This game is completely awesome! We absolutely adore it! Its a bit repetitive but addicting at the same time for us at least! Occasionally it doesnt save but you dont really lose anything! Im having a blast playing it! We play it on our iPad every day before work and love mining and making the money to purchase more animals and recipes seeds for flowers etc! We cant believe all the bad reviews! Trust us, $9.99, you wont regret it if you enjoy farming games.
Played this on android for years but newer phones stopped supporting it. Im so excited to get to play it again! Little tip you can get a good amount of gold early by fishing with the regular bait it provides the best return for the money early on.
This is a fun and enjoyable game for anyone new or used to harvest moon it doesnt have all the bells and whistles but it has just enough to keep you playing we play for 21 hours before we eventually move on so well worth the money we spent it works effortlessly on our iPhone eight with no issues so for those of you having to issues maybe switch to Apple.

Hello we only write this review to say we are requesting that yall put all old harvest moons on iOS we used to have every harvest moon on Nintendo Ds LITE. If yall can find a way to please get them to fit IOS MANyall would be so awesome.

We have been a huge Harvest Moon fan since back to nature came out in 99. We were super excited for a version to come out for the iPhone!! We see everyone complaining about the game here, but speaking as a very long time playing This game, we couldnt be happier! Definitely worth the money! Thank you for finally putting our favorite game on the phone.
There is so much to do we probably havent discovered everything we love it we would love the house upgrade from 1 to 2 to be less expensive but other than that its really good.
Honestly, this is a mobile game, so expect it to fit for your screen. We have been a harvest moon fan forever. Our first harvest moon game was with GameCube, another wonderful life. That was MY life. We got a Nintendo switch, light of hope, and even though its a short story, still LOVE it but we share it with our boyfriend so we decided to download the mobile version despite the reviews. Honestly, its adorable, its on MY phone. It gives our boyfriend the chance to play his games and we still love it. A die heart Harvest Moon player will love any HM, so we give this a 5 stars. Nothing will ever beat another wonderful life, but its just as good.
Love this game! However.. Some updates would great… Harvest sprites helping in the farm? New crops? A larger coop and barn ect.. House even.. Since you can have kids.
We were hesitant to buy this game after reading the many reviews about glitches and other issues. However, we decided to take a chance anyway because we love the Harvest Moon games. Im glad we took the risk! The game has worked almost perfectly for us. Im on year 2 and we havent had any issues that we can think of. We have mainly played the game on our iPad, so maybe thats why it has worked so well? Anyway, 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome game, very similar to the console game but not the same. Many of he features are similar and its easy to play. We have yet to have any glitches and -Being a huge fan of harvest moon games- it was worth every penny! We would suggest some minor sprucing up and features to make it more fun but all in all its a great game.
We've heard of the glitch where the game won't load, and to fix that problem, just always have at least one backup file. Other than that, it is awesome for a mobile game! So much better than many of them! Thanks Natsume.
Have been playing harvest moon since the original game boy and absolutely love it. This def helps our on the go craving for this game. We play it everywhere.
Haven't run into any problems or glitches yet. We play this game every day. It's addicting. We feel like we're playing the traditional tv video game version. Now if you can just get Luke's Bar to serve drinks we'd be all set.

