How many people actually do this… Overall, GREAT game.
We actually really like this Idle game. Super cool, keeps you entertained for the most part. A lot of things to upgrade and grind for. Our only problem is how you cant just earn gems. You can only buy them. And therefore there are certain things you cant get unless you pay actual money for. See we love the grind when it comes to games. But when we cant get something unless we psychically pay for it thats where we get fed up. We have no problem paying for stuff either. You want $2 for blah blah blah, sure. But there are people, chests, and upgrade you can not get unless you pay money. Their $4.99 option for gems, doesnt even give you enough for the huge(middle) chest. 25 gems short therefore making it so you have to pay even more lol. We love this game but hate the greed. Still recommend giving it a play through.
We like the game and all. We have no problem watching game ads (30 seconds average), our main complaint is most of the ads are now news articles that we have to click next 5 times before going back to the game, each next click is a 10 second delay between them which is about a minute or more if not paying attention.
We like the game just you cant get gems unless you buy them and you cant zoom out that far so you cant see the whole department.
We believe that it is very difficult to progress in this game and that there are some ways to make it easier. 1. Add challenges 2. Lower prices 3. Add more ways to make money 4. Make the game more interesting such as: donations from people that were helped faster firetrucks faster locker room times Etc. Please come up with something new in original and maybe try promoting your game on different platforms. -NotTroll.
We would give it a five star but the thing we dont really like is that its super hard to get money. We play for 30 minutes and we only got like 2000 dollars, also could you make it so you could possibly get gems somehow o really need more leaders and stuff. So owners if you can see this please make it so it is easier to get some money. Thanks.
Its really nice has somewhat of what real life looks like overall we love this game we just wish there was more to do.
Love this game very addicting, the only things that we wish could change would be the below. 1. Available adds to watch in order to double $$$ when away. 2. More available Captains. 3. A way to earn gems with out having to pay. Thank you.
Downloaded so our son and we could play. Ive noticed that when we upgrade something its not actually doing anything to the item. We have a line of 6 firefighters that need to poo we have one toilet upgraded to a 5 and it still takes as long as a level 1 toilet please fix.
The Game is fine But it always takes our money when im offline.. And whenever we dont buy something it takes our money also we dont get why its a cool idle game but idek if its gonna take our money then .. :P we give up on the Game.
This is a fun game but once you complete the two scenarios there is NOTHING to do. This game needs upgrades and very soon or we will have to drop another star from our review and recommend people not to download and try the game. When the upgrade comes, if it is good, we will add a star. But until then youre stuck at 3 and Im being generous by giving that.
Edit: after recent updates the quality of game play has gone drastically down since our review, it now take several days day to upgrade anything, they decreased the in game currency payout by 4x what used to earn 400,000 now gets you 100,000 if your lucky. Im am thoroughly disappointed about all of this. What was once a great game, has turned down hill fast. We absolutely love this game, as an EMT and volly firefighter this first video game that ive played that isnt cheesy when it comes to being a firefighter, like the traditional point and aim a hose at backdrop of a fire. Since ive had this game they cut way back on the pay to play type game, with a chest system to get captains, along with a soon to be completed third station(unrealsed), our biggest complaint is that once your finshed upgrading stations thats it your done, no transferong cash to other stations, it just sits there. The mark of good mobile game vs a traditional video game is that keeps you coming back, the reason mobile games doe off is that they get stagnant, id hate to see this game join the halls forgotten games like crossy road or flappy bird.
The game has great potential but there are a few things we have questions about. Why is there such a huge gap between the fees to upgrade certain items in each section? First level is like $500, next one $3000 and then the next is like $250,000. It takes forever to be able to afford to upgrade anything. Then once the second location opened up, its impossible to make any money on that level. The first one was easy to upgrade and make money. We can leave for hours and the second one wouldve only made $25k. Its becoming redundant to play honestly. Then you have to spend real money on gems. Like theres no option to watch ads or anything. Crazy.
Fun when you first start but long term fun is not there.
Your game makes no sense whatsoever; we have no idea on how to proceed, so will be deleting.

