Love the game. Progressed rapidly. Recently, the game speed has decreased significantly. We frequently get connection warnings. We just checked our Internet speeds, and they are 367/76 megabits per second. Are your servers overloaded or something? Im no techie, but the game speed is 3-4 times slower than it used to be. Gets a little frustrating. This is not the case with our other 2 golf apps or any other apps we use regularly. UPDATE: 2 days later. What is happening with this game?? No change in the connection issue stated above. Just now started a match, and we hit one shot. Immediately the Reconnecting banner came on, but it was for the opponent. We waited probably 45 seconds, and the match was over, he had WON. He never took a shot! Not going to hang around much longer if these quirks dont get fixed.
This site has to be the worst site ever. We played for 3 months. Won every championship we can tell you the prizes are very cheap. Game play is a joke 60% of the players are bots . They have know customer support. Its expensive and not worth the effort.
This game is straight garbage. No way those 4.5 stars are real. Same courses same glitches. So boring if you played any amount of time.
We’ve been playing for over a year maybe close to two years. Its fun but its also geared to make you spend money. We cant even get into the game most of the time because it restarts over and over again. For the love of Pete PLEASE stop censoring chat within clans. Geos grief we cant even tho the name of one of the courses when in chat because you cant type nig and we want to type night. Stupid!
Head to head is terrible and is mostly against bot. We won two long drive challenges and never got our prize, dont waste time or money.
Have made good progress playing this game. Very enjoyable. WHEN you can connect and WHEN it doesnt start lagging and causing MAJOR play issues. Cmon people. Fix it! Its not that difficult.

This game satisfies our needs as a golfer thats been laid up since Covid. It has given us back a feel for the game that we used to have , which was really accurate putting short game and we cant wait to get back out there , now we’ve gotten the feel back just from this game of how it used to be. Thank you developers.
We’ve gotten to where we dont play any other games. Golf impact doesnt cost us any money to remain highly competitive and successful. In fact you DO get Legendary Golf Clubs in tour bags. Thats where we got all 6 of ours so far. We only spend gems on balls. And our prize money pays for all our club upgrades. It super fun and has plenty of great players on all the time.
Why does it rain so much in the desert?
Its pay to play if you want to be any good but its a decent game. Only thing we would wish for is a practice mode so you can just play without taking money and trophies from lower players when you just want to swing a few rounds.
Great golf game, challenging to become great but fun always! The reason why we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the way legendary clubs are portrayed but realistically its not given to us players who put hard work into this game and are told that we will receive them! And the $20 price tag to buy one club is an insult! We dont think we will be playing this game any longer after a year of playing!

We love this game we play just about every chance we get. We would give it a 5star but our account got lockout for 50 years! We dont understand why, we put so much money into it and now have to start all over or wait 50 years for it to be unlocked. We there anyway for us to get our old account back? Our username was cooljoe#16.
We truly love the game but we have no way to acquire gems. No way to purchase or win them. We dont think we have a full game. Sure wish we did.
Game is ok, but it glitches at the opening.
Customer service is not even there. We still have 3 messages waiting starting from March 5 last one in May. This is September 8 2023 and good luck if you need help. You wont get it. Dont spend money just play and have fun. We started with 4 stars but thats a really major flaw! One more thing is the ridiculous word censor. You better text or youll lose it because it wont accept PART of a word which isnt even a real word.
Could be much better if the algorithm was consistent. The ball bounces off the pins or goes through them, no significant improvement by upgrading clubs or balls. Great graphics though!
Easier to play for a lot of people than most of the other games but we prefer to be more challenged.
Fix your load screen glitch, PLEASE! This has been going on long enough. If your in game purchase was broken we bet you wouldnt let it go on this long.
Same person wins every Championship in the amateur division by large margin just before end of series is about to expire. Obviously a hack is in play as user didnt even finish all holes in qualifying round. Inquiries to customer support go unanswered. So if you want to win, be a better cheat and hack the game.
This game has a cartoonish interface that takes some getting used to. The ball physics around the holes is weird, but ok once you understand how it works. There does not seem to be any documentation that you can read to better understand gameplay – at least we havent found it. However, the main problem seems to be the game servers. We are constantly disconnected which is very annoying.
They have no support whatsoever if your account is deleted during an upgrade or revision they do not reply to any request for help and will not refund your purchases.
After we at the new update the game won’t open.
It would be nice if you would decrease the timing on getting your bags and your rewards. It would be nice if you guys could fix the connect to server we keep having connection problems. We would give it a five star at these things would be addressed thank you and have a blessed day or night wherever youre at.
We bought the Impact Passes, both of them. Spent a total of $137.76, for both Passes. We were to receive 8000 gems for Impact Pass 1 and 56000 gems for Impact Pass 2. We received 0 gems. We have written to support several times with no response. As far as Im concerned, they stole $137.76 from us. We paid with PayPal and have receipts. We are reporting them for theft.
Timer on this game is so off, it starts before you can even set up and when it gets to 10 thinking its in seconds it seems more like 6-7 seconds. Making you have rushed shots. Also when you train your clubs the needle moves much slower but the timer doesnt get any slower so whats the point? Yeah it MAY get a perfect shot but thats another BIG ISSUE! Perfect shot mens the needle needs to be dead center or the shot will be left or right even though it says Perfect . Golf Clash has this part figured out, golf impact developers needs to get schooled by GC!!! GI fix these problems or youll start falling behind in the race!
Along with the usual issues these golf games have, is there a way we can turn that horrible and annoying music off, but keep the game sound effects off? Please consider an update. Thanks!
Game has gotten extremely bad and customer service is non existent they took $300+ of our stuff in an update and customer service just doesnt respond to emails or in game inquiries. Total Garbage game money grab thieves DOWNLOAD AT OWN RISK OF SCAM!!!!!
