We LOVE this game! We started off playing hotel story (which is our all time favorite) then we found this game & they are very similar, but this game actually has much better shop choices. We really wish hotel story could add a dolphin show, pie shop, cotton candy shop, safari train, currency exchange, and more. But besides that this game is fantastic. Thank you! If the creators are reading this please add a dolphin show and more shops from this mall game to hotel story!!! THANK YOU! This game is so good. Its cute its fun and its easy to earn money and diamonds. You can soon decorate as you wish unlike some other games that take a long time and make you boredthis game is also so good to download because it doesnt take too much megabytes so its good for low storage phones.
This game is really for us none of that ads thats making us annoyed but this game is really good we can expand in just an hour or so and theres more things to buy and also even if we dont have internet outside we could still play this game.
We used to play this game in elementary school with one of our best friends! Ive always found the graphics really cute & loved observing the little shoppers and stores. The small details the developers added (like changing into wedding clothes at the bridal studio) really make this game!! Ive only recently gotten back into it after graduating college and am happy to report that it brings us just as much joy as it did when we were young. Our only wish is that they kept the friends system and ability to visit other malls. It was neat to see the other designs people came up with. BUT this doesnt affect gameplay too much so we cant be mad hehe <3.
We absolutely love this game! Ive played it a few times throughout our life but this time Ive really kept it downloaded much longer than before. Ive really been enjoying it but there was an update that removed the feature that allowed you to visit other malls and following friends. It took some time to get used to, and we dont have many complaints about that. Its still as fun as ever. We really enjoy decorating and renovating each floor. Good game to play when youre bored.
We LOVE THIS GAME. When we were young child we would sit by the fireplace and play this game for hours it helped us through the rough patches in our life (AKA our parents divorce) but overall we came out a better person thanks to this wonderful game. We owe a lot of our happiness to this game and we strongly encourage and recommend it. PLEASE give it a chance.
Please update the game with new features, IM BEGGING YOU. New stores, new people, MORE!!! We are obsessed with this game and have bought EVERYTHING. We need more interior design, more floor skins (like a ROAD ONE OMG), PLEASEEEEEEEE. Thank you we love you.

We love this game so much. So cute & fun, the game is kinda glitchy though but not so bad. :) we enjoy playing this game on our free time.
Started playing in 2016 until we took a break. A few months later we came back after they had updated and we came back and started a whole new mall. We're in the mid level 30s. We're in no rush on leveling up. Edit: ever since they did the recent updates like making the game 100% single player and even removing Isabelle (the NPC) the coins to collect from the shops isn't as active(?) Idk how to describe it really but used to the coin rate was much higher to collect, now it takes like 30 minutes for all the shops to be ready to collect the revenue so it takes longer to get to your next goal to buy x shop.
Ok now we KNOW yall got some crazy coding going on cause whenever we do certain things or try and rack up money you slow down our stores income. We been playing this game since we were 12ish easily and now Im 20. We redownloaded it recently cuz they banned our old tablet cause us and our friend kept resetting our times so wed get the 10k bonus LOL. Anyway we say all this cause it proves the creators of this game do not mess around. You better play it right and play it fair or theyll getchu.
We have played this game for years but now it seems like its time to let go. Before the update, there was something to grind for; you really had to work hard to upgrade. But now with the update and things being much cheaper, you loose that initial grind and you can get things done much faster. We have bought all the shops and attractions along with upgrading them to the max and now we are stuck. We are not able to collect our coins because we are constantly reaching the max coin limit (which we wish they would get rid of). Our mall literally makes more coins/money than we are able to retain and given that we have upgraded everything we cannot even spend the money we are making. We have bought everything you can in the game. We bought all storage spaces. We buy the items when they are in stock even though we dont need to use the items anymore. And we are still stuck. So as we were saying before, we believe we have come to our end with this game. Its been cool.
Hello . Your game is great but why doesnt ours have the tournament icon or picture icon and we cant even visit other people mall.
We have no ID and no more social friend part its removed for everyone or our account has problem?(we cant speak English well so hope you understand).
We love this game but im so upset from the fact that all our hard work are gone and we have to start all over again with a new mall You should add the option to save the progress Because its takes time to level up in this game.
We love this game but Im on level 8 and can not follow friends or see the travel agent we remember it being their from the beginning of the game. We dont know if it unlocks later or what can someone help.

Used to play this as a kid all the time & went back to play for nostalgia, we do wish you could buy gems Developers, please let us buy gems!! And as someone else mentioned, please bring back the multiplayer option where one could view others malls! We play on an apple device & that may be different for android users.
Every couple years we come back to this. It gets boring when you get to a certain point stores taking a certain amt of time to build and coins taking a while to collect, but overall very fun simulator.
Us, our dad, and our brother used to play this game regularly years ago. And we only started playing it again with our new accounts a few months ago when it still had the same mechanics as the one years ago of being multiplayer and we could visit and insult each others malls, help each others visits, etc. But recently, updates have been made to the game about it being a single player and it seems that these updates are only applicable to Apple as our game has been the only one to completely changed into a single-player game, we have an iPhone, while both our brother and dad, who both have Android phones, still have the multiplayer one version and could still play together. While some of the recent updates have been really nice, the lowering of prices and fewer hours of building, we just cant help but be sad about losing what Ive always thought is one of this apps essence, which is looking at other peoples builds, and in addition, not being able to play with both our dad and brother.
Played this game for years because it really is one of the best games out there. The developers for this game should win awards for everything they put in this game. Absolutely 5 stars, highly recommended.
