We’ve been playing this game for only 2 days and our experience was amazing! We see so many people have such beautiful style and we love it! Yes there may be toxic people but we guess try to ignore it? And let us just say something ITS BETTER THAN EVERSKIES 100% everskies has way more toxic people and Highrise is just way better, we like the graphics and stuff but we dont know where to find a room full of people, we overall love our avatar but how can you find new hairs? Whenever we go and look at the hairs in the shop all we see are weird looking hairs oh and how the heck do you get coins? Lol, anyways we need some help on this game!
We love to create outfits and we get to customize our avatar to look just like us we love this game so much it is just like the ads :)
Its the best game ever we love it so much.

Highrise is so fun and addicting in a good way ofc. You dont even need money to play it!! We do surveys and they are so easy to complete. We’ve been playing since the end of 2022, and its been nonstop. And its an amazing time passer.
We’ve spent so much money on highrise just for them to ban us for fraud all because we had requested a refund on one of our email accounts and apparently it was our one linked to highrise (ik sounds like a mr problem lol) but we had reached out and they wont give us our account back we had so many items on it and we were almost done with current event!! Also highrise isnt that good if you have a problem sometimes they wont resolve it unless thats just me.
The fame is good overall but every time we try to play it wont work please help we tried everything.

It’s A Fun Game, But we Noticed When The Challenges Come, They Short You. This Recent Challenge Called Eye Rise, we Wasn’t Getting NONE Of The Items Off The Spin. We Kept Getting The Half Battery.
This game has everything youre looking for in a virtual world. We have some recommendations that we think would be awesome in the game. If yall added visual effects as in like instead of the fireplace looking still, bring it to life and give it background noise or make it flutter around like a real fire. We would like to see cats or dogs on the game that would actually act like a pet. That would be pretty cool, and unique.

Honestly this game is the best games we’ve ever played! We always get bored of games so quick but we’ve improved so much from our avatar appearance to home and room! However this isnt an affordable game the items you want so bad are crazy expensive up to $100 for your dream items! Here in California everything is so expensive now and $100 is like $20 now a days so if youre trying to buy your dream item just know itll basically be impossible unless you want to wait $100 or more however our avatar is still looking pretty and we definitely love it but itd be so much better if they at least had some offers or something :(( we’ve been trying to get lashes and theyre literally $100 we also dont like how they dont have a lot of nice clothes for men our bf also plays this game and theyre definitely very few nice outfits for men and not to mention if you get nice shorts for men their legs are super super skinny as well lol but this is for sure our biggest downfall abt this game and we truly wish they somehow did something abt it. Our sister also quit this game because she said it was (to expensive) in COD you waist $5 and get something BIG and here you have to waist $100 or more for a legendary item :((
We love Highrise but the app glitching and lagging is getting really annoying. This might make us stop playing all in one we havent seen any improvement in months with this situation.
We’ve been collecting hairs since 2021 and we sold our collection and reached 10k, just to immediately be scammed. It makes our stomach turn. Im quitting for awhile until we can forgive yall. Not to mention the daily community normally includes drama, hateful joking, and pay to win. Ps we originally played cocoppa play before hr and eventing on coco was way easier to get beautiful items without hurting our wallet or spending far more time grinding events. We couldnt keep up with hrs events so we quit eventing all together about a year ago.
Highrise looks fun when we first saw. We thought it would be a fun free-roam dress up game with a nice community, but we were very wrong.. First the gold system.. We wish there was an easier in-game way to earn gold without going to these other goal completion to get in-game currency apps or watching an ad just to get 2 gold, especially since most of all the cutesy and pretty items are worth gold. Two theres just nothing to do really. Everyone is there for their own personal gain and goal completion. There isnt really anything to do on this app, especially if youre a starter with no money in your pockets to throw out to the game Three, its just not fun and we do wish it had more cause it is a game with great potential.
We think high-rise is a very OK game, but it only issue we have with it is there a customer service they take forever with their customer service we tried getting back into our account today after it was locked out because we were swearing and they needed to confirm for our birthday but they are taking forever and they close conversations which is very unfair. We think its very OK to play the game but you just have to be careful and we think their customer service is very hostile. Its very OK but we got banned because of sexual services. Even we wasnt even sexually role-playing and theyre really just spending account because this is just so money grab but we dont really mind we dont like the game we prefer ever skies we never really got our account back and they couldnt really retrieve our account and thats just wrong like you should forgive people. We dont really like this game anymore because we got our account just really dont like this game anymore because of the customer service and how rude they sexual postponing They should warn how to forgive, and even if theyre minors the game there shouldnt be in the first place.
Admins dont do anything about major bug issues with daily rewards, they claim they dont have enough adds to run but ultimately this becomes unfair to players trying to push during the events.
After spending thousands on this game and being a staple in the community for nine months, our account gets banned with absolutely no warning we recommend staying away from this game if youre easily attached.
This app is not for kids it has sex influenced rooms and players offering gold for nudes we’ve had multiple accounts and Im upset that our accounts get banned after hundreds of dollars put into them for violating guidelines when there are literally grown adults guys&girls with sugar babies under age and they have never been banned we get one unhappy user reporting us and Im banned quick this app is a child groom app do not use.
So we scammed people and we feel bad we were going to say sorry but then we joined a game and people will like be rude to us our old account was adawalls so we deleted the game then now we want our account back.
Highrise staff is entitled and we encountered someone who was very passive aggressive and extremely unprofessional. The entirety of the app is just so mediocre and not worth the download. We were an old player and we miss the old highrise. Now theyre money hungry and dont care about you if you dont spend money on their app. Incredibly disappointed.

