* please give us a 2024 version The controls are perfect. Just slight movement of our thumb on our iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPad Pro or iPad Mini. Love that we dont have to control from the center. We can do it in landscape using our right thumb. Music and sfx are perfect. Many games have come and gone but even in 2024 we keep coming back to Hyperburner where we know Ill get a consistent good time.
Ive been playing app games since 2009. Flash games even before that. We recently went through all the games Ive EVER played (maybe 2000 idk) and have decided that this is the absolutely best one still available. Congrats on the masterpiece Im swimming in nostalgia over here.
This fast paced game is great! Lots of challenges that get increasingly difficult the further you progress. With achievements you unlock ships that are with better shields and handling. You can also change views in the settings. The cockpit view is our favorite as we have bern able to complete every achievement. Overall this game provides hours of addicting entertainment. Its equally fun for our 9-year-old and ourselves (over 40 years old).
This game is not as you think. It's even better! The game have taught us how to be spontaneous with choices. It's actually the more quick you are the better you are. Thank you for this fantastic experience.
Dont sleep on this game, the sound track alone is worth it, you will have sweat dripping from your forehead trying to beat each level.

This was already one of the best games available on iOS, and we guess new levels just got added out of nowhere. Guess Ill 100% it again.
We got this game a few years ago and have been chasing our records ever since. Super excited to play the new levels, thanks for returning with this update.
We may have purchased this game 4-5 years ago but we still come back to it every now and then. The levels are sometimes easy sometimes challenging and with wonderful controls and a lovely aesthetic the game is fun to play front to back. We wish the devs had a discord or way to contact them because we want to personally tell them this game is a masterpiece. Ive unlocked every spacecraft and beaten every level and still play. Do yourself a favor and give this game a try.
We love this game its amazing couldnt recommend more but one thing that we dont like is when you get a near miss it flashes white and if you get enough in a row it becomes extremely difficult if you dont know the level which has made us lose the level to that specific feature but besides that we love this game would recommend it to every body we know so thanks for the great game.

Great game just to short and a little to easy.
Continuous play with split second decisions. Controls respond very nice, respawn time is nearly instant so you can get right back at it when you fail without loosing focus. Graphics are a beautiful low poly res. A free to play app with no apparent ads (yet) we would rate 9.5/10.
We enjoyed it but the game was quickly over. Other then that, good game.
Easy to learn, super simple and intuitive controls, visually stunning, and challenging levels this game has it all. This is the perfect time waster if you're waiting for the bus or train and have a few minutes to pass and don't want to think too much. PS: could we get an update for iPhone X pls.
Finally a game with the challenge and intensity Im looking for while at the same time being visually stunning. It really is the perfect balance. And what a great soundtrack! This game really pulls you in and if navigate the various trenches, conduits, and debris fields. We need more games like this in the future.
We have played this game for over 12 hours and we love it it has amazing graphics and the controls are very smooth and we would say it is definitely worth the money and would recommend it to everyone.

We never rate games. Most iOS games really dont grab us. Hyperburner is different – the graphics and controls are such that we can really be immersed in a mobile game. Well done. Not too easy, very fun. We find we do best in cockpit view.
Really great game, amazing controls, very intuitive. Gets a bit repetitive, but hey, its a flight simulator. The pause mechanic is great, you just lift your finger off and it pauses. Wish there were more ships and levels. And to the top review, you can change the view and controls in settings. The graphics are amazing too.
The good: Very challenging, in a good way. The more you practice, the better you can understand the mechanics and the better your hand/eye coordination. You really EARN IT and feel accomplished when you get past a stage. Youll be saying over and over just one more! The bad: Ugly and confusing level select screen! Kind of anticlimactic when you beat all of the levels. Its like okaaay, no ending or congratulations at all?. Endless mode is cool but a mode with all the levels back to back would be amazing. Overall, GREAT GAME, just give it some time and youll be hooked, and if you beat all the stages then it will be because YOU EARNED IT! Its tough but not impossible.
We love this game, we got it when it was all of the week. We beat it awhile ago but it's still fun to play in endless mode. All we want is more levels, please.

This is a really fun and addictive game. The futuristic graphics are outstanding, we love the immersive experience the game offers. It is really easy to control. This game has made us become a better person.
Instant favourite for us. Manages to be both thrilling and meditative at the same time…very fun. Switching the view from 3rd to 1st person was essential for us.
Hyperburner is exceptionally well made. First off, they didn't try to go overboard with the graphics, instead opting for a clean yet still realistic look, which works perfectly. Second, the controls are perfect. To guide the ship you simply put your finger of the screen and the ship follows where you drag your finger. What we thought was especially helpful is that when you take your finger off the screen it pauses the game. You don't have to try to tap a tiny pause button in the corner that will probably make you die, you can just let go, then put your finger back on when you're ready to start again. Third, they put a lot of thought and time into making the stages. They have a backstory for each zone that sounds great. Fourth, the difficulty curve is just about perfect. When starting off, we were pretty terrible, but after following the levels as we unlocked them we are now pretty good at it. This is one of our favorite game so own and can't wait for future updates.
The controls are so intuitive and well designed… It's like the game knows exactly what we mean by every tiny adjustment.
We don't usually review and when we do it's a negative review, but this game really surprised. The graphics are great, the music is even better and the gameplay is never ending. One thing we would ask is some kind of setting to change the sensitivity of the movement. So times it's way too sensitive otherwise, Great job.
Kinda like geometry dash, except no geometry, and not really dashing.. But, it's fast paced and 3d thingy idk IT'S FUN OKAY.

Just as an FYI for those who are achievement hunters, Zone 5 is the worst one, due to the immense lag. Play this on a full charge, otherwise there will be a noticeable frame drop during any level in that zone, most apparent with level 3 (mid-transit sector) level becomes extremely difficult with lag involved.
Hyper burner is a complete waste of money if you have a iPhone 4,5 or iPod not iPod 6 the graphics are crap and we beat this game in 30 minutes and you can only unlock 2 other ships.
We've seen many other games and this is probably the best one. Even though we doesn't have many contents or levels like others, it still attracts many people and that basically prove that this is the best mobile game ever.

It was a creative and captivating game. The levels weren't too easy and weren't to hard, and it took us about a week to finish them all.
The game is extremely smooth & well designed. The levels are challenging enough to keep you interested but not so much that you get frustrated. The various level themes & obstacles keeps the game fresh.

This game is fast, smooth, beautiful. Little things make this a great game: immediately respawning to try again, without delay; great interface, which pauses when you you take your finger off. Suggestion: the "targeting" symbol in front of the jet is really light colored, and blends in with the surroundings, making it impossible to see. Suggest making it darker/thicker/more contrast.

When u play a lot it feels like your flying down but this game is fantastic.
The game is amazing, been playing it in class on our down time. One thing we would like to see is to be able to make your own ship and be able to add color to the ship, and maybe be able to race against other people online… So far the game is awesome and it's nice for passing time.
This game stresses us out, but we can't stop playing it! The music is just as good as the game. Love it.
We love this game it's great it is new and doesn't get old but one request is that we wish there was a mode where you could maybe race others or fight with blasters it would make this game greater than it is.
