They have a problem with fraudulent charges on accounts! We have made purchases and keep getting other charges on our account for purchases we didnt make! Apple or Goldfish Slots have a problem and need to fix it! We removed our payment method and will uninstall the app when we have used our credits.

We have played this slot for years. Its been great entertainment and consumed hours of what otherwise would have been dull and boring. After a month or two of what we hope was just lower luck and not a losing algorithm (because we do buy points packages) causing us to lose, we contacted support to let them know of our disappointment. We were pleasantly surprised they even addressed our issue. Was then surprised that they understood how we felt and compensated us a little to keep us playing. Needless to say, it keeps us playing. Im a stubborn guy. When we went to play this game, we got the red fish bowl full & crackedso, we kept playing to break the bowl. After about 100,000,000 coins, we got frustrated and stopped playing. Came back to it a day or two laterred fish bowl is still fullanother 100,000,000 and still could not break it. We repeated this process three more timesstill has not broken.
