We used to enjoy this game but then you changed from a seeking game and added a three of a kind alternate play. What a bad choice. We deleted the app.
This game has changed for the worse. We will probably be deleting in the near future. You can no longer select which area or room you want to play hidden objects in. It is selected for you. The time that is given to find the objects is never enough. You have to use a booster every time to clear the room. We are not interested in playing match three games, which appear to be the only games we can win in this update since the hidden objects pictures are impossible to win in the time frame given. We downloaded this game a long time ago because we love hidden objects games. This was our favorite game. It is now nothing but frustration.
We hate the new update. Change it back please.
We’ve had this game for a few years and quit playing. We were intrigued regarding the mystery behind the game. We recently updated it and our history wasnt restored and had to start over. That wasnt an issue. 1. The lack of energy replenishing at a rate of 1. But watching an ad will give you a full energy. This wasnt a deal breaker but very nerve wrecking. 2. Since accidentally purchasing something in the game we have noticed that watching videos for energy, light, and fan features are now none or barely existing. Which leads us to believe its a money grab. We dont want to be forced to purchase anything to continue playing the game since we did enjoy it, but having to pay for the things that were already available in the game to be removed after a purchase will be our reasoning to leaving. 3. Im also pass Day 8 and the glitch fir the home across the street has not opened. 4. We also noticed there isnt anymore clues or puzzles presented since almost finishing floor 2 and we’ve begun remodeling floor 3. 5. There are glitches and freezing within the game as well as the popup ads before and leaving a scene. 6. Toooo many ad pop ups since the accidental purchase. We want to play the game not tap x every few seconds of entering or exiting a challeng.
Please make it where we can select what scenes we want to search. Hate that its all just random now. PLEASE FIX!
We loved this game and played it until we ran out of levels and had to wait for them to build more. When they were available the game started freezing and wouldnt let us spend our stars. Then the whole game changed to a scene they choose or a match. We dont like it and will be looking for another game.
6/13/23: we liked it when you were finding objects in scenes. Now the scenes are abysmal, the required amount of stars to complete tasks has gone up, and theres matching blocks now?!? We will give it about a week to improve and go back to how it was. After that if its not back, Im deleting the game. EDIT 8/3/23: terrible canned response and theyve refused to fix the game. Im sorry, but Im deleting the game. About five years of work and now Im leaving. So disappointing that theyve done this like every other greedy developer out there.
Dont believe these pictures – they are all lies. Thats how the game used to be – hidden objects and FUN. Not anymore- they changed the whole premise of the game!!! Dont support them!
You can clearly see by the reviews lately that the new format of the game is very unpopular. If you want to leave the match part in the game that is fine, but give us the option to choose the levels in the hidden game that we want to play. And leave that side of it alone. We have loved this game for a long time but now only login to see if you have corrected the mistakes that you have made. Very sad to see that you have not listened to the many reviews that clearly are unhappy.
The game is awesome however the game often glitches when we try to use our stars to complete a task. This makes us frustrated and unable to move forward. We would love to see this be fix so we are able to continue the game. We know this is a game problem due to our family members and friends running into the same problem.
For years this was our favorite game. Developers need to go back to the unlock and design element of the game that we (and apparently many other users) grew to love about this game. Day 103 seems to be the final day in the game, which is a real shame. We get our hopes up with every update they release, but alas our hopes are crushed by the lack of any real meaningful update. It has been many, many months since we’ve played this game. While we havent deleted this app yet, our patience runs thin. Listen to your customers and do right by them. Return this game to its former glory. The path to success was paved by the previous 103 game days. Now continue to walk that path and stay the course, instead of the garbage thats been forced upon us as we wait for an actual update. Viva la Day 104!
This game is the definition of if it aint broken dont fix it. We dont know whose idea was this new update but they should be fired. You have ruined our favorite game. It is unplayable. The simple hidden object search now has turn into a flashlight, steam, figure out how to work fiasco. Seriously. We use to love that each room had its own hidden scene. We wont be playing anymore. Our mother loves it as well, and she is furious about the changes.
This was one of our favorite games that we have played for YEARS!! Its HIDDEN hotel, not a stupid block game!! Bring back the HIDDEN hotel where you would find things in the rooms you would CHOOSE to play, then get to update your hotel!! Did you other game flop, so now you brought it into this game and RUINED it!! We won an hour of free play and still couldnt play more than 10 minutes cause we couldnt choose what area we wanted to play!! Everyone in our chat is also saying how much they hate this game now!! Bring back the actual game of HIDDEN hotel with all the rooms please!! Otherwise you are losing a player who has played for YEARS! We would give this ZERO stars now if we could!
So has we said it is a great game but whenever we start a new day it get glitchy and we always run out of energy so we watch a lot of ads and we find out some of them didnt even work. Again we love the game just consider these things before downloading.
The game is good so far. But we keep running into an issue of the game freezing on us and we would have to close out the game and still be frozen after rebooting.
We do not like that we cannot pick what room we want to search in. Makes us play it much less.
We hate the new mode we want to go back to the way it was this new mode makes us want to delete the game we had gotten so far and we loved the old version and we want it back.
We loved this game and play pretty frequently. The new update to this is trash. This is a hidden object game not a pop the color blocks game. Now we cant choose which rooms we want to play in and to unlock/repair things cost more than 1 star. Was a lot better the way before. For sure will be deleting the game if it stays this way. We were really excited to get back into playing this game after a long time away from it. The newest update had so many new changes, and even though our previous save file had been reset, we didnt mind because it felt like a completely new game that we were excited to play again. All the new lore about the previous owner and the secrets and everything made us so excited! However, the game has so many bugs, namely with the puzzles that you are supposed to solve to get the lore of the hotel. Whenever we try to do one, A) either the puzzle itself glitches and we cant properly do it, or B) after we complete the puzzle, we will get the black screen of death or its frozen on the lobby or it WILL play the following cutscene, then the endless black screen. We exit out of the game, reload, and it says we never completed the puzzle, leaving us in this endless cycle. Its really annoying because the game is fun other than that. But the whole point of the puzzles is to learn the story/lore, which you cant do unless you solve the puzzles. If the bugs for the puzzles can be fixed, it would be so SO much better.
Just deleted the app. After endless pop us in the middle of the game and now not being able to choose what room you want to play im over it. Looks like going back to Junes Journey!

