We cant get any bonus or double bonus anymore.
But we reached level 1500 and won and now all it says is preparing. Are there no more levels. Please say it isnt so. We restarted the game and played all the way up to 1500 level and its been saying preparing for two days now. Whats the deal. Fix this please.
Love this game beginning levels are easily won. There are plenty of chances to earn coins by seeing ads. Game often lets you finish the level without spending money. Especially good if you cant afford to purchase some.

Good evening! The game is at a standstill. Ive reached 1501 and it progresses no further. Its a fun game to keep you occupied,but Im getting no response from the developers and there seems to be no urgency to fix the game. So,if you reach 1500,you will never see 1501.
Attention: Developers of Jewel Abyss It is absolutely impossible to pass( level) 1408! Ive tried several times to pass, along with using our power ups and those did not help! Very unhappy!!! Annie.
Very confusing game, cannot see well the next move or the remaining pieces to be solved. Fun but very bad graphic design. Its a waste of time.
Have been playing for a long time but now cant get past level 684. We hate those things that pop up so fast and you cant get rid of them! We give up and will find a new game. Sad.
This game is fun to play and challenging in the higher levels. The only problem we have with the game is that the graphics and type are a little small to see clearly if you have vision problems. If the graphics were larger the game would be perfect! We would recommend this game to anyone who is a match 3 fan.
We decided to try to play the first 50 levels before making a decision on whether to pay $2.99 to have ads removed. However just recently a Medicare ad now pops up between each level and locks the game up. So we paid the $2.99 and other than the banner ad disappearing, we are still getting pummeled with ads. Its a great time killer game if you dont mind the ads after every level.
U can make people buy the advertisement if they dont want it so even if u win the game do u think Im gonna be bothered delete, delete, delete it's so many games in the App Store that we dont have to be bothered so stay stuck on stupid.
The game itself is fun. Im deleting it, however, because of the ads that run frequently supporting trump and trashing Hillary Clinton. We find these offensive. Frankly, we dont want to see any political ads – even for people we might support. We play thes games as an escape.
This game freezes up. Please fix . We only got to level 3 and it froze up. We cant give you any stars cause so far we have not enjoyed it. But you do have to give one star. So if you do fix it we can change our stars but if not we will delete it.
