Bugs fixes and stability improvements

We hardly ever play games on our IPhone but this app has has made us glued to our phone. We would give 5-star if they update some of the cons. PROS: 1. GAMES: comes with plenty of games to choose from. 2. LIVE VOICE: it makes you more involved with the other players. 3. TOURNAMENTS: You can enter tournaments to WIN FREE TOKENS (In-app money) 4. CHALLENGES: There are challenges that offer FREE IN-APP ACCESSORIES that you usually have to spend money on to buy. CONS: Even after the newest update a couple of days ago 1. TARNEEB/TRIX: the cards freeze on the table in Trix & Tarneeb; we cant see what else is being laid down which makes it hard to play. 2. TOURNAMENTS: the app sometimes wont let us sit at the table after we waited for the tournament to began and the shuffle seats. When you exit to refresh & come back; you have to pay tokens again to join instead of it holding your spot & redirecting you back to your game . The complaints section always says system error when you try to submit to let them know. HAND: Sometimes the system does not let you drop a card exactly where you want, if youre lucky it will play the card back in your hand; if not.. It will out the cards on the wrong side of where you wanted to drop it. Hopefully you guys like our review so the team who made this app can fix some of these problems and make it more user friendly. Like we said; we love it.. But it could use some work as well.
We made a 1 usd payment from these pigs but they charge us extra 33usd , dont buy from them they will steal money from your bank account.
We used to play concan almost everyday now its so frustrating trying to play and having to deal with so much ads. Also, we try to play with one person, it keeps on adding us to a group of 4. What is this??? We wish we never updated it. Please please please fix it. Thank you.

We used to have an account called Samturkey but now we playing with another account! Where is our account?
The game was very nice until they put the videos when you exit the game. This is very annoying.
Whenever we finish a game, we see long boring ads and the game gets stuck, remove the ads.
The amount of adds are ridiculous.
You have to remove the ads when u exit the game !! Its so bad and takes a long time .. We used to spend hours playing the game and now we only play once a week or so..!
Bad in management only looking for money.
This app has gotten too ridiculous to play. There are so many bugs. We can deal with the bugs, the disrespectful players, and even the endless amount of ads we are now seeing. Our problem is that is is clear that the cards are not randomly shuffled. Their algorithm gives clear advantages to certain players. This applies mostly to tarneeb and trix from what we have experienced. Its so bad that it doesnt make it fun at all.
This is just a way to make you keep paying money to get the emojis. Literally youd win 13 games in a row, then youll keep losing. We had to pay 12k coins in the last round only to get one emoji! And they also deleted our old account for no reason!
Thieves!! Thats what they are!! There is an obvious bug(one of many) that when you join a paid competition no other players join, they claim its because they are looking for players at you level, and then the match time is over and you lose your tokens, you chat with support and you get a very dumb people that dont comprehend anything and their only response is jawaker has no bugs, no businesses in the world would say that except those ignorant thieves!
It was already hard keeping up with the cheaters on this platform, cant block them fast enough, to keep the games legitimate with only honest players. Now, we have to remove the app entirely because it became a commercials station, not a play station. Try it and you know what Im talking about. Deleting to a junk folder.
We were in a competition and turns out we found two people who are teaming , submitted a complaint regarding the competition and the organizer and he didnt do anything about it, tried contacting support to no response and there is no means in getting support , as we said game is amazing but there is no customer support.