Respectfully, please change it back. We enjoyed that it was all hidden object levels and that we had the ability to choose which scene to play. We really enjoyed finishing 10 levels of scenes one at a time. Or at least give us back the option to choose the scenes. We are playing it a lot less now with the new update.
You have absolutely ruined this game! We HATE that you can no longer choose what scene to play! We also HATE the match 2 addition. This is a hidden object game! So you can stick your game! We used to love this game and actually spent alot of money just to keep playing. We switched phones and our progress didnt switch over but it was such a good game we started over anyway. Since then they have made it to where it was almost impossible to beat a level then added the fog or darkness and shortened the time. Now they have completely changed the game. Its a hidden item game and now its like candy crush and you dont get to pick the level. NO ONE asked for that. The game was a awesome game it needed more story lines and mini games not this nonsense. Unfortunately we dont see us playing anymore unless its changed.

This used to be our favorite game to play. Now its an entirely different game. Im holding out hope theyll change it back, but ill probably just delete it since all of their updates for the last year have just gotten worse and worse.

We had played this games for yearseven reloaded it after you dropped the storyline the first time so we could keep playing. Now it has been months since we have had a new scene to search. The strategies you have employed to get everyone to stick aroundtired mini-games and the new match 3 (which we abhor)are not working for us. Although we hate the thought, this app is about ready to hit the trash can pretty soon if things dont improve.

We used to really enjoy playing this game, but the recent updates have taken all of the fun out of it. We liked being able to play one level until we were able to gain all of the stars for that level, and we really enjoyed that each level gradually got more difficult. With the new updates, the level/room changes each time, and some of the searching games (for example, the one that requires a flashlight) are nearly impossible to beat without using boosters. The developers ruined what was once a fun and relaxing game.
What did yall do?! We dont play for a month and then come back to some kind of match 2 crap? And we cant choose which hidden object room we want to play? Why? Then new star collection and use amounts? We dont get why you cant just leave it like it was! We hate the update. Now how is it hidden hotel if you add a stupid matching game? The new update is horrible. We can no longer chose what areas we want to play in, nor can we unlock new areas to play injust design. Game went from super fun to pretty dumb ngl.
Clearly the developers arent making enough money on this game to continue. Just shut down the app. There have been no new locations to explore in about 9 months or more. The mini games are not fun. If youre new, this app is only fun for a few monthsthen just delete it.
You had a fun, unique game. Then you stopped updating it. Then you tried to make it more like the other million boring games out there by adding a match component. As far as Im concerned, unless you go back to the story and hidden scenes, this game is toast.

We used to really enjoy this game but the new update took a lot of the fun out of it. For one if we wanted a match 3 game we would have downloaded a match three game. We liked this game because it is a hidden objects game so why ruin that by adding a match three component? Match 3 games are a dime a dozen. We prefer this game focus on the hidden objects part. Dont ruin this game by making it another match 3 game. We also miss the ability to choose the rooms we want to search and progress through those rooms. Now it just randomly selects a scene and there is no sense of actually completing a room. And with the new format is the game still going to host the events with the parrot and the dog?

Well it looks like the last review was 3 years ago. We used to LOVE this game because it wasnt like the others. It was fun searching for items and renovating. But now we have to play MATCH 3 to get energy??? We HATE match 3 which is one reason we dont play those type of games and we’ve deleted those that we used to play. We guess we will be deleting this one now. We took a break from this game because there werent any areas to renovate. We’ve completed the hotel and most of the beach area. It now looks like we cant pick which scenes we can play. The game is ruined. You need to take a page from Junes Journey because that will now be our go to game. It was fun while it lasted. This update is terrible. Its levels now, not days. You get random scenes each time, and dont have to really work for stars.
Update: we still havent used up our game cash and boosters but Im deleting the app now anyway. The new update was the last straw. If we wanted a match game, we would download one and not being able to choose which hidden scene we want to play is ridiculous, plus they give you only 60 seconds to complete it. Clearly theyre trying to force us to buy boosters or time. No thanks. Theyve completely ruined what used to be our favorite game. Time to look for a new one that isnt from the same developer. We’ve loved this game for years but Im done. As soon as we’ve spent our game cash and used our boosters, Im deleting the app. The last few updates have been about adding unfair obstacles like the spotlight and fog or taking rewards. They havent added any new areas/scenes in a long time nor have they bothered to fix so many bugs. It constantly freezes or closes out of nowhere. Its not fun anymore.
The update is horrible. The hidden scenes do not match what you are looking for. Plus taking away all of the hidden levels is terrible.
