In Invert you press buttons around a tile grid that flip a certain pattern of tiles. Your goal is to make all tiles the same color using as few moves as possible. Easy to solve, but hard to solve well.
GAME MODES
- Campaign: Solve levels in certain amount of moves. Take as long time as you need – there's no time limit.
- Challenge: Solve levels against the clock. Use as many moves as you want.
- Expert: Similar to Challenge Mode, but a lot harder. Like, a lot harder.

Very fun, clever design, great system.
The idea is simple. The solving can be complex. An elegant and minimalist puzzle that will keep you enthralled for minutes (each one takes a small number of moves) or hours (you have to figure out the right moves). We're glad we found it.

Until we saw Invert our favorite tile flipping game was the 30+ year-old Vic 20 game called Brainstorm. Invert finally does Brainstorm better, and by 'better', we mean better by a LOT! It's our opinion that Invert is the best tile flipping game ever.
Pros: -Colorful graphics and pleasant presentation. -Puzzles are diverse, challenging, and require a healthy combination of logic and experimentation. -Challenge Mode is pretty cool. Cons: -Night colors aren't as appealing to us, as everything becomes black, white, and grey. -Does need more levels. Suggestions: -An endless mode would be nice. Maybe you have a time limit but can add to it depending on how fast you solve the puzzle.
Some of them look hard, but the previous levels have all you need to solve them.
Amusing, calming. Very zen. Good ambient music. Nice night-mode option.

A bit simple. It does its job cleanly. 3 dollars is a good price. Plenty of challenge.
We like that this is a no thrills game. It's challenging, but not frustratingly punishing. Just something that passes short bursts of time. The graphics and colors are pleasing and doesn't take away from the game play. Buttons are responsive and the animation of the tiles flipping is quick. We just wish there was a free demo version so we could try the game before purchasing.
We usually only play free games, but this is worth the tiny splurge! It's visually dynamic, challenges the mind & is addicting in an awesome way :).
Invert is a great puzzle game that makes a lot out of very simple mechanics. The subtle variations in patterns you can change make each level feel fresh, and the two different main modes (we haven't unlocked expert yet) provide very different challenges. It's mildly frustrating to be stuck on a particular level and be unable to progress to the next puzzle in that level, but that's our only quibble with the app. The game looks great, plays great, and will be a fixture on our phone for a while.
Really good puzzle game that we have already spent hours in, each puzzle is pretty short and incremental in complexity, so its easy to spend hours in it or play it while waiting for your coffee. The game has multiple puzzle mechanics spaced in such a way that you will never be bored.
This game is a great addition to our current arsenal of games. Great puzzle games have been absent from the App Store for some time so Invert was a welcome release. It's just such a good looking, nice feeling game. The flow of the puzzles is super nice, not to easy but not to hard, so time just flies by while you are playing. It also has two different modes depending on your play style. We just love it.
We love puzzle games and this is a fun twist. Some of the puzzles are a real challenge.
We like this game so far! We really loved the original icon though, with the black background.
An amazing puzzle game however we have found a bug, double clicking the restart button auto solves it.
