This app is challenging and well-done. 7/11/16 update: we've played this game for months now, and it is obviously rigged. That's okay, if you don't mind, because it's still fun, although not as much fun. The developer decides which games you will win or lose. Update a year later: It's still rigged and it's still fun.

Love jewel world. This was one of the first games our grandson and we downloaded some years ago. It was addictive. We just stumbled on the old app and started trying in to beat old scores. He and we downloaded what we thought was a new app but turned out to be the same exact app with a different name so be cautious of that. But we really enjoy playing it separately or together. It keeps us sharp.
This has it all over Candy Crush. If you never buy tools, you pay for the initial app and that is it, hours of fun for a few dollars.

They've added another element, or required jewel, to the game. This greatly increases the players need to PURCHASE additional tools to complete the game. This is a violation of the terms between a programmer and Apple. No where do they offer the original game. A rip off for sure.

We like playing this game except when we get stuck and there seems to be no way to pass the level without buying hammers which we won't do! We're still playing and we still enjoy it! Still playing it.
It seems that the slightest touch will start the game but when all moves are exhausted and you have to use the special tool you literally have to beat the icon to get it to activate, Gentlemen why is that? You need to update this GAME.
