Always played it on and off keep bugs fixed and update it thats all we ask cause this game is addictive.
We love the game so much that Im addicted to it,But theres only thing and its something about game.Why is it so hard to unlock stuff like we started playing this game last month and Im on a Lv.4 in a half of a month.we barely have only the starters stuff still and we just wanna have our dream restaurant but we like the game and Im getting there.
The only reason that Im giving this 5 stars is because every time we delete it, we still come back playing since the aesthetic and the music is fantastic! We just wish that this app would connect to our email instead of our Facebook, and that it would fix some bugs like translations and crashes. But overall, its a great game thats definitely underrated and under-appreciated.

Apparently the developer had some sort of legal issue in 2017 which lines up around when they stopped updating the game. The game is beautiful and fantastic and we wish they could get it up and running again. It was by far our favorite game on iOS. There are spiritual successors out there like secret bistro. They dont look nearly as nice but similar gameplay.

It's such a great game that you can't even stop playing it.
We love this app so much, there is so many details and the art style is amazing. We really appreciate the new events or anything that has been added. The only issue that we would like to confront is that sometimes when we go into the app, there is like a glitch where the audio would sound off and then it would freeze and exit the game. If you could fix that, that'll be great.
Crashing when loading and won't load all the way please fix love this game but got rid of and tried downloading again when we started having problems in the game while playing! We would like to see the friends thing be added so that you can add as many friends as you can and that you don't have to add Facebook friends if you don't have any to finish a goal! As of now working good again thanks.
This game is easily one of our faves! Theres so much to do and a lot of customization its hard to get bored! The graphics are adorable and a lot of themes and varieties of items are in the stores. Just a few lags here and there but definitely runs pretty smooth! Thank you for creating this really fun game.

We've been playing this game nearly every day for a few years now and it's a fun and relaxing way we wind down at the end of each day. Everything is so cute and we love all the events items that are released each month! We wish it was easier to talk with other people and make friends, but otherwise we will probably never stop playing this adorable game.

Its like running a real restaurant..we were playing a similar game for the past few months but this is the best yet. The only con(this is a very tiny con btw doesn't affect the game at all we're just being picky) is, it doesn't have a cashier but we would give it 10 stars if we could.

This game is great Ive played it many times but we think the ability to not be able to change skin tones of your players is a problem, many people of many races can in a pasta shop so we think there should be skin tone options.
We love the game and have worked hard to get to the level we are. However we can't get into the app. It keeps telling us it failed to login to Facebook. We deleted it on our device and reinstalled but still no go. Is anyone else having the same issue? Did they discontinue the game and just not the app as of yet? Reward commercials crash and doesnt give the reward.
We love this game and we always have! We loved it a couple years back and played it daily, and we just picked it up again and it's as fun as we remember it being. One problem is that we want to invite our friends, but whenever we click [invite friend], the game crashes, which is disappointing :(.
The game is a lot of fun, much better than we Love Coffee, but it needs work. A lot of text in game that is translated into English is done poorly and makes things confusing at times. The game is still playable despite poor English but it is irritating. Also, a lot of the really nice items cost money in game or take too long to acquire so to complete a themed item set you have to either pay or take a loooong time to earn enough cash in game to purchase them… Would still recommend playing it though.
We really like the game, its great, theres a lot to do and nice graphics, but today the game is all messed up, it keep saying the something about the appliances and all furniture has a red exclamation mark when we move it or put in storage it just does the same, we reset our phone but same thing, Im frustrated now and if not fixed Ill be deleting it.

We really miss the active spirit of this game with the crane games, events and holiday celebrations. This project is just something to keep going with! Perhaps you can make advertisements to gain more of a following if that is motivational.
So we had a saved account long ago thru Facebook, but now they arent approved by them any more so you cannot connect with facebook. If you do, it would just be an error in the game saying Facebook isnt connected. So its just better to play the game as is and start a new one.

Well, we played this game since 2015 on our Android phone and sign in it with a Facebook account and after 2 years we're not play it anymore due to of no time to play. Then we got a new phone but it's IOS and when we log in it with our Facebook account, it's not working. It just keep telling us that it failed to log in our Facebook account. WHAT? We have to play it again after all that years we spend :(.
Its fun. We enjoy the game but it crashes a lot. Its annoying. Makes us not even want to play anymore.
We very much enjoy this game and playing it with friends. The graphics are cute and well done, the sound effects are pretty satisfying, and there are many ways to go about decorating/theming your restaurant. However, our experience with contacting customer support with issues was terrible; they were horrendously slow/inefficient and frequently unhelpful. There is little to no communication between the game developers and the players. There are also many translations that dont make much sense, and the game itself can be very time-consuming due to repetitive gameplay and waiting(but thats more like a heads-up.) There are numerous improvements that we hope will be done with the game. All in all, its pretty alright.
We enjoy playing this game, but one really annoying thing is that we cant seem to get the ads to work. For example, if we are watching an ad for an additional reward, the ad wont appear and the game will just freeze and we have to restart the app. This gets really annoying. If you could fix that, that would be amazing.
We love this game, to the point of addicting but it never fails. Everytime we go to visit a friend's restaurant, it loads all the way and then it crashes before the screen changes from the loading screen. This has been a problem for months now and we've been waiting for an update but, nothing. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
We really enjoyed this game we had it downloaded before and then we took it off and we downloaded it again and for some reason every time we try to go into the game it freezes and we dont know how to do it worked fine the other day now its like its just frozen and every time we exit out and go back in and still stuck on the same screen then when we click on the support button in the App Store under the game nothing happens what do we do how can we play game if we cant even log into the game.

One thing that we hate about this game is the friend feature/limit, you can only add around 200 friends but after that you can only add friends through Facebook. We read on a tip page that you can just post your game and Facebook details to add other players and increase your friend count. We're not comfortable with posting our information like that, but it's just as uncomfortable as telling your Facebook friends about an app just to reach an achievement. We have no idea if there are any players who agree, but we find the limit for non-facebook players annoying.

We played this game years ago, when Facebook connecting worked, there were events, and the developers actually cared about it. We lost Facebook connectivity so we had stopped playing for a while then we returned. We didnt care that we couldnt connect to Facebook; we loved the game so we returned. We should have known something was wrong when their last event was some Spring event and it was the Summer when we returned! We ignored that and started over again. Honestly, though, we would caution you not to spend too much (if any) real money on this game. If you hadnt noticed, this game hasnt been updated in SEVEN years! Thats unacceptable! The trouble is that decent items for decoration, which helps with expanding your restaurant, costs in-game cash, which costs real money. Ive gotten to the point where Im leery of spending any more on this game, because there seems to be no support. As mentioned before, Facebook connectivity doesnt work. Neither does some of the ads features. For example: if you want to watch an ad to double the ingredients you ordered after theyve arrived or extend the time for social help, forget it! You are in an endless loop of Do you want to try again? If you hire a manager and their time expires, good luck watching an ad to extend their time. Many times, we have to force close the game, reopen it, then hope the ad will work to extend the managers time. Its very annoying. To the developers: have you abandoned this game? If so, perhaps you should stop taking peoples money or remove the game altogether. We like your game and would prefer you simply update it. But if you arent, then why are you still taking peoples money but not fixing the issues in the game? Thats not right at all! Edit 12-17-2025: we found a forum where apparently, this game continues to be updated in South Korea but, obviously, not in the U.S. Market, where we downloaded the game. Im not about to switch App Stores, just to possibly get an updated version of this game, especially since we cant read Korean! This only confirms our refusal to spend money on this game.
