This has been by far our favorite app that is out there. The turn around time to when we purchase yarn and receive it is super quick! We love the quality and think its affordable.
We have ordered many different cakes from Hobbii and am very happy with the quality- no knots, splits or color issues. Easy to work with and beautiful color combinations. Delivery is slow but worth the wait.
Hobbii has the best yarn, prices, and customer service.
When you first go in the app it just shows things to buy from their store but on the bottom there is a button that says patterns and when you click on that there are SO MANY free patterns to choose from. The one thing that is a bit annoying is that when you scroll down and look through the patterns it keeps loading and sending you farther down. We personally just scroll back a little because we dont want to miss any patterns but it is t that big of an issue. Pretty good app overall.

We LOVE using the app but they dont seem to have plus patterns on there to purchase, so you have to go on the website and thats inconvenient but we dont mind all that much.
The yarns are very nice quality and you earn points with every purchase that can be spent on more yarn or other supplies such as buttons or tapestry needles.

Honestly this is some of the cheapest (while still being WONDERFUL QUALITY) yarn Ive found on the internet. It has essentially eliminated our need to actually go to the store. Also we loveee hobbi bingo every Monday.
We tried a few times to get the credit payment to work but it just seemed to freeze the page every time we tried to pay. We had to us PayPal instead that goodness we have a PayPal.
Ive downloaded this app many times only to have a blank page on our shop screen and when we search for yarn it says no results.
We love all the options for yarn they have! Sales are frequent and prices are reasonable. Its easy to navigate the app as well and rarely have difficulty finding what we need.
We love the selection of items on the Hobbii website so we got the app. But every time we try to use the app it spontaneously shuts down. It never stays open more than a few seconds before it does this. So we guess Ill stick with the site and hope the app gets the attention required to fix it.
Love this appp. It really has everything all in one spot and its quick. The shipping does take a little while sometimes but the rest is amazing. The products are good, we love that there are patterns at your fingertips. Its great.
The items we order are always great! Love the tab so we dont need to dig for inside the skein for the end. Shipping is always right on time. Love earning points for free stuff.
We spend way to much here! But the yarn is lovely, and such a great bargain. They keep saying its cheap, but believe us, it is NOT. It wonderful yarn at an awesome price.
We like this app. So much yarn to look @ & buy. 1 thing we havent been able to play any bingo games cuz we work. Wish they can change the time to evenings. Or maybe even have multiple days & times.
Love hobbii and buying yarn from them, but we cant rotate the app on our iPad! Its sad bc this means we cant use it with our keyboard :/ Hope they add this feature soon.

Ive had this app for a few months and its phenomenal, all the patterns, all the yarn. However our qualm is that im completely unable to add anything to our wish list. Id get a lot more use out of the app if we were able to save patterns and yarns we enjoy for later. All around a good app, and thats the only thing keeping us from utilizing it more.
Amazing app for yarn shopping but cant order anything because we cant see anything that we put into our chart.
The yarn rainbow 8/4 regular and deluxe make our amigurumi so beautiful. A really professional look and feel.

We love the hobbii company and the yarn quality is great!! The app glitchs a lot on us and its annoying. We will be looking through the yarns and deal and the app will start skipping or jump us to the top and we have to find where we were again. Overall the company is perfect.
We absolutely love the variety of things you can buy on here but the app keeps glitching when Im on it. Usually when Im strolling through the free patterns it just blacks out and kicks us out of the app. It is very annoying when Im trying to look around. We hope yall can fix it please and thank you.
We love this app! Im so happy we found Hobbii they so many different varieties of yarn and supplies. The only problem we have with the app is it bugs out all the time it wont let us scroll and the screen flashes. We opened other apps to see if it was just our phone but we only seem to have this problem using the Hobbii app.
We loved the hobbii app, but for the past 6 months we have had nothing but issues. We see more on the webpage than we do on the app. We can not scroll through the sales, without the app setting us back to the beginning. We have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it so many times. Logged out and logged back in. Please fix the issues.
You start to scroll on first page and it automatically scrolls all the way up to the top over n over! No matter how many times you try to scroll down the page-we are a beginner and THIS is discouraging!!!! Please fix! If fixed we will update our review and up stars s.