There use to be a silver coin for free when you watched all the ads and they took it off. We’ve been playing highrise for years and this was the ONLY thing that gave us items for grabs. Im giving one star because not everyone has money to buy a 4.99 gold pack. They should definitely bring this back it would really help their reviews.

Fix the banning problem!!!!!! There are a lot of people got banned for no reason. We won’t play this game until you guys fix it or forever. We are losing friends, valuables items and times. Also you are losing players and money? Banned for breaking ur community guidelines? Am we breaking ur guidelines or you just auto ban us just because of the bulliessss reporter??? Everyone has a right to play. Ima say this game has no Justice. There are a lot of predators and bullies. They ban the people who report these people and not the people who committing the crime. We’ve been a player since 2021 and have invested thousands of dollars in the game. Where do we start? Our ex boyfriend makes multiple accounts to harass us. Hes tried to hack our account and access our password. He pretends to be us and posts inappropriate photos of us & tags our friends (and minors) in them. Support deletes the fake account of us but wont delete our exs main account/IP ban him. So hes free to make others. Support acts dumb as says theres no record of the account AFTER the account gets taken down. So theres never anything that we can do. Im harassed daily. Highrise is unsafe for women and minors. If players have connections to staff then theyre immune to everything. Im no longer giving them our time nor business.
Benry the staff member is so rude, they dont listen to feedback theyre so unprofessional and now theyre planning on replacing the artists in game for an AI generator lol. Not giving a penny.
We are currently very upset, as we just spent money to get some more gold in game and when we tried to log back in, it said our password was incorrect. We tried resetting it through email, and have been feverishly checking all of our emails and refreshing; nothing. It feels like money was stolen from us. Please help us reset our password manually or provide us with a refund.
We put only 5 stars so people can see this so let us get into it. We wanted to play a game where u post photos and vids and etc and we discovered highrise (disclaimer: this was WAYYYYYY back in July in 2022)so then we were like: hmm its probably a cool game so then we downloaded it and then and it showed a sage blue screen with the logo HIGHRISE on it and toke our back to our dang tablet screen pls fix that we deleted games to make space! But still… Still the same logo and screen & background.
Well we got suspended from hr bcs they thought was younger then 13 when im 14 and we were told to send a report by an email which we did then they said that we need to send a pic of our government papers and something like that with us holding the pic of us that is on the paper which we also did but they are responding with the same thing again and again and am tiredif iti wanna play hr so bad.
This game is so amazing there is some cussing here and there but this game is the best we usually watch til tok all day but this is the new hook on us you should definitely try this game it even have a plaza for the lgbtq its amazing and we love how u get to dress it up like u.

Make sure you have a PIN number & 2fa on to protect your account before you spend in real life money on this game because if you get hacked they will not do anything about your gold missing and tells you its your fault for getting hacked. Be aware!
It would be a really good game if there was more to do, more mini games would make us want to play wayy more.
It makes us pretty uncomfortable seeing them use dating type or meeting type of content in their ads considering they allow 14+ on the game. (Theres people younger then 14 playing sadly) and we’ve seen MANY men trying to get younger girls to do something sexual. We feel like they need to listen to reports more because we’ve reported a few people doing these things and half of them wasnt even taken down (And we feel like if you were banned for sexual harassment involving minors a you shouldnt be able to get a new account but we dont think they have the power even if they wanted to) On the app it self it says 17+ but it says 14+ on their website the last time we checked.
