Our experience has been much different than most of the reviews Ive read. We recently contacted the support team to report a problem we were having. They not only resolved the problem very quickly, they gave us extra credits for the inconvenience. The payouts have also been very generous.
How do we get off safari. Every time we open safari this comes up. We have cleared several times. We do not want remove it.
How do you claim your winning on the machine. We have one now where we have a 189.300 and claim our cash and its logged in to Facebook. Profile and everything set up correctly.
Love this game but we tend to have a lot of glitches when it comes to the extras like the Turkey Feast. Our screen has been stuck on our first collection and it says client vs server cannot sync so we have not been able to play it all day. There is really no answers for this but it happens to us often. Usually we can send a message in the game itself but our screen is locked so we cannot do a thing. If anyone has any ideas of how to help that would be very much appreciated.

We play this game everyday. Used to love it, now am having so many problems and when you write to support they do not answer you. We bought two packages one giving us 1000 vip points which we never got and one giving us 500 vip points which we only go 50. We wrote to them and never got any answer. Also compared to other games the points per hour are minimal to say the least. The returns on points played are ridiculous, have lost 500,000,00 points in about 1 hour with very little return. And unless you buy expensive packages you never get the pins you need. As soon as our points are gone, we are deleting this app. Just not worth it, and not fun anymore.
This game was a blast but now it has so many adds that you spend more time watching adds then playing.

This was fun…..until their recent update – now it takes six to eight times to get their program to open…..what on earth did they do? Also doesn't do anything but TAKE most of the time….very geared to getting your money…we would expect to lose AND win occasionally with any slots…..too bad for them – will probably remove it. Their latest repair forces you to watch a video which you voluntarily do, hoping to get credits then it forces another video onto you for NO credits and then locks down so you have to exit the game totally. Ive sent emails telling their support staff about the issue with NO response from them……sad……will probably remove this aggravation from our daily play….. Decided to give it another try and am still disappointed in this slot. The ADS have taken over. If you choose to watch the ad to receive credits you can do that…..until you receive those credits and try to play a game…..then it forces another ad that does NOT give any credits……then try to switch from game to game and it starts all over again with the ads. Customer service doesnt respond back at all. Sent several messages for months now with no response. Jackpot and bonus winnings has cheated us proper payouts. Also new bonus for ignite classic slots called lucky fortune meter isnt working to fill up meter for bonus coins. Its not fair how these games are fun to play but cheats people from earning extra coins. This needs to be fixed so the meter can fill up for payouts. We enjoyed this slot when we started playing a few months back. Ive had no issues until a few days ago when a new slot was introduced.