We've played Harvest Moon for years, it's not exactly like the other ones, but they're all a little different. It's a fun game, it met our expectations, we put 45 hours in before we beat it and we still had some side activities we haven't done.
That you lose of track of time with. One of those games that you get so enthralled with and relax and play and play and look at the time and say oh sh@$ we have to get up in 5 hours oops!! Then do it again the next night! We this game! We love the simplicity of it, unlike some of the other ones. We like them too but we sometimes feel like it's a chore! This one is very simple and we love it. Replay value is very high. We bought this game when it has the 9.99 price tag and we see that it dropped down to 4.99 which we're ok with paying full price it just worries us that eventually it's gonna end up being a free app with a ton of adds! It would piss us off to no end of that were to happen, that has happened to us before with a certain game from a certain company and they told us that we could re-buy the app with no adds after we had already purchased it! We pretty much told them to go pound some sand you know where, we don't think that's cool companies do that, but again it's a little concerning to us. We bought this the minute it hit the App Store and a year later the price dropped a lot. Please do not ever make this game free with adds! Then there's gonna be in app purchases, we think this game is perfect as it is! We love the fact that you can play this game however YOU want, we like that you don't have to wait for buildings be done hours or days from the time you start to build it! We mean as with all HM games the crops take in game time to grow but that's not a gripe for us. This is a breath of fresh air for us and it's nice to play a game unlike hay day or township or a farm or builder game! Anyways off to play the game.
We were always a big fan of Animal Crossing and The Sims so we decided to try this! It is so much fun! Casual or hardcore play :) now we usually spend a "day" or two in the game for a day or two in real life. Awesomeness! :).
We love harvest moon with a passion been playing since gamecube was released but we dont understand why you all didnt add a level saving factor on the mines it makes the mining less desirable if we have to start from the first level everytime we prefer how you did it in harvest moon light of hope where you can start from level 11 or so forth! It would be awesome if you could update this one small factor on this one.
We love this game and there is SO much to do, but Im married and we want a kid. Can you make the 3rd level house easier to get.
We like this because its more like the n64 version we grew up with, but the story line is a lacking, theres a lot of untapped potential for being a phone game that they could add new features to but dont. We think a hose and sprinkler system should totally be added to the game and they should bring in the concept of the spouse doing chores like collecting eggs or feeding the animals from storage or whatever. They should add a bigger barn expansion and more animal variants. Also the dog and horse racing from n64 was so fun but its not a thing here. Seriously, we wish more creative attention was given to this game because the crop mutation aspect is so fun other things could be like that too.
We downloaded this game about a week before a flight. Super fun & nostalgic from the old GBA days. We travel frequently so we open this app up a lot and get a lot of value out of it. Im not a gamer by any means or a hardcore harvest moon fan but this game is super fun and def scratches that itch to play a harvest moon title. We think they had a lot of potential with this game but that can all be fixed with updates. :) Id say give it a shot but dont read toooo many of these negative reviews. Just enjoy the game. Cheers.

