There are glitches arent fixed. We knew you said they are fixed, but they arent! We’ve been a day 10 for about a week and a half even though we’ve won every episode! You dont answer to the questions! You are going to lose your audience. Im now about to delete the app!
We loved this game when it was a computer game with 8 to 10 levels. We were disappointed to find 4 levels. Its a great game, youll love it. We hope they add all the other levels to complete the game.
We were able to make it through this entire game. Bonus games are fun. Still waiting on refund for version 1. Developers- version 1 is terrible and should be removed.
We use to play this game on our Mac and always loved this game but theres a glitch on Day 3 in Monaco. A guest asks for laundry but isnt yet available from the porter. Hope you can fix this. Thanks!
The game was fun and engaging but its really short only 3 hotels to play, for almost $5 we would expect a little more.

Hi we just updated the app and it still has the same glitch as before the 6th level in Russia will not give you the opportunity to update a room so you can move on to the next level please fix it so we can continue to enjoy the game thank you in advance.

The game used to be a ton of fun like 5years ago, but it definitely needs some improvements and updates. Its so dated, however, we still love to play it. We also just paid $4.99, which is not a lot, just to upgrade it, for it to look absolutely the same. Please update it because Im a big fan and would love to play a more up to date version. Thank you.
Use to love this game but it freezes constanly which will not allow you to move on.
You can’t edit your choices on purchases, you can hardly even pick upgrades. Crap game till you fix. Read the reviews and fix the game already.

Soames you cannot release a key to a visitor. Going to delete because its frustrating.
We have done the updates and still cant get past Russia 6. You should refund people if you cant fix the problem. Sorry, we really like the game if it worked. Wish we could get our money back on this. After the update we completely started over. Now stuck on level 5 or 6 (dont remember which since we delete the game). Cant get expert and if we buy the plant it is never satisfied. The watering pitcher never goes away. This was one of our favorite games on the PC. We would take away the 1 star.
We understand buying the game if it were an app in itself that costed 4.99 but why just let people play 5 levels then upgrade? Dumb.
We cant get past Russia either. The game just goes round and round. We spent $2.99. We should have listened to the other reviews. You said that this issue was fixed. Well its not.
We dont recommend this game because you play and get addicted and then once you reach level 6 you have to pay to keep playing and upgrade it and its really disappointing.

We were so excited for this game because it was nostalgic of our childhood. Unfortunately after you download it, it will only let you play 5 days until you have to pay $5 for the full version. We were very disappointed.
So you play around five levels and then they force you to buy the game if you want to continue we believe they call that classic bait and switch in this game should not be listed in with the free games.
We really hated to finish this game, it was great. No Crashing, great graphics and very challenging! Everything we look for in a game. Did manage all expert levels…. It wasnt easy, had to replay several levels to achieve. Please, please please keep up good work. We are a big fan!
Gliches in the Russia part. Otherwise, all of the Janes Hotels games are fun. Great time management game!!! If your eyes are as fast as your hands… This is the game for you.

We love this game as we used to have it on our computer years ago and we were so happy to see it for iOS, however we have one problem with it, it keeps crashing about every other level. We were just playing it and it crashed twice in one level. Please fix this and we will raise our rating!
Theres a level in Russia that demands a Room get an upgrade, but this is impossible to do because there arent enough customers to make the upgrade possible. Please fix.
Can’t get past level 6 in Russia because you have to update a room but the game doesn’t give you enough customers to upgrade. Also impossible to reach expert in all levels as the game does not even out customer request vs. Room availability. Compared to other dash games and their graphics, this is on the bottom no question but we could get past that considering older versions of the game were at least fun to play and achievable. This is the latest version which should be the best as you learn as you go, but instead this is worst. And by the way making the African American character a party girl while other Caucasian. Characters are "elite," is offensive. Should be a free game, it’s that bad! We would not recommend anyone waste their $2.00.
Please fix this game we cannot get past Russia because you need to upgrade a room which we cant do!!!
