We LOVE THIS GAME!!! We definitely recommend to everyone because this game is so friendly, cute, and amazing! We can play this game all day! We love all the Sanrio characters involved definitely adorable! It is so fun to play and they have the most adorable costumes for the Sanrio characters!!! And we recommend to everyone, we think everyone who is in love with Sanrio will definitely be in love with this game. If there were a hundred stars then it will be a hundred stars!

We absolutely LOVE this game, but it has a few problems. 1. Fewer micro transactions. This game wants you to pay for things too often. We get that this is a free mobile game and you have to make money is some way, but the tactics it uses are a little scummy. Our idea to fix this is to slightly tweak the chances of getting a B or higher character, allow exchanging of coins for gems at the same ratio of gems to coins, and remove gem box capacity. Heck, if you really want to make money, allow users to watch adds for gems. 2. Change the type of adds you see. Since this is a 4+ game it should be suitable for said age group. However, the adds in this game can get really inappropriate and/or political. We suggest the option to enable personalized adds or, better yet, removal of inappropriate and political adds. Why dont you just advertise stuff like Pokmon Go or Among Us or even other Sanrio products? If you advertised for more Sanrio products you would make more money than you would from add revenue. Critiques aside, this game is amazing. We love the feature of combining duplicates, and puzzles are fun and cute. We really hope that the issues are addressed though. We cant wait to see whats next for this game! (Chococat or Twin Stars, anyone?)
We love this game, like we LOVE this game. Its really fun, doesnt have a bunch of ads, and is overall our favourite game on our phone. Its better than Minecraft and that says something-

We just updated the game and it crashed! It no longer opens, it just stops at a white screen!!! Please fix it.
If you havent updated yet, DONT The game wont even open at all – just a blank white screen, no matter what we do.
Very fun, cute, and enjoyable game. We just suggest you add some sort of storyline or more characters. But we understand thatll probably take a while because those things cost money. Other then that a lovely game. We recommend you play it if you have some free time and you like all things Sanrio.

This game makes no sense. It is not intuitive so its hard to figure out even the lower levels of the game. Make it make sense! Love all things Hello Kitty however, the gameplay is hard to understand and ends in a frustrating experience.
OMG Thank you for making this game it means a lot because it kind of helps us with our math and it helps a lot with our puzzles we love puzzles but we dont know how to do them in real life we know how to do puzzles games on the phone but real life puzzles we dont do very well. And now we know how to do real life puzzles and we love puzzles now we play it everyday and when we forget we wake up and start playing and can never miss a gift. Its the best game ever and you dont have to change anything!

Its cute, fairly easy, and wicked fun if you love Hello Kitty. Our only complaint is similar to the one above, or below depending. We are currently on our THIRD account. There is no recovering one unless you know yr crazy long and random alpha-numeric ID. We too lost great characters, and a lot of progress. But, we still started over each time, because it really is fun.