We wish we didnt have to pay so much for basic post office shipping. Our shipping has cost more than one of our balls of yarn. We bought these as a treat to ourselves but feel bad we couldnt purchase 3 or 4 instead of just 2. Thanks for your beautiful yarn!! Joh we.
We installed the app last week, it crashed every time we opened it after bingo. Uninstalled it, did everything that you do to fix the issue… And it's still crashing ever time we open it.
Wonderful. One problem. We cant stop buying yarn. We have a small stores worth.
If we had known how wonderful Hobbii was we would have been shopping for all our yarn there. Im making up for lost time and filling our bins with the most incredible things! The only thing better than the shopping is the shipping. We live near Seattle in the US. To get packages from Denmark delivered in under 10 days during the pandemic is unbelievable! This is a great place to shop no matter where you live.
We dont remember how we discovered Hobbii about 6 months ago, but we are SO glad we did!! What an amazing selection of yarn and yarny stuffs!! Everything Ive gotten, from the surprise bags to the Twister yarns, has been fabulous. Im completely addicted. We have shopped and purchased almost exclusively from the app, and its been fabulous. No issues at all. And we love that we can make wishlists and shop the Points Store from the app too. Also love joining in on Sundays for Bingo, when we remember it. We used to get a reminder 15 or 20 minutes before Bingo started, but it disappeared and we cant find it anywhere. Our only complaint is that the shipping bags have been opened during transit on 2 out of our 4 orders. Thats not a good percentage. In one case, the singular strip of tape at the end was just not enough to hold our (massive) order. In the other case, the plastic bag had been torn open, as if itd been caught on something. Thank goodness nothing was missing or damaged in either order, but Im thinking that if the bag situation isnt fixed, something will go awry sooner rather than later. Aside from the shipping bags, tho, Im very happy! Thanks so much Hobbii! Hope yall are well.
If by chance you can ship our yarn in a box it would be greatly appreciated. The bags are always torn open. Ive never had a problem with our yarn in a box so far. Shipping to the USA is a long trip Ty K.Savino.
Love Hobbii Bingo and now that the app is also a store makes it even better.
We love that we can shop through the app on our phone now & play Bingo all in one space. So much love for Hobbii & all the awesome people who work there.
We dont use the app because we prefer to use our iPad when shopping. Our old eyes cant see the text on items Im interested in while using our phone. Zooming in on specific items while using our phone causes us to have to pan around the screen just to be able to read the text while its magnified. Yes we have the app on our iPad but we have to hold our iPad in portrait mode and we prefer landscape mode. Please make a dedicated iPad app.
The app does not permit a landscape view. So, Im sure its great on a phone, is basically useless on an iPad. Will be deleting.
The app is good for a quick phone ready view of things and a reminder to play bingo but it doesnt have a few key features that the website has so Im constantly going out of the app to the website to make up the difference. On the website there is a button to look at the patterns associated with each yarn. So if you look at a yarn on sale you can see patterns of what they have used it for and if you click the pattern you can see how much you need of the yarn without purchasing or downloading the pattern. On the app you cannot see the patterns associated with the yarn nor can you see how much yarn is needed for a pattern. There seems to be less patterns on the app than the website. We also just learned that the app doesnt let you see when a yarn is being discontinued which is really important information when buying yarn. We hope they fix these issues.
We love Hobbii their service, their products, their games and generous gifts! The app is simple and handy to use for shopping or earning shopping points at bingo.
An app, all in one place, from specific to obscure, everything a fiber artist needs.
Great place and discounts, but the tariffs when shipping is horrendous (sometimes tariff and taxes be twice as much as what you have in cart).
We love the app its easy to find whatever pattern we need for a project but we think if it had a filter for yarn weight in the pattern section it make finding patterns a whole lot easier.
