Ice

Arden

We love this game . Thai people come to play very much we NEED a Thai keypad, pls.
We see no version in english. The original version sends us to the Russian one…
We love the game! Its sort of new and it seems very fun, thank you so much and we hope you could improve it throughout the years, etc.
Um…… This game is in Russian (well, at least some language using the Cyrillic alphabet)
Seems like a good game but we cant seem to change the translation to English because we dont know how to read the language its in now.
At least the Japanese version has an English setting wth we cant understand why to turn the volume off.
What is wrong with the servers, we dont seem to be able to log into any.
Could you indicate on server list which ones are pk enabled so we dont have to check every server to find a safe one to play on?
We really enjoy this game best mmorpg free world ever. We would play it everyday. Amazing graphic and clothes and fashions and its a freestyle playing and pvp event. However the developers are not friendly to game. Every Wednesday after update there a new bug and it never get fix. Event reward dont give after spending lots of real life money. And they dont answer player request or complain on Facebook.
We played this game on a different device and it is very good. We recommend playing.

We will say this – we have played this game for one year and the developers literally give 0 care about the players. They dont respond to tickets for weeks and something no response at all. There are too many bugs in this game well. Unless something big changes with the management, not worth spending even a penny on this game.
We love Jade Dystany! But whenever we get into the gsme, it crashes.
Everytime we try to log into a server it keeps saying server under maintenance.
Im just gone say that there are multiple different races in the world that makes it great not just one race or color so add skin color and having a lot of character customization options is something every game has to have which this game does not. We very highly do not recommend this game. Devs/company didnt care enough to take time to put more customization options Just another pay to win leech game.
This game is our life I. We just cant even explain it because its to awesome!!!! For real if there was a jade dynasty two we would go on App Store and download it it would be to awesome again we cant explain it its just sooooo cool thank you all for making this game we hope you make more.
We used to play JD for first time nearby 2017 year. We really liked this game and after years we downloaded it on mobile. First of all we dont like that monsters are too hard to kill and most of quests need a team. We will explain why we wrote it. On servers where are not much active players to play team quests is too hard. Also we dont like new characters and new skills, we think that old Umbra / Arden were more cool than that. Thanks for attention !

We can open the app but we can really use it and when we can the game is so laggy.
We’ve noticed in this game we havent been able to change the skin color or hair color or anything like that. Its just the same thing and Im not a big fan of it. Im quite a colored person normally we wouldnt mind the skin color but we dont know the character design kinda pressed our buttons.
Thus game is bad we cant get in to a sever when we have internet we dont like this game.
This game was really good! Then when we kept going it started getting more and more boring. And then we started having nightmares of some of the characters capturing us. Thats was the final straw. We deleted it right after the 1st nightmare. We mean Im really sensitive sooo yea. Sorry if we offended anyone. But its our opinion.
So we wanted a free play game but then it just was nothing made no sense and then you do nothing.
People are buying other people characters that are high in path and using as their main accts… We dont see how its fair that they are getting other peoples accts to play and their are no moderators in the game and when you report all ur doing is putting those people on ignore.

The game is AMAZING but there is one thing that ruins the game. You cant really friend people here, we tried friending our sister it didnt work we couldnt friend each other.
Normally we wouldnt write a review but when we were playing our screen had these lines on them and the had one of the frames from the game and it would not go away until we turned off our iPad but after that while Im writing this there are small white lines on our screen and we do not know how to get them of the game is great but we dont know what happened.
The characters dont get back hp/mp outside of combat so potions and gold must be spent to replenish it. But other than that we love the game completely. The graphics are great and there are no glitches.

This game good but it hard to contract customer service we pay double charge on our bill we cannot get money back and we didnt item For 101xp contract us have just only map No email no phone number for talk or report the bug.
Supporting system is shi* we sent them a problem a week ago and got no reply , dont play this game and dont put money on it , cuz if any wrong happened , u wouldnt be able to complain or get the bugs fixed , they dont reply at all.
Impossible to add friends? Whats up with that? We know you have to be a certain level to add friends, but we had someone send us a friend request and we dont know how to accept it. Seems strange that a game with decent graphics and gameplay wouldnt be able to fix something like this!

We love the game so far but the voice acting REALLY needs to be worked on! Like, some of the women are voiced by men and they dont even hide it, and all the voiced lines sound like they were either used on the first take or where said by someone whos native tongue isnt English! Still love the game though. We hope that you are able to keep on improving it!
We gave this game a four-star rating but only 1 star now. The servers were down for three days where half of the population could not log in… Without any notice or apology. Seems like the developer did not even know what happened to their game until the players brought it to their attention. To fix the issue, they rolled back to afew days before the login issue happened and made those who could log in during that period lose their progress and topup. Unreliable, irresponsible, and moneyhungry. Not recommended. Play other games. Dont waste your time and effort on this game.
Both perfect world and this game will not connect to the game when we try to play on our WiFi. Works fine when we turn WiFi off. Tried playing them on a emulator on our computer and had the same problem.
