Oh yeah, I totally forgot. Blizzard set gives 20% extra Crit Rate against opponents effected by Cryo. And an extra 20% if they are frozen.
So now Crit Damage for Crown can be justified. Still to build her to have 50ish Crit Rate is the logical thing to do.
I think you need to give her 25-35% Crit Rate in artifacts sub-stats.
You have some enhanced 4 star artifacts. If you don’t use them anymore, feed them to your five stars for a faster enhancement.
