One problem that Im having is when Im trying to set it to an all fourths tuning E A D G C F The low E string Always gets stuck on D No matter how many times we try.

Its hard to argue with the free version of this app. You can tell a guitarist is behind this. In the several days that we’ve had the app, we’ve replaced our mindless scrolling with an app that has immediate application to our playing. The time hack on the games makes us have that necessary learning tension that noodling or just practicing without a time clock cant replicate. If you ever need a beta tester, Im in.

Great app, wish practice mode had a an unlimited option. Also was not provided a possible correct answer on one of the attempts. We took a screenshot of it. The note was the the 11th fret on the B string but we were not provided an A# or Bb option.

Many of the reviews are from 2 years ago and the issues they are complaining about must have been fixed because we dont see them. The app is great as far as Im concerned. When we are home, we play our guitar. But when Im out somewhere and wish we were playing our guitar, this is a great way to test our knowledge of the fretboard. We can imagine a day after we memorize the fretboard that we wouldnt use it much, but for anyone who hasnt memorized the fretboard yet this should help you achieve that goal.

App is great. Grabbed the pro version so we could do more and probably after just a few days Im at grand master and nothing left to unlock. Im looking for more out of this app. Maybe a mapping of the board for the caged system or something, we dont know. TLDR, bought it, bored of it already.

No chords available for alternate tuning at all. Im feeling ripped off because we paid for premium and got nothing for it.

Ill definitely use this app weekly. Very simple and useful

I wish more scale diagrams displayed the patterns like this – much easier to follow in our opinion – plus you can still see the linear connections between them.

Maybe add a share button in the scales and chords.

This is the best app to practice the fretboard plain and simple. We’ve tried others that always lacked in the layout or in their content and we can say this one is the best right now. If you could add backing tracks it would be really useful. Other than that it is neat !

The enharmonics are off in some of the scales but beside from that it good.

Hey this is cool.   Well laid out information.

Im new at this. We count down from the open frets right now to find our notes. By restricting us to just a section, makes it hard for a beginner. Also, the link to Twitter and the website doesnt work. Otherwise, could be a great app.

You play guitar looking at the fretboard horizontally. Making the app vertical doesnt make sense. When you try to hold it horizontally the screen gets cut off.

App does not give instant feedback in games(doesn’t show correct answer) Does not allow you to choose what notes to use and what area on the fret board to use in the games Does not allow you to set your own pace in progression The about section is a joke. The twitter and linked-in buttons don’t work. The tutorial is not a tutorial what so ever.

We were into the free game until it very quickly told us we ran out of our free play. Then it asked us to unlock our monthly subscription. If they charged us 10 dollars to unlock it once we probably would have paid it but the monthly subscriptions are getting ridiculous.
