We bought all 10 versions of these games and we have been playing then over and over again on different levels since the pandemic started. Ive enjoyed all 10 versions until a few days ago when they started throwing us off in the middle of a level. We have to go back on and play the same level again only to be thrown off again. We truly hope this problem doesnt continue because we love every one of the versions.

We love these games but it keeps crashing at level 3.10! Every time we go underground it crashes and we have to start over. Can you fix this please.
They should tell customers that the app really doesnt work unless you are on WiFi. Very frustrating.
We love all the Hercules games! That said, this particular one has some programming glitches and certain levels where you go underground crash routinely, making it impossible to get a good score. If these glitches were fixed, it would be 5 star.
This is a fun game, but very simple without many bonuses or challenges.
Level 3.10 underground has no players! We cant finish the rest of the game.
All of the Hercules series is enjoyable. Hercules IX is as excellent as a time-management game gets. Well done. Yes, it has some glitches that are frustrating, but they definitely do not outweigh this games overall achievement for design; super fun in the challenging strategy of achievement. Players will never tire of this terrific first-rate game choice. Bring on Hercules X! We await the next challenge.
These Hercules games are awesome! Smooth gameplay, cute characters and plot, little puzzle pieces to find, and extra bonus levels with collectables! We just love making those little guys run around! We did find one glitch on level 4.10, where the game crashed (like the other reviewer said) when coming back up from underground. We got around it by cracking the crystal first, then doing the smaller underground and saving the larger underground for last. It would crash if we did the larger underground any place but at the very end. But overall a great game! 4.5 stars.

This one has a couple twists… Pills. Not sure we like them very much, but hey, its different. And a new type of guide that is just so-so in its helpfulness. Even with the new, interactive guide on, its also too impossible to win many of the big stars for beating dev score on expert. Then, to add insult to injury, when we finally beat the dev score, the next time we log in, its reverted back to the original accomplishment (3 stars). We only mention it here, because we got no response from support for this issue. If you like these sorts of games, youll still love this. The game play, graphics and controls are spot on,.
When the game decides to show downloads for other jet dog games, it hangs our game up. We love the Hercules games, and this one is no exception. Just your game listing…. The first time it came up, the game hung up. We cant get off that page and back to the game. We went back about a half hour later and could play again. Now we got the ad page again and the game hung up again. We cant get that page to go away so we can play. And Ive waited several hours to try again. Its still hung up.
After mastering the underground on level 4.1 the game kicks u out. It a shame we really enjoy playing this series.
In these games it has always been glitchy with the pipes. Especially 1.7 level. We found a way around the glitch. We dont have anything going on up top and we dont use any special help bonuses when we go down the pipes underground. And we try not to be doing two different things when we come back up the pipe. Still dont understand why JetDogs hasnt fixed this. Otherwise, they are great games and we have bought all of them. Just frustrating when game constantly crashes.
$14?? You realize you can get an actual console game for that much. We bought a two year old title for Playstation a month ago that was the same price. It had 100 hours of game play, full voice acting, 3D graphics, and downloadable extra content. Why on Earth would anybody pay $14 for a game thats basically the equivalent of a title from 1992? We are all for paying for apps, and supporting developers. We have bought ALL the other Hercules games, but the price point on this one is not worth the money.
The $14 price tag for this game is insane. Its actually insulting considering how many of their other games we have purchased. Ive never been offered any kind of loyalty discount. Insane.
Game will not start with latest iOS.
Ive played all the Hercules games and this one is glitchy. Beat level 7 and it kicked us off the game. Had to start the level over again. Please fix.