This game is awesome! It really gives us harvest moon friends of mineral town vibes which was our favorite game as a kid!!! :) not completely worth 10 dollars, but we do find ourselves playing every morning by the way, if you find yourself stuck on a black screen make sure all your background apps are closed & restart your phone we haven't ran into any bugs YET.
This app has been amazing Brought back. Our most favorite child good game back. The only down fall is how much it cost to upgrade to the biggest house possible Other than that we love this game.
We really really love this game because it reminds us of when we were a kid and would play harvest moon on our DS, and while we feel as though there was a lot more that could be done with this app, we do enjoy playing and have spent every free second of our day playing it since we downloaded it. What would make it more fun? More variety! Also we feel upset because we have this massive farm with a ton of land but we cant receive any help from the harvest sprites like we could in the other game?!? Whats the use in befriending them then? We think if you could do an update where the harvest sprites could help care for the farm that would be great. Also we love our husband but lol its so boring having one. Its not even like we can uphold a random convo with a villager so thats odd. Also the fact that we cant build more coops or barns is extremely frustrating. Anyways, so those are our main two complaints: help from harvest sprites and bigger coops and barns.
We hit Fall 1 year 1 and now when we go to sleep it wont load our next day.
The game is amazing and we see no issues in it other than leaving out a few events that are in the DS game. The real issue is that we got it on our iPad and have lots of progress. We just got a phone and want to transfer the data, but we don't know how to.
We wish that you could take requests and that the selling price of the crops would be up a little more.
This needs to be fixed. We've read other comments and we're not the only one with the problem. We love harvest moon. But it needs fixed.
This game is really fun. But we think the house upgrades are to expensive!!! And more hair, clothes, faces, etc would be great Please! . Ps those are the reason we give it only 4 stars, other wise (so far) it's a 5 star game.
We've been playing this game for more than two weeks and we're loving it but we're getting to a certain point where we've done everything we can to the game There needs to be more added like some concepts from other Harvest Moon games or try new ideas.
We have been following HSM since the first DS version. We love it, but we do think it could use a little change. Like the story line we had to google how that worked since it was explained so little. Also would like more customization to your character. Other than those little things. Definitely love it. When we don't have any of our devices this is perfect. It's actually so similar to the actual games. Compared to the skytree. This is better. Don't really like the layout of the game on the DS.
We've always been a fan of the Harvest Moon games and this is just as good as the rest. Probably the best game we've gotten for iOS. We love that it's actually a full game.
We've been playing Harvest Moon since the original on snes. It's one of our favorite game series. So far for a mobile game this exceeds our expectations. The only thing we would add at this point would be character portraits. Not having portraits of the characters while talking to them really takes away from the immersion of the game. Put this in and you have a winner.
We have no complaints but am having issues dont want to request a refund yet cuz might be a glitch we saved an went to sleep an then shut down the app when we re opened the app we went an gave one of our cows the baby potion then proceeded to go an go to sleep now it wont make it pass that day an when we try to go in the barn it freezes ill start a new game but if this happens again we well be requesting a refund.
Id give 5 stars but we cant buy seeds because we cant put in the amount.
We love this game but we dont know why these features have been since removed Animal festivals Watering crops help from the sprites Character customization Its what made the game so interesting we hate that they have been removed.

Everytime we go to get food or buy an animal we have to wait a few days because hes in his pasture.
We believe the previous games for the DS handheld consoles sold for $12, and were no were close to how bad SoM is. The game constantly reloads, the grass seeds are more expensive than the animal feed (we still dont get that part), you cant make your own seeds from your own crop, no green houses, very VERY small selection of recipes, and everyone looks like Olive Oil from Popeye. On top of everyone looking wonky, their private stories are poorly written. Ive been a HM fan since Back to Nature on the PS, we guess a few things we do like is its available on our phone, theres no in game pay, its not FarmVille, and the crop mutation which has us sucked in. So if youre looking for the best, and we mean the BEST HM experience, we recommend Harvest Moon DS(boy protagonist)/Cute (girl protagonist) with the combination of Back to Nature from the Game Boy Advanced.
We wish this worked past fall day 25 but it wont let us sleep and move on. We even tried going till we passed out and it wont move on to the next day. PLEASE FIX THIS.
Its almost like the console games they make of harvest moon which we were really really excited about but for some reason its having trouble saving our game and we just spent all day at the ours an was able to get a little more then 20,000 and so we had a little more then 79,000 that we were saving it upgrade our house :( is there any way you can give us back our 20,000 please.
It was fun until the game stops working when you hit fall 28 of year 1. Super disappointing for an expensive game.
This game could be so awesome with some additional features. Make it a little more difficult, we got bored in about 3 days because we practically had everything done! Add a couple more people and maybe a couple more options for keeping track of your inventory! Or some more missions that don't complete themselves. This game doesn't have to be so simple. You have a brand with TONS of loyal customers and supporters who would pay anything for a harvest moon game that actually felt a little more real. Nobody would be upset to have an overhaul like that and we know you guys are capable. We appreciate that this is not an app filled with in app purchases though, we just think it could have more depth.
It's a great game but we wish there was a way to transfer over our account from our iPhone to our iPad? Is that possible.
We love the app, but is there a way to save our data to the cloud, so we may place on our iPad (or when we upgrade our iPhone, a way to get the data back on it)? Will happily rate 5 stars if there is a way to do this.
We love this game!!! However, it froze and we can't play it anymore.