We really love this game, but our only complaint is that when you try and transfer to a new device it starts you over. When you try to restore it doesnt let you.

Its a fun game despite the offline earnings got slashed in half. But it would be nice if you can lower the amount of time it takes for the chest to open from 4 hours to maybe 1 minute or at least 2 minutes and allow for us a way to earn some diamonds in the game by watching some ads.
Just started playing tonight, have played for hours, we love it. When we like gaming apps, we usually pay for no ads. We didnt give this app 5 stars because no ads is $12.99. Thats crazy to us, too expensive. We still paid it since we HATE ads. But the game is smooth and fun, never crashes.
This game is such an awesome game but there are some things that can make It better Like: adding someways to get more money because to be honest very hard to get money in this game Second: if you made it easier to get gems that make it way better. Thats all we have to say we will keep on the look out for any bugs and we will contact you if there are any.
We've had fun playing this for a few days but we already maxed out the first station. We agree with another player that it would be nice to be able to transfer money from that station to another station. We are quickly approaching maxing out the second station. Without another station, we will have to move on to another game and just delete this one.
Progress will be incredibly slow unless youre willing to spend actual money. You can watch Ads for extra money, but that gets old quick as well. Also not paying $13 to get rid of ads. Not saying you cant play it for free, but things will be very slow.
Developers are to greedy and its ruining this great idle game. This would be one of the best. We do hope the developers continue to upgrade and add more to the game. If more content becomes available, we will be more than happy to give this game 5 stars.
Concept is good, but you make like $300 every 2 minutes and it takes you HOURS/DAYS to make real progress because you make so little.

We love this game its very new and different from the other games but gives the same addictive energy. Personally we think a Hotel tycoon would be interesting to see in a future game.

This game is good but it need a little bit more details to it like getting more money and stuff and not paying that much money for stuff thats it.
This is by far one of the best idle games out there. Our only complaint is there isnt a way to get gems without paying real money. We gladly paid for the no ads feature as with others you have to watch more ads than actually playing the game. Our first fire house is one truck short of the entire level being 100% and our second house is around 45% right now. Looking forward to the next level hitting, but if you can add a way to get gems without having to pay it would be fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Critical Infrastructure Protection. Volunteer Fire Service. FEMA Hazmat Occupational health and safety administration checkups are the rewards.

This a review after maybe 30 minutes of playing (that forced review BS) but 4 stars because we love these types games. Its smooth. Slow and steady.
Great game but the new update ruined our offline money progression, used to make 2 million in 2 hours, now only 1.2 million.
Great game but what would make it better is if u could use your earnings from your maxed out station on your other station.
This game was great and was enjoying it so much but with the most recent update when we go idle we only make an 1/4 of what we were getting before the update.
Great gameplay. One of the best idle games Ive played. Only issue we have is the newest update slashed our offline earnings. We used to be able to make about $4M in the second firehouse every 2 hours and now its about $1M.
We were having a lot of fun with this game up until the most recent update literally cut our earnings in half so instead of coming back two hours later to 1.6-1.8 mill, Im now barely making 600k.
There are only 2 stations to upgrade and run. You need more stations and more storyline. Other wise a great game. Keep updating. People want to get to the next level or they get bored.
Before the latest update in the first station we mad making close to 3 mil every two hours but now we make less then a mill in two hours. Like once you get to certain points things are expensive and that really doesnt help. Has this happened to anyone else.
We like this game in the fact that we are a firefighter and it is the closest thing to a fire game that is fun and kind of addicting. The only thing we have an issue with is there is no way of earning diamonds, or any kind of manager without spending money. We have no issues watching ads. Just spending money to get any extra perk (such as managers and diamonds) is a bit of a downfall. Our review would probably change if there were broader options for gaining items.
