Not a bad game has potential if it wasn’t so repetitive.

This is a amazing game but we feel like this game is more about ads then the actual game like we hate watching ads and every time on this game its ad after ad.

We tried to pay to remove the ads but the link is broken. Has potential to be a decent time waster.

After doing the interviews we cant move forward. It keep saying we have completed everything for the day exit. We would love to to what happens next after hiring the staff!!!

But the joystick wont let us. Can only move forward half the time.

We downloaded this game and we couldnt even move. The only way it would let us move was right. Darn.

We hate that when its A job interview the people say the same thing fix it or we will tell everyone this game stinks.

We downloaded this app, looking at the reviews. We decided that we would give it a try, but we gave it 10-15 minutes and we already know its boring. First of all, the women and men all look the same. Second of all, poorly made. And lastly, it is boring. All you do is run around and interview people. Please for your sake, dont download it.

Half the stuff doesnt load, lots of ads, and just horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Im an HR Professional with our BHRM, and aPHR. Hopefully our review can help! First, of all… This has high potential! We think the interviewing process has a great foundation. It accurately depicts candidates with different experience levels, salary expectations, and performance efficiency. Theres one piece missing that we think would add realism. A culture index rating would hit the nail on the head. Since youre building a company, culture index gives you insight of employee engagement and collaboration. The more your candidate fits into your company culture… The better chance of success! Also if they lack experience and efficiency, fitting this index could lead to the employee becoming a huge success! We think the firing is too cut and dried. In the real world, employees get performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and write ups. Maybe make this feature variable on making the employee improve or fail? Most instances disciplinary action and counseling helps the employee improve and become successful. There should be managers and supervisors for the employees. They sit in on the candidate interviews and provide input. When firings happen, you (HR) are there to witness and assist the employee on final benefits, pay, etc. Managers usually come to you about terminating a employee. Another metric that would be good along with the efficiency would be morale. Like have random scenario pop ups with team building, company events, launches, etc. Morale drives culture and engagement. This is another thing a good HR manager keeps an eye on (quite a few do not, but our critical opinion). The departments need different positions. We noticed when we unlocked the finance department, there were no candidates who were interviewed/hired for accounting. When other departments open up, have applicants with the appropriate titles for that department. Just a minor tweak :) Lastly, employee conflict would add more realism to being a HR Manager. Like sexual harassment complaints, employees complaining about their manager/coworker attitude, and performance. Have investigations and interviews with a final decision. This also determines the success/failure of your company. We know theres a myriad of tweaks and suggestions more that we wish we could share, but we think these things would point this app in the right direction! We never would have thought a simulator of what we do in the real world would have been made. We would like to see this takeoff, and help people get a inside look of what HR is like!

We like it but somethings are a little bit hard when you have a little bit of interviewing.

Hasnt been updated in over a year. Keeps glitching on us and doesnt allow us to complete an interview. Can see the potential if it worked.

THIS GAME IS HORRIBLE. You cant do meetings and you have to fire people left and right and you cant even get a good person most of the time.

Waste of time and poorly designed.

You have four candidates to interview for one job, they all show up, you hire one and they start the job. That doesnt happen in real life. And nobodys come to the desk to complain about a coworker microwaving fish, whined about the quality of the toilet paper in the restroom (substandard), or run from us when we tried to get their open enrollment paperwork. In-app purchases are not just liquor options for the manager to drink at their desk while weeping softly in despair. This is not at all a realistic portrayal of an HR managers job.

No tutorial, cant see the computer while doing the interview so you cant see any actual stats. So we played for like 2 minutes, just to make sure we didnt miss anything. Waste of our time and space on our iPad. Deleting after this review.

Poorly designed, no objective, no story. No way to make money.

Poor directions, not great rendering. Hard to start. Also as an actual HR Manager, we can say this isnt even close.

This game is quite literally the worst game we have ever played in our life! Completely pointless gameplay combined with horrible graphics and controls. Dont even bother downloading this crap!

This is one dump game. Once you hire your employees, you just move from room to room. Dont waste your time.
