x bonus early in the week. This past week, there were 3 days that we were unable to do the daily quests because it said they were already completed. Because of this glitch we couldnt get the 2x bonus today (Monday 9/30/24). When we just clicked on the daily quests right now, they showed all 3 with the log in daily x1 quest that shows up every week was highlighted as completed. As we clicked on the collect button for the prize, it went right to the daily quests completed without awarding the prize or giving us credit towards the 2x bonus for next week. Please fix this. It would be nice to be compensated for the prizes and bonus we missed but the most important thing is to fix this aspect of the app. Its what keeps us logging in everyday, even when Im not in the mood to play. We couldnt find any place to submit this feedback on the app except here on the App Store. That would be an improvement you should work on as well, its not easy to get help, only the FAQ articles are easy to find. Something abnormal in the software like this was not easy to report which makes bugs last longer and impact more people. We can understand why you would limit feedback but bugs should always be easy to report on any software. Thank you. We really do love the app. We just want this fixed please.
This casino has the best games its a treat experience.
We love playing but have had to delete and reinstall the app today because the screen froze. It did transfer everything accurately so we now know what to do if this happens on our IPad again.

Its an ok app the Slots are similar to the actual Casino. However we dont like that the daily spin almost always gives $15,000 coins even with buffs its not much. Second you only get 30 Foxwoods reward points 18,000 gives $20 in free play but you can only redeem that once every 24 hours. Im level 53 and no matter how much we spin our VIP doesnt move we shouldnt feel pressured to buy coins to raise VIP.
If you dont give them cash youre not going to win. In blackjack specifically if you play with the free coins the dealer will get 8 21s in a row. Anything to get you to lose all the free coins. Ive never seen a 6 deck shoe with 30 aces until this app.
Not even fun to play anymore cant even play for 10 minutes before running out of coins.

The new update states new ways to earn FoxPlay points. How though it still just seems coin purchase and daily bonus is still the only way.
On many occasions recently when Ive won a bonus play, we get kicked out before the bonus play is finished and therefore do not get our reward/prize coins. It only happens with the bonus play which is suspect to us.
Slots of fun; we would love to play dancing drums: we dont see it though on the selections.

Ive gotten used to the new format and like it. But as of this morning, there are no Daily Quests. All thats in the upper right corner is a button for the Tournaments. A friend still has his Quests button. We hope ours comes back. Everything is ok now. The Quests were only missing for a day.
Everytime we play slots specifically dancing panda and win free plays the app will crash and we lose all Ive earned . This has happened over a dozen times.
We m very upset because we lost all our coins! The max buttons are right next to the play button on most machines, so one little error in judgement and you bet all your coins. We Know its done on purpose in hopes that the person will buy coins. We worked hard to get all those coins. Now we m at the beginning again. We ll just play Mohegan.

We never write a review for an app but this so called upgraded app is exactly what the title says it is junk. We played the old app every day for years and this catastrophe they released is unplayable. The standard developer response is laughable to all the bad reviews. The new Fox Play app is extremely disappointing- we have lost over 2,000,000,000 coins since you changed over to it. Winnning any significant amount is almost impossible and jackpots are few and far in between. Most of the games are extremely boring and there is no a good choice of games that are fun to play. We think that Foxwoods would reimburse players for all the money we spent buying coins under the old application by giving us Foxwoods reward points.

We have been a Foxwoods online player for years. The graphics were nicer than most online games, easy to navigate, with decent payouts and bonus coins. We were expecting FoxPlay to be even better. Such a disappointment! High stakes and small payouts. Games are like cartoons. This new app is way too cluttered with information crammed everywhere that you dont know where to look first. Foxwoods online casino was one of the bestFoxPlay doesnt even come close.

The update to the original app (Foxwoods Online) with this is so insulting. The daily bonus and every other hour bonus is 80% less than the original. The games speed and graphics are look like they are from the 80s. We have played the original Foxwoods Online for years and really enjoyed it. This piece of junk is not even tolerable to play for 2 mins. Edit: After the developer response, we have deleted the game. We were a faithful player for years. Our daily check in streak was over 400 when the update to Fox Play happened. We really cant see how any long time player can find this so called upgrade to a once great game close to acceptable.

We hope youll be giving us a Search feature so that we dont have to scroll all over to find specific games. We see a Favorites button. How do we add what we think are Favorites? How do we delete whats getting added there automatically? There is an icon at the top of the screen that tells us our status, but no way (that we can see) that tells how far away we are from the next level. Will this be coming in a future update?
