Your app should be banned, as you are ripp-off artists.
Compared to other sites this has the worst wins and bonuses. You will bet and lose $1000 then finally hit a bonus on a $10 spin and it ends up being below $200, let alone 30 -50 dead spins in a row. Happens all the time here. Overall not fun.

Been trying to play sweeps coins as they said and it say its unavailable so we messaged support on fb and they said to email support smh what r they there for but we emailed support and they have no clue what they are talking about the answers they give are not even relative to the question seems like a bot response. They say its free to play sweeps but its not because you cant even play sweeps. Im also not the only one who said something about these issues.
We signed up with this app using Facebook we won $1700 Thursday May 25. Verified our account and cashed $1500 out to Skrill. The next day it showed as completed but we never got our money. We have contacted them many many times. Nothing. We won another $100 and went to cash out. We noticed the Skrill email showing wasnt ours. We have never seen this email before. Contacted Skrill and they said high 5 has to trace where the money went and cancel it as it should be pending if its not someone elses Skrill account. Then they have to change the email on our high 5 and refund us the money so we can cashout. They wont reply. They wont do anything. They have stolen our money we paid for and won. The corporate numbers go to a voicemail and say leave a message and no one calls back. We are giving it until Tuesday and if nothing is fixed or if we dont have some kind of communication and proof its being fixed k am filing paperwork with the FTC. This is theft and wrong!!

We love Hi 5 but with the new games, there seems to be a big problem. Every time you try to open a new game, and you try to play, it immediately takes you back to the starting screen.
