The comments about it freezing after the part with the boost are lies there are no forced ads and it gets a bit slow but then they introduced the prestige play it and you will see.
One day we try to go on the game and the character go into the store in The intro of the game and then freezes and doesnt let us into the game and tried Deleting the game and try downloading it back and doesnt the same thing.
The game freezes a lot. Like a lot , it is really fun though but they should fix those minor bugs.
Why wont it let us activate the turbo mode for the tutorial we have deleted and reinstalled the game to the same thing.
We love this game but keep running into issues when trying to enter the game. Cant enter the game = cant connect support. If we can ever manage to get back to playing the game, we will play for hours.

This game is one of our favorite idles, although one problem that Im having currently is that the game is saying that we make more money when we set every barista to one coffee, so we think that the system for finding the money per sec should be reworked. Other than that, this game is great.
This was one of our favorite games in the world to play. We would play it like all the time our parents would have a hard time getting off of it but then it started the app when it opened so we deleted it. We were so disappointing because this is one of our favorite games now it mightve been just because our iPad was really old because it was but that was our only problem is this app. We will totally recommend it but if you do have an older iPad, it might not work now we did get a newer iPad so Im excited to see if it will work on our new iPad.
The game is good just from time to time it freezes and we cant play it till we delete it and reinstall it.
We were enjoying the game but it has gotten stuck with a pop up suggesting turbo mode for the manager and there is no way to do anything. Deleting. If it gets fixed we might try again.

We actually really enjoy this game. Its very fun, rewarding, and has a good ad to reward ratio so you can still play without ads. Its a shame we have to delete and re download it every few days. The game tends to freeze up and we are unable to play unless we delete the app. 3 stars because we have had to delete the app 4 times now and we’ve only been playing for a few days.

Great Game but it crashes everytime we do a mega upgrade and then pan out. We go back out and go in but when we go back it has reversed the upgrade and when we mega upgrade again the same thing occurs. Please fix this soon we love this game but this bug is very frustrating.

We love this game, we used to play it all the time in our free time but now it wont even load up the game it just sits on the loading screen and before this was happening anytime Id try to click on another coffee shop the game would freeze up. Im kinda not a fan but the game is fun.
It was a cool and simple game. We were actually enjoying it, until it stopped working. We were able to play it for one day. We will delete and reinstall to see if thats fixed.
We love this game! But it crashed our game after we only got to the Berlin cafe and we havent been able to get back in. In the loading screen, it’ll load all the way then it stops and freezes. We’ve reset our phone multiple times, tried on data and wifi, and deleted and downloaded. We love the game and overall we’re just sad we can’t play it.

It sounds like a lot of people are getting the turbo manager bug (myself included) and this game freezes on us. A lot we exit the app, wait for a minute, and then go to reopen it and it freezes on the loading screen. Also, we were able to eventually bypass the manager bug by deleting and then reinstalling the game and activating the mode before the game asked us to do it. Still, not something we should have to do.
We started this game yesterday and really enjoyed it, but today every time we try to open the app it wont load. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple times and still no luck.

Fun game but after playing for a few hours the game freezes and stops loading into the game. We get soft blocked at the main loading screen. Re-installed the game and at the same progression the game freezes.
Inflation makes the game super boring, barely been playing for less than an hour and already make trillions. Would be fun if there was an actual challenge or goal, but its just tapping stuff and then waiting to get more money to tap stuff.

We like the game, but hate that it freezes so much. We have to delete the app and start over everyday. If we don’t start over from 0 it continues to freeze. We never make any progress.
The game itself is fine, what drove us to delete it was how most of the time Id open the game, half of UI wouldnt show up until we restarted the app. Along with the VIP cards, the caption is literally covering the cards causing us to not be able to click or complete it. Very frustrating.
We’ve been playing for about a week now (5days). Bought the usuals (gold manager, and platinum vip). Im not entirely sure what caused the bug, but heres what happened and heres our hypothesis. We logged on one day and reset our nyc cafe for the however many times its been. We proceeded to update our iPhone directly after spam upgrading our new shop and closing the app to earn the idle money. We updated from iOS 15.7 to 16.2. Ever since then anytime we load the game nyc cafe is having the grand opening cutscene, a vip walks in, and we can neither clear the vip chat by clicking the orange button, nor click any of the other buttons on the screen such as the world button, achievements button, and so on. Safe to say we have cancelled our subscription, however, we wanted to put our thoughts here in hopes a developer sees, and maybe helps discern if updating our phone was the actual issue or something else. As for anyone still reading here, we want to say this. The game itself is not bad, its the average idle game, lots of p2w benefits, rough rng with upgrade crates, and all the other nonsensical add ons. Progress feel smooth, and it only took 2 days to get to the point where we could farm beans via speed resets with the first station. (Keep in mind we have gold manager and play vip though) its simple, time wasting, but also satisfying, and chill. Its worth investing time into if its what you like, please dont let this review dissuade you. Im sure our issue is not common. Devs, if even one of you sees this. Please reach out, we were a day or two away from getting our 8th gold cup for nyc cafe, we would like to keep playing. If you can help us identify the issue, or if this review leads to an investigation that it would need a new patch for the new iOS. Please do so, coffee games are our thing, it would be a shame if we had to quit a game we’ve already spent money on in only a week. And to anyone who made it all the way here, quit wasting time and just download the game, hehe.
Its nice to have a tappy tap game to play while watching TV. Im interested in going back. However, something is lost between the separate shops in the programming. After just the second day of playing, we had to delete and redownload the app to play again. It was frozen on the launch screen. It would not start. When we redownloaded the app, it deleted all the progress in the second cafe. Since we hadnt put too much in, we didnt mind restarting the second shop. We took a week off and went back in. Did loads of upgrades and was feeling good but it was time to check back into the original cafe. First, it bugged out on an ad, where it wouldnt start a 5s timer to close it out. So we closed the app, and then it just wont start. Stuck on the login screen. Looks like Ill need to redownload it again, but Im worried all the progress we put into the second shop is just going to disappear again. Most of the game was just cheating by watching ads to make progress so at this point with two glitched, trapped log in screen experiences, we should just give up on the premise entirely.

Love this game. Loads of fun, which is ironic because it doesnt load past a certain point. We cant get past the loading screen anymore. Which is at least a step up since the app wouldnt open at all before the last update. Please fix!
