Ive been playing this game for a while now and Im enjoying. We cant login right now, keeps coming up with an error, saying our internet is to slow. Thats impossible, Ive been using the same bet – phone since we been playing.

Im experiencing a major issue here in game, we reach out to game support and their response is not helpful at all, they send us back sad faces and tell us they will pass on our message ?!? Which we thought the whole point of reaching out to game support is to be helped. We havnt been helped, our issue is losing large amount of crystals by accident because there is no confirmation for those transactions. Every game always has a confirmation! Its mind blowing how this game is pulled off a huge scam like this. Especially if you take into account how we are playing with cell phones! The screen is so small, everything is so close together! Come read all about it in our facebook page groups. Im not the only player frustrated by this scam. And after speaking to the support team for a week they have no chosen to not respond anymore. Ive wasted money here :(.
Ive seen a lot of reviews about storage and getting stuck and paying money. One trick you can use is at the start, instead of collecting as much as you can, try only collecting the stuff you need and build/finish orders one at a time. Dont rush it. The game takes time. We are a 4 year veteran on this game. We have recently restarted because we finished. Another tip is you can use your ship as storage just in case you accidently collected stuff you didnt mean to. It will last as storage until someone buys and then you can send more stuff out.
We like the game but it is getting harder to complete tasks since you asked for too many items to fill. The biggest problem we have is that our cell phone get extremely hot when we play the game. We follow every tip to avoid this problem but no change. You need to pay attention to whatever causes this issue.
We love playing with game but the ads takes away the fun . We get too many ads literally like every 2 minutes sometimes we get 2 every second we just wish the ads break would be less.
We dont normally write reviews, but Im very frustrated with this game we cant find anywhere else to express our issues. We are specifically frustrated with the new mini game which we really enjoy, but cant succeed in because Ive been playing the mini merge so long it takes more than than the three days the new game is around to complete the tasks in the merge game necessary to move forward in the new game. There has to be another way to earn the tickets to expand the new little farm, maybe in tasks completed in the race or something like that but the merge once youre up into the upper levels just isnt practical.
Currently cannot update game. It is not giving us the option.
We love playing this game but they have definitely made it more difficult to level up your stuff, like the building and the fields, they require gems and its a bit hard to come by. We would definitely give it a 5 star BUT we hate the fact that you cannot edit your farm all at once. Like be able to store all your stuff at once so you can rearrange your building, paths, trees, etc if you do, you literally have to MOVE ONE BY ONE AND MAKING SURE YOU ARE PLACING THEM IN A SPOT NOT USED! ITS SO ANNOYING! But other than that we really enjoy the game! Hopefully they can fix this soon.
Theres some time in between waiting for your storage to expand and nothing to do but wait and come back.
Very fun Im just upset we lost our level 90 game because we lost our phone and email. Not your fault.
Its a really an adventure to play. Its kind kid like Hobbits, Gremlins mixed all in just to make lands to survive and live on.
This game is good if youre just looking to relax and not really worry about whats going on in the game. We adore that it doesnt have the ridiculous energy feature that most of these farming games have.

Cute game, but our update is to lower the stars. Here are our main reasons: Not enough new to the game. They could add trees and items like that to at least make it more interesting by giving us new things here and there. Even just letting us buy the current small, large, and giant trees (or being able to store and move the ones we pay to cut down) would be something. Same with the granite. Let us use ones we cut or remove to decorate elsewhere. When you upgrade the buildings, you get no choice about their looks. If the game has those variations, why not let us EARN new looks as we upgrade, but give us the option to pick the look for each from what we have earned. It gets tedious dealing with the slowness of expanding storage. Perhaps if building supplies werent in the same group as products it would help. Ill update again if these things change.
Way too many ads. Wish there was a way to just pay to get rid of them. Other than that we believe we could enjoy the game.

We could highly recommend playing this game to others.if they take in consideration the following There are a few things that make this game hard and frustrating (1)The prices for upgrading things is outrageous! To collect a mystical treasure chest (when you reach a certain level) holds tickets for upgrading homes and shops but cost diamonds and ALOT of them! (1699 diamonds)?? And other chests triple that amount. Wow!! Too much ! We wont be doing any upgrading or collecting mystical chests. Upgrading. Lol. Having to spend diamonds for things cost over and beyond capabilities for someone who cannot afford it. (2) The exploring adventures are fun. But cost a lot of energy for collecting things. (Ex:) we dont understand why it has to be so much energy to chop down a tree. Although you can watch a video to open a gift box for extra energy. But you use it up in one chop! Edited). (3) we wish there was a Market to buy or sell to other players. A market will expose your goods to more than 1 or 2 players. Using a boat to try and sell is really NO help at all. Boat only goes to one player at a time. **And our boat keeps coming back and we cant sell anything. Since yesterday. We havent been able to sell anything since we started playing. Also cannot take things out of boat unless we spend MORE diamonds. Why? And opening up a second slot to sell on boat (400 diamonds). Exposure to more players (200) diamonds) ?? How does that make the game enjoyable? sigh. Normal game play shouldnt be costing diamonds. Access to other player should be a lot easier to sell or buy. NEED A MARKET. Please!! We understand that developers need to make money for game, but the more it cost for things, the more players quit playing because some people cant afford paying real money for diamonds for almost everything!! Lowering prices and making it affordable will help players become more involved and play more. And buy more. And everything that cost diamonds makes it very difficult to enjoy different aspects of the game. Watching videos for certain tasks helps some but Building up coins is also very difficult. Trying to sell to island people is a frustrating task. They always ask for things you dont have or dont have access to yet. We have rejected more orders for this reason. We almost stopped playing when our Warehouse got TOO FULL trying to make anything else and took us all day to try and get rid of stuff in storage just to make something. And of course..it cost More diamonds to remove anything from warehouse storage. The more we play..we are beginning to realize that we may have to just give up. Trying to Earn diamonds is a PLUS. There are good ways to earn them. Caution: lol. But be very careful what you spend them on. Because there are some things you will need to progress in the game and will need diamonds to do it. This game needs better and easier ways to build up coins. We wont even bother trying a get a treasure chest with upgrading tickets. $ 1699 diamonds to open chest!! Really? Note: and forgot to mention how long it takes to chop a large tree (1 full day)? Building some things (2 days). Defeating a Troll (1 day) That takes up workers you cant use for a long period of time. This game is great potential! We are hooked. But we are not sure how long our interest will last. We will see! We are a widow with a disabled daughter. We cant afford to keep spending real cash for diamonds and more diamonds. It really shouldnt cost so much just to play normal aspects of game if the developers want to hold on to playersI recommend reversing your strategy on costs . We do thank you for a great relaxing time playing. This game has great graphics and challenges! Many fun features ! But to be honest, players are only being chased away because of high diamond prices to progress in the game..but leaving game because their friends get frustrated and quit. Cant hold on to friends either. Prices need to be drastically lowered. People will buy things and play more. (Edited) KB.
