We have been playing these slots for years and spent a lot of $,there have been problems but most fixed until now- once a day you spin the star wheel to get $ & ignite pins to complete sets for a bigger prize we had 4300 stars never could not spin the 200 star wheel now we cant even spin the 15 star wheel- this is unacceptable & MUST be fixed. All the time & money will cease unless this is corrected. We have sent messages and no satisfaction. We will give a reasonable time to adjust & get back to us otherwise we will be spinning & spending on other slots. Up to you but those 4300+ stars were there & now gone- its not right. Thank you and hope to continue the ignite slots- well see- a lot of other problems have occurred so we agree with many of these reviews- customer service message icon is not that good at all.
How do we get off safari. Every time we open safari this comes up. We have cleared several times. We do not want remove it.
Our experience has been much different than most of the reviews we’ve read. We recently contacted the support team to report a problem we were having. They not only resolved the problem very quickly, they gave us extra credits for the inconvenience. The payouts have also been very generous.
How do you claim your winning on the machine. We have one now where we have a 189.300 and claim our cash and its logged in to Facebook. Profile and everything set up correctly.

Love this game but we tend to have a lot of glitches when it comes to the extras like the Turkey Feast. Our screen has been stuck on our first collection and it says client vs server cannot sync so we have not been able to play it all day. There is really no answers for this but it happens to us often. Usually we can send a message in the game itself but our screen is locked so we cannot do a thing. If anyone has any ideas of how to help that would be very much appreciated!

We play this game everyday. Used to love it, now am having so many problems and when you write to support they do not answer you. We bought two packages one giving us 1000 vip points which we never got and one giving us 500 vip points which we only go 50. We wrote to them and never got any answer. Also compared to other games the points per hour are minimal to say the least. The returns on points played are ridiculous, have lost 500,000,00 points in about 1 hour with very little return. Lost $140 million in coins in one game. Uninstalled. Dont bet the big numbers it triggers the game so you dont win much Want our money back. This is not Vegas.
We were charged twice for a coin pack $99.99 each time back to back and never received any coins at all. We filed a complaint thru the app and relieved we reply stating that we wasnt the only person it happened to and that are working to fix the problem. That was 5 days ago and we still havent received our money back and they have not responded to anymore of our messages. Our next step is to contact apple to see if they can help us get our money returned to us. So beware they will rip you off first opportunity they have.
So funny there ads leads you to believe that you can win real money. That is not the case just another app that is trying to get people to download there app so they can milk you of your money. Customer service doesnt respond back at all. Sent several messages for months now with no response. Jackpot and bonus winnings has cheated us proper payouts. Also new bonus for ignite classic slots called lucky fortune meter isnt working to fill up meter for bonus coins. Its not fair how these games are fun to play but cheats people from earning extra coins. This needs to be fixed so the meter can fill up for payouts. This was fun….. Until their recent update – now it takes six to eight times to get their program to open….. What on earth did they do? Also doesn’t do anything but TAKE most of the time…. Very geared to getting your money… We would expect to lose AND win occasionally with any slots….. Too bad for them – will probably remove it. Their latest repair forces you to watch a video which you voluntarily do, hoping to get credits then it forces another video onto you for NO credits and then locks down so you have to exit the game totally.
