We like using this app but every time we go back to play it gives us a could not validate token message and then we have to delete and reinstall the app again. Is there any way to fix this issue.

Im afraid this game is too broken. On the store, it says 3 billion chips is $100. We have 300 billion chips we think Im too rich. We dont even have $5000 in real life we might be cooked. For clarification 300 billion chips in HD poker is equivalent to $10,000 in real life.

This Texas Hold em app is fantastic. Caveat: However, you will find yourself on the loosing side if you dont make in app. Purchases. The app. Is designed to host live players and obviously the more the better. However, although we didnt write the algorithm, there is a bias when it comes down to the distribution of cards and who wins and who loses. If you purchase chips or avatars you will definitely have a bright winning future. For the rest, they are just the competitors at a great disadvantage. This comment may sound like sour grapes but we really dont care that much accept when we play against our wife who incidentally does make purchases. In any case, good luck.
When you play poker in a tournament you fold cards because you dont want to play those cards! HD Poker takes it upon themselves to take money (the amount they choose) every hand even if you fold your hand!! It was 100 million a pop in the tournament we were in. Thats not how poker works!! So dont get ripped off! The easiest hand in poker to get is a flush. Almost 35% chance. In this game it almost never hits.
This app is not good for you to have its mess with your connection and uses more bots then players do not play you will only lose its a scam to get your money.

. Feels th best and they r overall fair. Jestful game based antics aside from th good poker. Only grievance is when at random app shuts down evry few weeks for maintenance that lasts hours. Best app tho will keep account for a while.
They use to compensate you for lost connections. Millions. Billions. Now they just ignore you. Dont waste your time. We play Zynga now.
We have the app on our iPhone and MAC. On the MAC we downloaded it from Apples store. Unlike the iPhone we have to go to STEAM for an update. We did that and it didnt update. We were still told when trying to run the app that we have to get the update. Why cant we get the update through the App Store? Whats with needing STEAM? Outcome, we deleted the app on our MAC.
Playing the game successfully over time results in more chips. More chips leads to higher table stake eligibility. Fun! But the newest update has increased the chip value of tips and many of us have lost hundreds of millions of chips because of a system bug. Find another game. This one is unstable and unreliable -BlindSquirrels1 Lost $5B in chips to the new update.

Most of us are not professionals. Sometimes the pros are unkind, Over all good game.
We like the option to join smaller tables than the usual 9-person. We like that the app isnt bogged down by a lot of useless side games that you find on other poker apps. But in the 2 weeks ive been playing, the app had been down for 2 days. Thats too much downtime.
Tried to load the game and failed. Right after the update it went to a black screen and back to the game icon. We have been a faithful addict playing for more than a year now. Really enjoyed it until the latest update. We have received emails from support but to no avail. Still waiting. We will definitely return if they can fix it.

So much art! This game has a vibe. A lot of poker games take themselves too seriously but this one has style and a real friendly atmosphere to it. We mean, its an online game, people can be mean, but as far as poker goes, we love how this game plays and feels.

Love playing this game the only thing we dont like is all that stuff that comes up on the left-hand side of the screen it distracts you from what youre looking at other than that we love playing the game. Thank you.
In this site most of the players are beginners, they will call you with nothing. Once in awhile you will get bad beat but in a long run you can win.
Had at least 6 billion chip at one time. Logged in one day and it showed it had less than 1 million left.
We think this is the best poker game in the Apple App Store and we have played all of them ! It has the best options and best player graphics every one seems to play well and get a long well. We think this is way better than World Series of Poker and play tica the makers of wsop it is more real and the most fair poker app out in App Store. Well done developers great job.
This game is rigged! If you are gonna play it dont buy chips. Just grind from the lower level rooms. Its pointless though! This game is 100% rigged.

When we first started playing this game, we loved it. Thought it was fun until now It seems the RNG is fake. They let you win to get you excited. After youre hooked on the game, it seems they set you up to lose 95% of the time so you can keep making purchases and spend real money just to keep the action going. Many have quit this game and it looks like Im next. Im getting more and more skeptical about how this game is being ran. If the developer of this game doesnt consider this, they will be losing many regular players. Just play free chips and dont spend a dime because its not worth it! They will set you up to lose and push you to buy chips. Dont do it, its not a fair game.
While we do believe that the Poker part is ligit, do not use the wheel spin. We spent billions on it only to get the same animation 60% of the time where it rolls just slightly over the max win. Ive spent around $50 on this game and we usually end up trying our hand at the wheel when Im bored, it never goes well. Im uninstalling the app for our own wellbeing.
We really like poker! We have another account also! To much letting the lower level players win!!and you know its true. Getting a river card to win on one in every five hands is not real live poker! The top 20 or so also get cards when they need them also.
So basically the point of the game is to wait for your turn to win. Its pretty much if black jack in terms of luck and none of the skill. Most of the time the same player wins almost every hand until it switches to another. One good thing about it is it can happen to you, but after that it just forces you to lose by giving you bad hands and even if you get a good one flops and rivers always favor someone else. It picks favorites. Chips are also extremely easy to get so no one is punished for going all in all the time so it ruins the flow of the game.
Bit only did we have to go to apple to get customer service on this app. The app is rigged and only entices the player to chase and pays off on hands that would never happen this often, Wanna play poker find another app. We are double black diamond and they tell you that you get extra chips and it loads then when you leave the store it takes it away, The app is not good poker and is clearly rigged and we have told them so many times that they wont even answer, Irf it continues we will get with apple and get all our money back.
