Yeah, it took me so long to figure that out as well.
I think I know where the rest of the chests are.
There is another door on the same level as the Fire Flower, go through that door.
Here is the conch you were looking for 1:01:24 .
Also, there is another big chest on Xinyan’s island.
The way to get there is like this:
Bring the height of the right island to low, look for a cave near the ground and solve its puzzles, unlock the door to another island.
Go back, bring the island height to up, go back to the cave through the door you unlocked previously and get the chests.
