Today we got a message in our summons portal saying our version isnt supported and needs to be updated but theres no update in the App Store. Please push ASAP!
There are always lots of glitches in the game and no support. It is a bad copy of Empires & Puzzles. If you dont spend money you will get the same basic heros over and over. We know because we have played it for three years. Dont waste your time.
This used to be a fun game. Unfortunately they have let the game get so buggy it is pure crap. Dont waste your time or your money on what was once a decent game.
Fix this we were at level 29 and made purchases and now we have to start over. Support brings us to an empty Facebook page.
Rip off from empires and puzzles. We changed to this game because empires started to feel only for players who pay, this game wasnt like that IN THE BEGINNING NOW THEY’RE GREEDY. Their costumer service is a JOKE. They make the powerful teams lose in raid and in wars! Its so frustrating who you know you can win and then in the middle of war battle the board shifts because these ppl already decided the winner. We dont mind spending on a game we enjoy playing but enough is enough. Dont even get us started on the glitches, the name changing every other month and not a single reward for screwing you up just a automated pathetic robotic reply that makes you feel like a rookie so there after two years of not trying to bash our fave game we finally did it and Im moving on time to find another game!!!

Aside from randomly kicking you during a battle, the war & titan match up algorithms match teams un evenly. We are often out-matched which takes fund and challenge out of warring. And makes it difficult to convince alliance members to participate in wars.
See the funny thing is that this game is greedy. All they do is put new events with new heroes, with sales on top of sales. But with a bunch of issues, glitches, titan loot never show up, raid frozen, war battles kicked out in the middle of action, etc. The funny thing is that they will respond to this review with a please reach out to us under this email or open a ticket in the app funny because all they do is ignore the ticket or give you an idiot response just to brush you off if we could give them a -1.0M Stars we would dont fall for their scam of money unless you have a lot than share it with them!!
On the third or fourth name change this reticulum game stripped us of all our progress and heroes. While not many we had a few 4 star and one 5 star. Had to start from scratch, and ultimately decided forget it. Unwilling to let that happen again. Spent a few dollars, and glad it wasnt more. Wont be playing anymore. Id rather play E&P anyway cause at least we have had no issues on that one….
We’ve been with this game a long time through many name changes. Its a great concept but sadly it doesnt transfer from iPhone to iPhone upon upgrades. The game forced us to start over again and after all the time we put into it to see that happen frustrates us beyond consolement. When we calm down we may go back to it but we doubt it. We messaged someone on Facebook several days ago and have not received a response. So Two stars is what has been earned.
The game, copied from Empire and Puzzles, has much better graphics and some other better ideas. The unfortunate side is lots of glitches, heroes not playing correctly, lack of good customer support and other major problems. We would think twice before starting this game unless you like being frustrated.
Its a cheaper clone of Empires & Puzzles but much cheaper, boards are terrible and game is cheaper you end up paying a lot more for nothing the rewards are useless you might get a 4 star pull out of hundreds of 3 star ones, and then wait years for one ascension item, this game is 90% watching ads and 10% actual game play that is glitchy at best.
This is the 4th version of this game that we’ve had to update. Im glad we did NOT delete the old version of the game because we would have lost everything Id earned over the past year. Now things arent working right (no access to hero of the month, etc.) because Im still playing the old version. We think we will have to delete this game for good soon. Who wants to play a game and lose everything when they force you to update? Android users dont have this problem. If you want to play a game that doesnt do this shady stuff play Empires & Puzzles. We’ve never had a problem with that game.
We love this game. Haters dont though. Because theyre lazy. All you have to do is PRESS a button! Yeah, we’ve updated/ re-downloaded, theyve changed ONLY the name and added more heroes! We guess, Android users aren’t burdened with this process? We have an iPhone, so we have to change it up, it’s no big deal. It’s literally pressing a button. So quit crying and complaining about it. Why do we have to do it? It’s business politics, we aren’t involved in that part of the procedure. We are just gamers. Games are for fun. So have fun. Stop whining. We hear that some of the people /employees (if not most) over at iOS -Appleare a bunch of weirdos anyway. Maybe all the whiners and complainers can apply for an intern position at Apple one day? LL we jest.
Over all very fun challenging game, but frustrating to level. Been trying for months to get just 1 soul stone & some masters bags so our team could ascend but it is just not happening. Mysteriously we saw 1 come up for sale in a VERY over priced offer leading us to believe it is not random chance that we cant get one. What is that word? ….. Oh, extortion m!
Apple kicks them off App Store and they change the name of the game and the developers and the come back. Really shady would not spend a penny here! Not worth the download because it will be gone soon!
This is the 4th version of the game in a little less than a year we’ve been playing. They keep getting kicked out of Apple store. All is good then all of a sudden no ability to make purchases. Generally while special events and special offers are going on. So for 2 weeks or more iOS users cant make any in app purchases until they rebrand the game and reappear as something new. Theres got to be a reason.
Yet again lost all data from one device after updating another device. Never have this problem on Empires and Puzzles! A much better game.
Could you please just stop forcing us to move to another app, the andriod devices aren’t required to do this so why only IOS. If you’re gonna force us to keep switching at least provide a feature to skip the tutorial it gets annoying to keep doing it every time just to switch data. Just please stop switching the game.
Why am we having to download a new version of this game so frequently? Have you guys heard of an update? This is weird and a pain in the you know what. Stop. Its fishy.
