Dont bother, its a ripoff. They program the live Bj games! Go play the automated Bj games, u will see the same hands, people stopped playing so they dress people up in a monkey suit and call it live Bj!! Now the tables are empty cause players are tired of getting ripped off! Go play in person!
Trying to sign up wasnt hard .. But when they had to verify us .. All good .. Thought it would be quick like we have seen before. They said 24 to 48 hours.. And no where on there says that and that should be up saying that .. And we got a little snippy.. So they blocked us but we have all the transcripts and we did apologize too and its wasnt that bad .. And we know you can see the conversations too.. Since then ignore us and seeing if the new document is good or not and nothing for days.
This isnt our first rodeo with G.N but the operator told us to play through our money because Im not going to be able to withdraw because we put PayPals account and routing numbers in our vip preferred and it locked you withdraws but not our deposits. The app has such a bad user interface that we bet 8 cents on 88 fortunes and yet somehow we lost 66 dollars in one pull. Then they wouldnt even let us withdraw the money that we one from the casino calling it bonus money and telling us that we have to win 400 dollars before they will pay out. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS APP.
We deposited money which was instant but the withdrawal process has taken over 2 weeks and we have yet to receive our money back. They make it impossible to receive funds back, which is predatory for the patrons. We will report to NJ department of gaming enforcement. Stay away from this scam of an app.
This is ridiculous, it should not take this long for us to receive the money we won. When you deposit they take your money instantly with no problem, but when its time to pay you all of a sudden we need to send photos of our license and a utility bill. And wait for that to be verified, and then wait for them to process our withdrawal, and then wait for the withdrawal to hit our account. Which has yet to happen almost a month after we won. Im starting to think Im never going to see our winnings. Customer support agents all tell you the same thing and there is nothing they can do about it but escalate and wait.
PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL GN APP – SO MUCH BETTER! Since (I believe) DraftKings took over GNs online gaming, the site layout isnt what it used to be. Have to scroll thru a lot of games one by one instead of just looking thru the icons, many on same screen. Half the games are gone, some of our favorites. Stopped playing on this site for the most part. We play DraftKings as well but the original GN app always had a good/better layout, now not so much and the slots seem much tighter. Dont win as much, or rarely win at all anymore. Maybe just luck of the draw or maybe its the new site. Please go back to the old layout. Was much more user friendly, IMO. Updating review to add- withdrawing funds from this site is a pain. We were locked out of our account after opening it and placing one bet. We have contacted support multiple times and they said we have to provide 3 documents to prove our identity. We did that and still was not given access. It has been nearly a month. They have basically stolen $500 from us. We would not use this app.

Mostly all the games we want to play on the mobile application gets to 99% and gets stuck! Send emails to customer service, never get a reply back! The support chat is ridiculous! After the new update we cant deposit money on the app even though it works perfectly fine on their website.
They told be we had to take a picture of our social security card as well as proof of address document dated within the past 90 days that is a full page document of a bank statement utility bill, and send it to them, in order to join. None of that makes us feel comfortable.

This is how we feel about the recent changes to the Golden Nugget casino app. We loved playing online and used it religiously since it launched for real online wagering here in NJ. BUT the regression in quality since the interface update (the worst changefeel like Im accessing sub folders on old message boards from 2000) and change in bonus payouts to even just a lack of VIP experience is super disappointing we were never a high stakes player. Maybe $150 or so every few days but we were loyal and played frequently. We had little hits in which Id win our deposit back plus a little but here and there. Maybe the occasional big win. We think $700 was our biggest single win. But it didnt matter. We just enjoyed playing the new games finding ones we enjoyed. But with the takeover of Draft Kings something has clearly deteriorated and its noticeable. We suffered through all the app login failures and the install/reinstall directions. Dealt with app drops and other geolocation issues. Never felt like we were being scammed as some have mentioned but lately we are beginning to wonder. Our Returns have been tighter and we’ve lost more than we have won. Bonuses are hard to achieve in slots and they are not very lucrative when entering. We thought it was just a bad cycle but seeing the recent reviews has us convinced its intentional. Im not quitting but we are def going to be looking elsewhere for a better experience for sure. Anyone ever pay attention and notice that when you do not play on a online casino website often as in Golden Nuggets case here and you try a new casino slot game. You get a teaser win. You play it back. And then going forward if you try the same game again it tightens up incredibly and bonus payouts drop drastically also! We agree with the last reviewer. You cant win anymore it seems. The bonuses and deposit matches are way too small relative to your play. Its like pulling teeth to get a bonus after we’ve lost thousands of dollars here and have played here exclusively for many years now. That might change if we dont start winning and getting treated better and according to our play. Every year our tax returns have thousands in losses. When will they let you win. Ever since GN made u update the app to the new interface more than 1/2 the games fail to launch. They open then immediately close saying there is a problem. The new change to the layout is absolutely horrible. Once the go to app for online gaming is now a useless piece of garbage. The latest update redid the whole user experience. Made it tedious to find the games you want to play. View of the games is pitifully small and the descriptions of the games are lacking. We will switch online casinos because of this update and the designer who thought this was an improvement should be fired!
