In the event, those jumping buffs make an effect around you. If the effect goes away you can’t jump any higher. So mind those effects.
Are you sure you want Albedo?!. Is he even going to have a place inside your party or you will just bench him for Abyss.
I think Yanfei will eventually give her place to Yae. And I think you probably want Zhongli for Abyss.

You know you have C6 Noelle which is way better than Itto, and she will help you much in Abyss. But if you can’t decide, I help you a little.
Math time:
Worst case Senario, Zhongli be in 2.4 first banner and Yae will be in 2.5 first banner.
Around 56 days until the end of first banner of 2.4 .
That gives you: 3,360 primos from daily.
Then spiral abyss will reset around 3 times, each 450 primos:
1350
Then there is 10 fates from the shop, and 10 blue fates for standard banner for more starglitter.
60 from daily login. 900 from version stream and bug fixes.
And I’d say around 15 fates from event and stuff.
5670 primogems.
Plus 25 fates.
Around 60 fates.
If you use Welkin, although I don’t say you have to, so don’t take things as granted:
91 fates.
Until the end of 2.4 first banner, with all the wishes, starglitter, stardust and daily stuff, and turning starglitters to fates, you will have:
111 your current fates if i’m not wrong + 24 starglitters + 60 f2p =
195 fates.
And you have 40 pity.
You need around 150 wishes for double soft pity.
So, if you get Albedo on 50/50, you might get Itto on double pity, but you will lose Zhongli at worst case he will be in 2.4 and he will be first banner, which NOTHING is Confirmed.
If you don’t get Albedo, you can get Itto, but you have 50/50 for Zhongli.
If you skip Itto, I’d say you can get both Albedo and Zhongli if you lose a 50/50 and you get them around soft pity.
If you use Welkin I can say you are pretty much guarunteed both Albedo and Zhongli, still not 100% tho.
But since Yae might also need double pitty, you might not get her.

My best suggestion is this:
If you can skip Itto and don’t wish for him.
You should wish for Albedo. If you lose 50/50, then you can skip Itto, and you are guranteed both Yae and Zhongli. As f2p.
But:
If you win 50/50 on Albedo, you can skip Itto, and there is around 90% chance you get both Zhongli and Yae. I think you are gurunteed to get both if you use Welkin.
It’s your choice, either way you have to skip Itto and not get him.
If you lose 50/50 to Albedo, you should not in anyway wish even 1 pull on Itto.
If you win Albedo, I’d say you can wish around 10-20 pulls at max on Itto, but that’s it, if you don’t get him, Hard Skip.
And remember, this is at worst case scenario, so nothing is confirmed about future banners yet.
