How do we get ahold of someone? Any number we called is disconnected or no agents are available. We have emailed numerous times and no one has helped us.
Good luck getting your withdrawal processed. Our withdrawal has been processing for over a month and has been cancelled by them 5 times for random reasons. There is NO customer service. This is their response as to why we didnt receive our first deposit bonus. Cant remember our username from months and months ago. There is no apparent way to recover it through the app. Several attempts to contact Customer Service either get no response or result in an error message. Gambling problem? Just forget your username & it takes care of itself here.

These games are pay and play for fun. No one can cash in but you have to buy coins to play. All you get are bragging rights. We have had this app for almost a year and have not played a game it just loads idk how everyone else is playing.
We upload everything they ask for it says successful but when we go to play a game it says document not found.
IPad app gives us a player location check failure. All troubleshooting has not resolved the issue. Weird thing is we have no problem accessing the app on our phone. No other casinos fail to find our location so it seems like its specific to the Hollywood app for iPad.

We signed up to play on line slots and have experienced problems with the games loading. We did successfully access one slot machine but when we went to try other games we kept getting error messages saying try an other server. Gaming online at Hollywood Casino is easy and fun. However when it comes to winning and actually accessing your winnings you have to verify your information like 1,000 times. Even if you already won before they make you jump through so many hoops. Also you have to chase down your promotions. We have seen promotions for games they dont even have available to play and when questioned they just ignore it. Trying to live chat, if they dont want to deal with your questions they just end the chat and blame it on connection, even though you have been gaming for an hour with no connection issues. DraftKings and FanDuel are still the only two online gambling sites that have fun gaming and great customer services.
Most games dont load they freeze or say they arent even there mostly new and popular games they draw you in and let you down.
