We love this addictive game, but we keep getting screen freezes when we watch ads for extra moves. We uninstalled/reinstalled the game but we it kicked us back to level one after making it all the way up to level 250+.
Thos game is fun but all the adds are annoying.

This would be a far more fun game if the ads would not be run after every single game. After every 5 would be preferred not every single game.
Does anyone else have trouble with the ads in the app when it says, A video is being prepared? It often takes 10 seconds to a minute or not at all for an ad to appear so we can get a reward. Does any other app do this after a game? We often have left this game without our reward. How about the ads lasting for 75 seconds? Does anyone get upset about so many ads between games? Or do we have seriously greedy developers? We know its free but we really feel taken advantage of in this game and know this is not the norm. We have 3 other game apps that we have had on our phone for years with no ads at all. We love this kind of game play but this is very wrong.
Way too many ads. You got an ad at the top and bottom of the game and theres one pretty much after each level.
We loved this game. But we reached the top level, 2600, weeks ago with no new levels introduced. We check in daily but am beginning to think that the game has simply been abandoned.

There are two scorpions at this level. We beat all the tile challenge and achieved the scorpions but the game will not allow us to advance.
This game is fun and challenging but we wish there was a version that the icons were bigger for those with less than perfect eye sight and a version that was slower.
Why arent you able to have your sound track working during the games. Its boring we think because you never used to cut off the audio sounds. Even if we reboot our iPad and return to play Jewel Queen Puzzle and Magic the reboot doesnt help. Please advise and fix the audio sounds. Thanks.
Love this game. It is super fun to play.
This game was great, right up until last week when it stopped loading. It gets to the screen with the red bar on bottom, which fills as it loads. Red bar doesnt move and screen closes. WTH?? We were up to level 1600! We dont want to delete game and download game again just to start over. Not happening. Disappointed.

We would have given this game a 5 if there werent disgusting ads. Gameplay is fun, but sitting through disgustingly ads, showing pimple popping, etc., we would rather delete game.
Glitchy is an understatement. On top of that when we hit ad x2 it wont launch the ad. Deleting this piece of crap.

We enjoyed the game until the bombs were added, which changes it from a fun game to a rushed game with the pressure of timers. No thanks.
We were having a lot of fun playing. Then the game started saying Ive ran out of moves, when we still have moves left. This started happening around level 190. Its not worth keeping, if this game takes away moves. Fix this, or Im deleting it.
Game is colorful and basically fun to play, but a typical round takes less than 10 seconds for the first several levels. Thats followed by and preceded by 30 sec commercials. Too many ads, not enough play. Have an extreme aversion to paying for no ads so its delete the game for us.
Its been at least 5 months since we completed all 2400 levels. We went back and played levels we didnt have 3 stars in. We completed those. Now theres nothing left to do. Are you going to add new levels? Or should we delete the game? Inquiring minds would like to know.
Stopped working after last iPad update.
This is without a doubt the best match game we have ever played. If you want to relax and enjoy playing a match game this is the one to get.
Im enjoying this game more the longer we play! The levels arent so difficult that they stress us out, and the sounds work for this game (many games we mute because they are annoying). We really love the indicator when you run low on moves.
We play lots of games similar to this, but as of level 59, this is our favorite. Primarily due to the level of difficulty – challenging but winnable, great graphics, just overall a very enjoyable experience. No connection to the company, just thought they deserve recognition for a well designed game.
The good: more than 1000 levels, low cost to turn off ads, challenging at higher levels. The game is very fun and inventive, with many new variations being introduced along the way. The BAD: hints that you cannot turn off like most games. These are irritating and unnecessary. But the very worst part of this game by far is the SUPER ANNOYING "oh noooooooo" voice when you get down to 5 moves remaining. Why add features to the game the only purpose of which is to annoy paying customers? That doesn't make sense. Please fix these issues.
