This game is fun to play, the only thing annoying are the ads after each game play, it makes the game no fun.
Am on level 3770 and it doesnt process right. When there is one trophy left to clear, the game moves to a new screen where there is no space to clear the trophy. There is a glitch in the system.
These graphics make it difficult to distinguish between the different jewels.
Fun game. We got rid of it because we cant play one game without an ad. Its not fun.
The app consistently freezes on an ad. You must close out completely and reopen. Waste of time.
This game is great! Lots of levels and rewards but you can't play the game in airlane mode to avoid ads. The game force crashes you unless you have ads available. Greedy devs.
Update: how frustrating that there is absolutely no way to get support on the app. Is leaving a review the ONLY WAY to get in touch?? Also have no way of logging back into our account, and bc of this, we have to start from scratch on our loaner phone. How do we get back to the no ads Ive already paid for?!? Im obsessed with this game and so glad we found it while getting a bunch of new match 3 games! Thank you for no being pay 2 play like so many others , massive thumbs up we also love the variety of puzzles that are offered. Its never the same and it has certainly gotten harder over time. Im on #310 we think. One criticism: that one minute concert orchestra needs to be changed up! Maybe we could have some variety there too?? All we hear is oboe when we go to sleep each night! Otherwise, awesome game. Im never bored. Just DL it already.
You have to have resources to pass the levels, however, it is still a lot of luck unless you use a dozen power up's to get by. We're on 1207 and you can't do it unless you burn a lot of power up's. It is happening more and more frequently at these upper levels, hard is ok, impossible makes the game unfun as you have to waste a week building up power ups or give them more money to get past a level. This isn't a $10 a week worth it game. This is a mindless time burner, if we can only play it once a week because the upper levels are unwinnable, why bother.

We hate cheaters! This game cheats! Those who know what we mean, it cheats. You know your next couple of moves and how it should go but then the jewels dont go where they are supposed to or dont fall in place as your planned strategy would play. They cheat so dont bother.
Game is fun but we're being asked for our age range right in the middle of playing and OFTEN. Can you get rid of this action or at least limit it.
As soon as we get to the level near 100, the game freezes. Ive tried it three times. We enjoy the game, but we give up.

Have been playing for some time, but suddenly it wouldnt load, just goes back to Home Screen. Uninstalled (lost progress) then reinstalled and that seemed to help for a while, but now back to not loading. Whats the deal? Bummer.
There are some levels that make it impossible to win like L1168. We are at the point to where we might just delete this game and find something else because we find ourselves getting mad at impossible wins. We end up stressed out instead of enjoyment.

Freezes up after a winning streak and you lose all data. So frustrating. Just deleting not worth our time.
Great game when it works. Many times you will be unable to collect you points after winning the game and using your hard earned tools because the reward video wont launch. Some of the games are very boring and we just want to blow them Up and move on. Some of the games require too many tools to win or absolutely no way to win without buying more turns. It would be nice to get to a treasure box and get to keep the tools and for them to not be on a timer. Lots of ways to improve the game. Dont spend too much money buying stuff because the game will freeze and you will lose your points anyway.
The game is cool. Youll get addicted to it. But when you get stuck on a level, the only way to pass is by money. Ive been stuck on many different levels (for months at a time) with no success. The moment we spend money we become invincible to the game. Im currently stuck on level 2256. Yay us.

It would be a fun game if there were not ads between EVERY game.
We used to really love this game to pass the time, with that being said you still want to progress! We have been logging in every day to collect our daily rewards. Long story short, we had a huge amount of each reward collected and saved yet when we logged In today we only had 7 hammers and 4 of the ones that shoot across and up and down! Very disappointing! We suggest not downloading and getting wound up in the game until they correct all these issues! Yes, it is a free game but that doesnt mean that its cool to be rigged and have all your things you have collected just disappear and absolutely no way to contact anyone and get them back.
This is the most ridiculous thing we have ever seen! Ads after EVERY level? How is this game still here? We have deleted it after 12 levels because of all the ads. Also did not give us the reward after passing level 11.
It's a very fun and addictive game and you can't leave this game… The only problem is that some stages are hard and you can't solve them and you might be involved for weeks like stage 1142… We've been busy for weeks now and we can't pass.
Be glad to get the Christmas games.
The game is fun, but we spend more time trying to get through the ads than actually playing the game itself. We know thats how yall make money but its the worst Ive seen and makes us not want to even play at all.
If you do not pay to remove ads than expect to spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. Also, despite having the sound turned off in the game the sounds on the ads automatically play and some dont give you the option to mute. We have a primary game we prefer and only play this occasionally for short periods of time so for us its not worth paying. With the endless, loud ads this app has gotten so frustrating that we are giving up. We will be deleting the app after submitting this review. As for the actual game its ok. Very basic. We have seen, and played much better similar games. Another reason this isnt worth paying for. The final straw, in addition to the ads, is when the game froze after EVERY level we completed. Had to close out the app then restart. To each their own so maybe you will have a better experience but this app isnt for us.
Have loved this game for years. Would give 5 stars. Something happened on this last update. Impossible to win on one of the Treasure seekers game, the tiles cant be removed. Im on the 2nd time around to this game. Still cant get to the next level.
Many errors that block completion. If you dont pass the level you play the same board with no variation over and over while you accumulate enough extras and such over days to be able to pass. It becomes boring after having the same board for weeks on end, and the levels are just too difficult to pass. There are too many options out there for mindless games to deal with this one.
Having issues with the game freezing after Ive used diamonds to start a level on Tree Climbing and issues with Treasure Seekers with the game not allowing us to complete a level. Been pretty disappointed in this game as of lately.
Level 14 on the tree chest keeps freezing in the middle of playing. Lost all our free turns. Please fix asap.
This is our third day on level 14 to special eventually timing and this game keeps freezing up three moves in. We have used that many stars and our prizes but it keeps doing the same thing.

Too many ads and the game does not even work correctly. We clear all the required tiles and yet it does not end the level. Dont waste your time on this game.
Overall the game is good entertainment. We play it a lot since recently downloading. Some levels are ridiculously hard. We dont buy anything. Eventually you can get through them. Our complaint it this level 419 3rd screen/board. 1st gem in first row across and 3rd gem in 2nd row across, start quickly circling each other non stop. The game freezes (except for those two). Youre forced to start the level over. Then the same thing happens over and over on the same board, same 2 gems in the same location on the board. Ive deleted the app.
Ive had to delete the game several times because it freezes. This time it was at level 280 and as soon as the right side corner blocks move the game freezes. It looks like three of the blocks are rapidly moving.
Was great until level 280 where two pieces just bounce around a corner and the game freezes. Tried resetting, using items, waiting, etc. Game just breaks. Hopefully one of the developers sees this and implements a fix.
Can anyone help us pass level 500? We cant figure out how to get ride of the boxes no matter what we try.
